Stayed one night. Hotel and room were clean and quiet. Everything functioned correctly. Abundance of cable channels. Comfortable bed. There was a small ”white noise” fan at the bedside, an unexpected touch. Water pressure was excellent. Breakfast featured a variety of foods (including turkey sausage, eggs, potatoes, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fruit) and the two ladies attending were cheerful. Elevators were quick. Did not use the pool or fitness room. The lobby had a lovely Christmas tree and cute holiday pillows. Location appeared and felt safe and had easy proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. Negatives: Front desk clerks looked bored or sullen, and did not share the usual info about the hotel's breakfast hours, direction of the elevators, etc. More to manager: Kindly re-train these persons in the art of customer service. Also, parking in late evening was horrible; there were many worker trucks in the lot, several of which took up more than one space due to towing a trailer or, worse, simple lack of consideration. I'd return, but would be sure to be at the hotel and safely parked just after dinner.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen Pool und einen schönen großen Jacuzzi und einen schönen Wohnbereich, und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Jeden Morgen. Das Personal geht aus ihrem Weg, um ihren Gästen zu begrüßen. Ich würde dieses Hotel ein 10+ Hotel schätzen.....

We checked into this hotel initially for two nights following our mandatory evacuation from Madeira Beach due to Hurricane Helene. Being from Scotland, and not used to hurricanes, we evacuated as soon as our phones gave us the alert. We wanted further inland than Tampa as we were being advised that Tampa might be affected as well. We found Embassy Suites by Hilton, Brandon, checked the area for closeness to main roads and also things to do and decided to stay here. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had made the right choice. From Dustin, Assistant General Manager, who we had spoken to on the phone about our situation, to Patrick and Matthew who checked us in, again aware of our situation, everyone was friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. The hotel was full of evacuees, all in the same position, wondering whether we would be back in our original accommodations prior to the alert. ALL the staff made everyone feel at home and at ease. They went above and beyond what was required of them and my husband and I will be forever grateful. The two room suites are spacious and have everything you need including a mini kitchen. There is a small shop in the lobby with various food stuffs, drinks and toiletries, though we never had need to use it as the hotel had put on so much for all their guests. From 5.30-7pm every night in the bar/restaurant each guest is entitled to two alcoholic drinks in the form of beer, wine or spirits. There is unlimited free soda and water courtesy of a soda machine. They also put on free snacks during this time every night. The actual night of the hurricane, they offered us all a free meal consisting of beef stew, beans, rice, collard greens and the most delicious cornbread! The chef was always present making sure everyone was catered for one way or another. The waiting staff for both breakfast and in the evenings were super efficient and very friendly. The bar staff were fabulous. And not forgetting house keeping who did an amazing job in an extremely full hotel. Dustin was always available, making sure guests were ok and talking to them, probably hearing the same story from every person, but never seemed rushed not to check in on us at breakfast or evening reception. The breakfast is pretty amazing considering it’s included in the price. The eggs were always fresh and fluffy, the bacon crispy and the choice of other hot foods from waffles and pancakes all freshly made, a made to order omelette station, delicious prepared fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, pasties and breads, fresh orange and other juices, coffee, tea honestly you need to lie down after breakfast! There is a pool though we never used it, it looked a lovely and clean area. There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers. There is a fabulous mall less than 3 minutes away and a Top Golf and cinema. Due to the devastation to Madeira Beach we obviously could not return to our rental and we were allowed to

Das Hotel war schön, aber ich hatte ein Problem mit Lärm, das nicht wirklich gelöst wurde, ich selbst. Es gab einen Hund in dem Zimmer oben, das über mich ging, für 2.5 Stunden. Die Nachttischperson machte das Minimum, um zu sehen, was die Sache war. Ob jemand verletzt wurde oder nur egoistisch war, indem sie zwei Stockwerke von Menschen erwachte. Sie hätte nicht wissen, weil alles, was sie getan hat, war eine Telefonanruf. Jetzt was das Zimmer betrifft, es war sehr nett und sauber, obwohl Hauspflege nichts viel getan hat. Mein Bett wurde gemacht, und meine Recyclinggeräte und Handtücher entfernt. Obwohl mein Bad war oder das andere Zimmer nicht schmutzig war, weiß ich, dass es keine Reinigung gab, weil ich die gleichen Stellen (Badezimmer) sah, die da waren, bevor ich das Zimmer verließ. Ich war dort für 7 Tage. Ich weiß, es gibt weniger Reinigung wegen Covid, aber einmal in 7 Tagen? Nun bin ich am Samstag angekommen. Mittwoch, mein Hausbettscheinlich eintrat und machte mein Bett. Sie schlug am Donnerstag auf die Tür, sie sah, dass ich im Zimmer war. Ich sagte, ich gehe bald. Ich verließ zehn Minuten später, und sie sah mich, weil sie neben meinem Zimmer lol war. Ich kam Stunden später zurück und nichts wurde getan. Also, was war das Ziel, zuerst zu knocken. Jetzt weiß ich, dass diese Bewertung sehr negativ klingt. Der Ort ist wirklich schön und geräumig sie müssen nur etwas auf das Personal zu verschärfen

Letzte Woche reservierte ich ein Zimmer in Brandon Fla. Ich reservierte falsch für den 6., als meine Ankunft am 5. war. Als ich am 5. kam, wurde ich von den beiden Front-Desk-Mitarbeitern mit Freundlichkeit und Lächeln begrüßt. Ich sagte ihnen meinen Namen und dass ich eine Reservierung hatte. Sie fanden es nur für die nächste Nacht. Ich sagte ihnen, dass ich aufschrocken habe. Diana, einer der beiden Vorderbürosangestellten, übernahm und bot mir zu helfen. Sie war erstaunlich freundlich und geduldig, als ich meinen Fehler erklären konnte. Es war die Zeit für das Strawberry Festival und die verfügbaren Hotelzimmer waren schwer zu finden. Sie erklärte, dass die Nacht, die ich reservierte, weniger war, weil es nicht so hoch war wie die Nacht, die ich angezeigt habe. Sie fand ein Zimmer glücklich und konnte den Preis nahe an das, was ich zahlen wollte. Sie konnte auch meine Reservierung für die nächste Nacht stornieren, obwohl es vor der Stornierungszeit war. Sie hat den Tag wirklich gerettet und es mit einem Lächeln, Verständnis und Mitgefühl getan. Ich schätze wirklich, wie sie meine Situation handhabt.

對美國的酒店期望不要太大，硬件設施維護差，陳舊破損是常態。早餐也是非常簡單，食材也是最普通廉價的那種。

Gute Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, saubere Zimmer. 24 Stunden Kaffee, einfache Eincheckung. Wir lieben den Außenpool. Waffeln 🧇 im Frühstück sind großartig. Von Hausmeistern bis zum Vordertisch sind sie alle sehr willkommen. Wir werden wieder mit Freunden kommen, vielleicht für 2 Tage.
