The front desk staff was professional and particularly welcoming. All interactions with them went seamlessly, including check in, check out, and any other things. We did get an upgraded room, which was spacious. We did not try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, despite the hotel not being new, it is a good place to stay. I am one of the few people who really likes it when they have wired internet in addition to wireless, and they did have wired available in my room. The hotel is also really well located. Thanks for the hospitality.

I arrived much later than I would have liked, but was greeted warmly upon my entrance to the spacious lobby. I happened to meet the assistant manager, David Dudley, who was a consummate professional and he along with his staff made me feel not only welcome, but elevated my mood immensely through our conversation. But onto the rooms: impeccably clean, the first thing I noticed upon entering my room is that there was no lingering housekeeping smell you often find in other hotels. No, the room had a neutral yet clean and familiar smell, with Decor being comfortable and the room itself quite spacious. The mattress was nothing short of amazing for somebody with a bad back, and the bathrooms were so clean you could eat off of the counter if so inclined. Sound insulation was impressive, and the rewards program was.. well, rewarding. Being quite the hot spot, lodging in Lynchburg can be very expensive, or it can be very cheap. But you very much do get what you pay for— but in the case of the Comfort Inn, you get what you pay for and then some. I arrived beleagued, fatigued and annoyed. I left well rested, satisfied and confident as to where I would stay the next time I passed through town.

Mein Mann verließ seinen Computer im Zimmer und wir haben das nicht erkannt, bis wir nach Ohio nach Hause kamen. Er kontaktierte das Hotel und sprach mit dem Abendmaster. Leider erhielt er nicht ihren Namen. Als ihre Abendschiebung beendet war, nahm sie die Zeit, ins Zimmer zu gehen, um seinen Computer zu suchen. Sie fand es und rief uns sofort, uns zu versichern, dass es dort war. Sie hätte bis zum nächsten Tag warten können, aber sie nicht. Sie hat dann Vereinbarungen getroffen, um es zu uns zu senden, und es kam ein paar Tage später. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Hotelpersonal war freundlich, das Zimmer war wunderbar und obwohl wir nicht die Möglichkeit hatten, das Frühstück zu bekommen, konnte ich sagen, es war großartig, als wir am Morgen den kostenlosen Kaffee holten. Ich möchte auch darauf hinweisen, dass dieses Hotel in einer tollen Lage, nahezu alles ist. Wir waren in der Stadt für eine Hochzeit, aber wenn wir jemals in diesem Bereich sind, werden wir sicher sein, dass wir hier wieder bleiben. Danke alle am Hilton Garden Inn in Lynchburg. Just OK. We chose this hotel over others because of the free breakfast however, this was a huge disappointment. They were unable to brew enough coffee for the guests during breakfast hours so the coffee thermoses were constantly empty. Not a good way to start the day. We actually had to go elsewhere and buy coffee on the morning of our departure - boooooo
