Geht ins Zimmer und ging ins Zimmer, riecht wie Rauch, schmutzige Räucher, Puppe in der Toilette und schmutzige Blätter. Geht zum Vordertisch und sagt ihnen, dass wir in ein anderes Zimmer gestellt werden. Das andere Zimmer, die Wände waren absondern, auf dem Badesockel geformt, gebrochenes Bett. Der Pool wurde geschlossen, der Aufzug ist kaputt, ein anderes Familienmitglied musste in einem anderen Zimmer bleiben, weil der Aufzug kaputt war und nicht auf den Treppen klettern konnte. Kein Frühstück, nur ein Paket von heißem Getreide und kaltem Getreide. Die Eismaschine funktioniert nicht, und während sie dort waren, sie malten zwei Sets von Treppen, und da der Aufzug zerbrochen wurde, hatten Probleme, um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Hotel ist abgelegen und nicht sanitär. Das einzige gute Sache war das Personal ist ausgezeichnet! Machen Sie eine große Reparatur im Hotel und halten Sie das große Personal.

The employees at this Hotel are super friendly and Hospitable. They ALL speak to you. They made me feel very welcome. Tammy was one of the sweetest. I was sitting in their lounge area and couldn’t help but over hear her interact with all the guest. I thought, ‘she has really found a job that makes her heart sing. She is truly in the right job with her personality.’ Francis was friendly with me too. After she set up the breakfast items, she was curious about what I was working on and I asked her to allow me to explain it to her. Little did she know, she helped me get a little nerves out since I was preparing for a presentation that I was about to do with a local business nearby. Pros: Friendly professional Service, clean everything, feels like home away from home. Cons: the Hotel is currently under construction, but it did not matter because they don’t put you in rooms near the construction.

Sie haben wunderschönes Personal dort Von Donna und Tabatha bis zum Wartungsguy Dan. Sie waren sehr unterkunftsfähig und machte uns wie Familie fühlen. Das Have Yummy Frühstück und Fast Wifi. Danke für den großen Aufenthalt La Quinta in Canton!!!!

Ich war im verlängerten Aufenthalt im Kanton. Ich war in rm 131 für mehr als einen Monat mein Aufenthalt war über fantastisch und der Aufenthalt ist überraschend für mich!! die GM Angela und Front Desk Lady Chris und Maintenanca Mann Brandon ging oben und darüber hinaus, um meinen Aufenthalt erstaunlich ... p.s Brandon hat ein erstaunliches Lächeln!!! In town for college hockey game. Nice staff, very clean and shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in shower dispensers rather than tiny one use bottles. Slept very well. I was comfortable here and I am not someone who likes to stay in hotels.

Ich ging ein und es gab eine Linie von wie 20 Leuten und der Kerl mit den Angst war verrückt ging alle in wie 10 Minuten. Er verdient eine Erhöhung. Er schneidete und füllte den Zeitplan in keiner Zeit. Give THIS MANN A RAISE!

We filed a complaint with IHG hotels on 11.6.2022 at 11:30 am EST seeking a refund for the amount paid for two rooms for one night, because the hotel was negligent in not having security cameras working at the front of the property where we parked our car and someone broke in and stole over $2,000.00 of valuables from our vehicle. We were told by DJ on the IHG Guest Services line that someone would follow up with us within 48 hours- no one ever did. We were also charged an additional $140.00 in error by the hotel, on top of all that we had experienced as guests at the property. We have the police report which we filed and also filed a claim with our insurance company for the items that were stolen. It was alluded to by law enforcement that this was an inside job because it happened right in front of the check in entrance- where someone should be visually monitoring the property. We were also told that the cameras weren't working (how convenient) on the night our car was broken into!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR THE HASSLE AND THE HOTEL WILL BE SETTING YOU UP TO BE THE NEXT THEFT VICTIM! THEY ARE EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT AND HAVE YET TO FOLLOW-UP WITH US ON OUR COMPLAINT WHICH WAS FILED OVER A WEEK AGO!!!!!!
