Dies ist ein fantastisches Ort! Anfrage für einen frühen Eincheck, weil wir für die späte Nachmittagsveranstaltung bereit sein mussten. Nach einigen Telefongesprächen, um die Möglichkeit am Ende zu bestätigen, eine nette Mädchen hat es geschehen. Sie hat uns sogar gerufen, zu sagen, es ist jetzt bereit, während wir essen. We had a wonderful stay last year, so we looked forward to returning. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our memories. Our room was located on the first floor adjacent to the elevator and lobby, across the hall from the ice machine and breakfast nook—the worst location, as the noise was continuous. I should have trusted my instincts and asked for a different room, because the worst was yet to come. The room itself was clean but tired (musty smell and a lumpy bed). The tv was blurry like snow and the shower tap leaked in an echoey bathroom. We heard a lot of noise from the room upstairs, but fortunately it died down around 11pm. We were rudely awakened at 6:30 am by sharp beeping from the hallway which became incessant. Later on we discovered that this offensive noise was being emitted from the waffle iron in the breakfast nook!

I’m not sure how anyone could rate this hotel high at all. My husband and I stayed one night as we traveled along I95. We had room 168: * Toilet was toddler height, literally 12” high * The caulking around the toilet on the floor looked like it was done by a toddler with a paint brush * The tubs faucet was not on correctly, it was crooked and not flush or even close to parallel to the tub wall… crooked and gaping. * The liquid hand soap near the bathroom sink was half-bolted 6 feet high on the wall, and was literally falling off the wall. The soap containers aren’t supposed to be removable but it was so broken they were easily removed so I put them on the counter. * The wall moulding next to the tub was crumbling * Maintenace (in name only) must have had to paint part of the bedroom wall that’s across from the window, but it was not the same color as the rest of the bedroom so the top half of the wall matched the room, and the bottom half was painted off white. They probably said “good enough” based on what I had already seen in the bathroom. * Mini fridge was cold when we got there so we put our food from our cooler in it, and when we opened the fridge in the morning, the fridge and our food was room temp. So we had to throw our food out. * Window view is of the indoor pool, so weird * Bathroom fan which shares the bathroom light switch sounded like a 727 jet. Thankful that we had a nightlight in our suitcase so at night we did not have to wake each other with the sounds of a jet starting up. * AC unit also sounded like a 727 every time it turned on overnight…we cranked up our white noise app on our phone * Toilet paper was stuffed in the peep hole * Only thing going for it was comfy bed, high water pressure in shower and bfast Will never ever stay here again… we way overpaid given the condition of this hotel.

Kelsey erbracht einen großen Kundenservice. Sie war willkommen und hatte eine große Persönlichkeit für diesen Job. Das Hotel war hell und sauber! Und ich liebe den Weihnachtsbaum. Dieses Hotel bot einen Fitnessraum und kostenloses Frühstück! Sie können es nicht schlagen. Wird wieder!
