Schreckliches Hotel....besonders angesichts der Tatsache, dass sie meine für $133.10 gestohlen haben... Keine Karren mussten Dinge auf den zweiten Stock bringen Erzählte Front Desk bei Ankunft, dass ich im frühen Online-Check um ein gutes Zimmer zu bekommen, sagte er, ich bin glücklich, dass ich kein benachbartes Zimmer bekam...Ich hatte Lebensmittel, dass Es war auf Eis gefroren, dass ich in einem Hotel-Kühlschrank oder Eiskühlschrank zu bekommen brauchte, es war gebrochen. Keine Knoten für den Thermometer, abgebrochen...der Mann schickte Mechanik auf und er bot an, um zu ersetzen (wahrscheinlich mit mehr Junk) Ich sagte ihm, es war 11:00, und wollte nicht mehr Schlaf warten und würde es mit Unternehmen zu nehmen....hatte ein Kühlschrank und mit Eis verpackt aber Alles schluckte am Morgen... Bettmatrix altes Kissen oben, schüchtern und schrecklich Spongy , verbrannt.. auf der rechten Seite gelehnt...Schließlich schlief er mit 12, auf 2pm..mattress und riecht in dem Zimmer schlechte Musty und alte Schmutz...erfüllt sich bis zum Pee, der Badezimmerboden war stickig...Meine Füße begannen, heiß zu werden, wenn ich wieder ins Bett kam... Unglaublich, kein heißes Wasser nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr... schlechte alte Musty Ruck durch Hotel einschließlich Aufzug Keine Karren Frühstück schrecklich...Sausage fett...Türkei Sausage hart wie ein Rock. Alte seit den letzten Tagen, hätte in der Müll...Kaffee bitter und stört meinen Magen...erzählte Front Desk bei der Auscheckung, wurde gesagt, den Manager am Montag anzurufen, wenn er verfügbar ist...Ich werde Bewertungen auf diesem Hotel schreiben, bis sie für genau das, was sie sind - Ja.

The location was great. Grocery and fast food all around. Close to the person we visited and the activities we were involved in. But that’s it. After traveling all day and needing a shower before a dinner event, I found myself in a shower with little shampoo left and no conditioner at all. I would think those would be refilled for each new guest. Guess not! Luckily I noticed before I washed my hair as it would have been a disaster if I had not been able to condition it. I stopped at the desk and asked for my room to be replenished and for more pillows. The lady was super nice and said it would be taken care of. I came back to find nothing had been done. I was given some conditioner by a family member I visited “just in case”. So I was ok the next morning except I didn’t sleep well because the bed was as hard as a rock. But then I went down for breakfast and found most things were empty and what wasn’t looked very unappealing. I had some of the poor tasting coffee and juice that tasted like it had artificial sweetener in it. Dumped both of those and hit McDonalds instead. I mentioned to the same nice lady at the desk that I did not get anything I asked for and that my family was joining me that day so I really needed shampoo, conditioner and more pillows. She said she would personally take care of it. And she did! So she did great when the cleaning staff failed twice. They failed a third time when they didn’t clean our room on the “every other day” schedule we were told they provided . So I had to ask for clean towels. I found the room layout and furniture to be very functional. The hooks on the wall were great for the girls to put their purses and sweaters on. We enjoyed the pool until people started smoking out there and brought their dogs in the pool. Then there was poop in the pool. Not sure if it was the dogs or the bunch of wild children in there. Breakfast didn’t improve so that was disappointing…

Alle waren freundlich und Maria (Hauspflege) war die beste Hilfe, die sie mit dem, was wir je brauchten, danke für einen angenehmen Besuch. Das Essen war großartig, und die Leute, die die Küche betreiben, waren hervorragend. Wir möchten allen für das Gefühl zu Hause danken. Vielen Dank.

I’m guessing there are staffing issues. There’s NO hot breakfast - you have to go to the front desk to get a paper bag with yogurt, oj, and fruit cup. Packaged muffins and coffee were self serve. But there were no signs and no warning in the reservation that this was the only option. I would not have booked there if I’d known and feel like we didn’t get what we paid for. We are on a 16 hour road trip and wanted to start the day with a hot breakfast. The 4 th floor is under renovation as well… doesn’t affect the rooms - just the halls that I could see, but during the week I’m guessing there’d be work going on. The beds were clean and comfortable, but shower curtain is old and stained; floors had trash here and there; phone didn’t work at all (found out when I tried to call the desk to report people arguing loudly in the hallway at 3am); and someone had smoked since the bathroom reeked of smoke. I will say that Justice at the desk was very busy all by himself at 8pm check in but quietly friendly; Matt (maintenance) came and sprayed the bathroom (although it didn’t last). I think the bathroom will need to be scrubbed from floor to ceiling to get the stench away (burn marks on toilet too). So frustrated at inconsiderate people!! The woman at the desk in the morning must have gotten an earful - I don’t fault them for noisy guests. Expected much better from Marriott.
