I paid for a room with 2 king beds and when I arrived because I had a pet I was given a room with 2 queen beds. I was also told at the time of booking that there was no fee for pets. When I arrived I was told there was a fee of $50 each night. I was also told at the time of check in that $100 would be refunded to me at check out if the room passed inspection. Now I’m being told that the $100 was added to the pet fee of ($150) but I was still charged the full $150 instead of $50. The young man at the desk said that he would be adjusting the rate for the difference in rooms but apparently he did not. So now I have been charged for the king size bed room and not the queen and I don’t see the $100 for room incidentals been credited back to my credit card. When the district manager was given the phone he was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I would have to contact the 3rd party company. I need to be reimbursed for the difference of the king room vs the queen room. I will NEVER patronize or recommend to anyone country Inn and Suites.

I would avoid this motel look at another one. No coffee maker, No refrigerator No microwave Didn't change the sheets Didn't clean the bathroom. Burn wholes in sheets and bedspreads The only thing they did I would say in the room when checked in was change the trash bags. Pictures of what they have on website isn't what it looks like today. The place has thin walls not good for around midnight when people outside yelling. Inside the room you can hear yelling too. Even children yelling this late too it's not the baby crying or anything. This motel needs to be checked out by the Motel 6 branch.

I’ve had a couple of bad stays when traveling, but this was just one of the worst. Check-in was a bit unsettling as the receptionist gave me an attitude while trying to find my confirmation email securing a reservation. The room was pretty filthy and you could tell some things were not up to date; the bed sheets had holes in them, and some of the lights flickered while trying to turn them. It was difficult to sleep, as I found myself tossing and turning in my bed a lot, whether it was because of how uncomfortable the mattress was, because how loud the ghetto activities took place outside, or even how the thought of a roach crawling up to me haunted me through the night. The bathroom was a huge lowlight for this stay as well. The doorknob from the inside of the bathroom was broken, as it fell off whenever I tried to open the door; I found myself trapped twice trying to escape, but luckily I escaped. In addition, the room reeked in *********, as someone could possibly could find themselves getting high solely from that stench; good to enforce the no-smoking policy am I right? There was no breakfast either, although the hotel claims it included it on all the travel sights we’ve seen. Though I was on a budget, and this room was on the cheaper end ($80-$90) and closer to DC for its price (around 15-20 minutes from downtown), it is definitely not worth it to spend the night here.

This hotel is kinda ewww. It’s in a weird location and there are tons of tour buses parked all around it. I didn’t see any places to eat nearby. Avoid the elevators. Only one was working and we were afraid to use it bc the doors got stuck and wouldn’t open when we first arrived. We took the stairs from then on. The hallways look grimey. The carpets are all stained. It’s overall very unappealing aesthetically. The room is small, dark, and cramped as is the bathroom. I’d rate a C+/B- on cleanliness. It’s hard to tell if it’s dirty or actually just old but clean. There are very few outlets and no charging ports. The beds feel very old and cheap but were not as uncomfortable as I was expecting….they were ok. A couple good points: the rooms had a fridge and a microwave. It seemed to be insulated pretty well as I did not hear any highway or hallway noise….that’s kind of rare in even the best hotels. The breakfast was quite good and the attendant runs a very tight ship. You WILL put the gloves on before touching her buffet and she will be on your tail wiping down everything your gloved hands touch or spill and putting the serving utensils back exactly how she wants them. But she will also come clear your plate and smile at you and tell you to have a nice day. I appreciate the work ethic and her dedication to cleanliness. People can be gross, so I’m ok with the gloves. I’d say she and the breakfast were the highlights of the hotel…..but I won’t be staying there again because honestly it’s just below my standards.

Ich war hier mehrere Male, als es noch Teil des Quality Inn war und einmal, als es eine Straße war. Damals gab es etwas verdächtiges Verhalten mit *******s, so dass ich verließ. Ich habe den Fehler gemacht, hier zu buchen wegen einer letzten Minute Familien Notfälle, aber auch wegen, dass ich nie hier bleiben würde. Als wir endlich in Zimmer 108 kamen, gab es Feuer ÜBERall. Die Schachtel, die Blätter, die Wandpapiere, die Tür, die Tafel, sogar der WC-Sitz hatte in ihm verbrannt. Ich weiß nicht einmal, wie man einen Toilettensitz verbrennen? ! Aber es riecht von Rauch, obwohl es als rauchfrei aufgelistet wurde, hatte ein Loch in der Wand, ein großes Möbelstück fehlte (Sitz oder Sofa) das Bett hatte ein großes Tauchen in ihm, Stangen überall, Türverriegelung wurde gebrochen, als wenn jemand versuchte, die Tür in zu schlagen, Wärme wurde gebrochen, und es war nur eine allgemeine Katastrophe. Ich buchstäblich incheckte und direkt auscheckte innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Ich würde absolut nicht hier bleiben. Wir denken, das Zimmer wurde für Drogen mit den kleinen Feuern überall verwendet. Nur schrecklich.

Nach dem Einchecken nach 12:15AM wurde ein Rauchraum gegeben und das FD-Personal begann zu behaupten, es sei ein Nichtraucherraum und sie sollten das Rauchenzeichen aus der Tür des Raums nehmen. So wurden wir in Zimmer 151 bewegt. Der FD-Agent sagte, sie würde die Schlüssel für eine Weile bringen, aber es gab keine Zeichen von ihr, so gingen wir unten um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Jetzt in RM151, bei 12:30AM kämpfen wir um die Tür zu öffnen, da die Installation der Türlock wurde so schlecht gemacht. Im Dusch wird der Duschkopf begrenztes Wasser haben, weil das Wasser ständig in der Tube laufen und Sie erhalten kostenlose hip-hop Musik, wie die Dusche macht so viel Lärm, sagte der FD, aber sie sprechen sehr wenig Englisch, so war keine Hilfe. Wir gehen zu B-Fast und wollten einige hart kochte Eier und während der Aufholen fand ein Haar, da die Eier nicht beschichtet waren und niemand kann es berühren, da es keine Zungen gab. Er sagte dem Personal, und sie brachten die harten kochenden Eier heraus, nachdem wir nur ein Stück genommen haben wir aufwischen, weil die Eier zerbrochen, geräuchert waren. Hat nichts gesagt und verließ und verkürzte unseren Aufenthalt auf 2 Nächte, aber nie zu schnell ging. Jetzt gingen wir raus und wollten, Eisenkleidung drehen das Eisen ON und machte einen Test und sah enorme schwarze Rückstand in einem der Schale Deck, ging nach Front Desk und fragte ein weiteres Eisen, das er nach 10 Minuten nicht hatte ein HK kommt ins Zimmer und geliefert Ich habe mir ein weiteres Roheisen, das ich sagte, ich werde es nicht verwenden und brauche einen, der den verbrannten Rückstand nicht hat, Gott sei Dank, dass sie mir einen gegeben hat. Sie sah den Namen der GM draußen, aber sie sah ihn nie einmal, wie er nicht interessiert scheint. Insgesamt ist das nicht sehr sauber, das Personal spricht nicht Englisch, rottes Frühstück und gebrochene Dusche mit kostenloser hip-hop Musik. Ich frage mich, wie dieses Hotel den Markennamen behält, da der Ort scharf und runter scheint.

Tolles ruhiges Erlebnis. Grubhub lieferte mein Essen schnell auf mein Zimmer, was sehr geschätzt wurde.
