We had made arrangements for a Park, Sleep, Fly stay here with a flight from Dulles. We arrived Saturday afternoon dropped our vehicle and Springhill Suites provided us with a shuttle to the airport. The desk and shuttle driver were very kind. To our surprise, after several hours at the airport our flight was canceled. I called back to the hotel after 9p. They found me a room and sent a shuttle. They again were extremely kind and helpful. Husan at the front desk offered a later checkout due to our late arrival and need for a late departure on Sunday. Sunday afternoon they quickly arranged another shuttle for us. Our driver David was so very kind and offered the same outstanding customer service we received from Husan. We will be staying at this hotel again on our way home from our international trip. I highly recommend this location. Our room was very clean and really comfortable. It included breakfast in the morning. I will come again and highly recommend it to others who are traveling!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 night with other team members. The rooms are dated, sheets don't fit the bed, and parking fees are absurd. The hotel parking lot connects to a ***** mall parking lot. There is parking everywhere including plenty in the hotel parking lot. But they still charge you a $7 per day for parking. Internet is beyond horrible. I paid $4 a day for the ”faster” internet and I was luck if it worked 20% of the time. Also good luck getting a good cell signal in the building. The worse part was the rude staff. On check-in, they charged me $109 for incidental. After checkout I was charged for the full stay which included room, parking, internet, state tax, and occupancy tax. They did not subtract the incidental fee they had already charged me on check-in. I had no other incidentals. I had two speprate charges on my card. One for the full price of my stay and other which should have been an incidental hold. I called the hotel to discuss the extra charge. I was connected to the hotel manager named Sara/Shara. Saying she was rude is putting it nicely. She spoke down to me and flat out refused to help and denied that there could be another charge. She made absolutely no effort to verify or look in to my concerns. All she had to do was review the audit reports and she would have seen the charge. I offered to share the authorization number for the charge or show her my credit card statement with both charges coming from same place. She was not interested. The kicker, she accused me or my co-workers of making the charge. So in her mind, I broke in to the hotel systems, charged my own credit card, and now was calling to request a refund back to my card? Hooray for customer service! In my experience, incidental are hold for a certain amount on my card. Not a charge that is never returned. An off the record charge coming from the same hotel sounds like a scam. Be careful and keep a close eye on you credit card statement if you want to brave this place. My company and I have been using Hilton properties for many years. After this experience, we will need to look for a more reputable hotel. Very surprised by this experience from a Hilton but I guess times are changing.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und beunruhigt über unseren Aufenthalt diese Zeit. Die Bedingungen in dieser Lage sind untragbar. Wir sind besorgt über andere Gäste, die erleben, was wir getan haben. Als ich die ursprüngliche Buchung gemacht habe, gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass die Botschaft Suiten am Dulles North Loudoun, Virginia, unter einer großen Renovierung war. Bitte beraten Sie, dass die Lage von dem neu renovierten (Hiltons Affiliate) Hotel ”Home Suites” geteilt wird. Wir haben auf der Home Suite Seite angemeldet und ein Zimmer auf der Botschaft Seite zugewiesen. Wir waren schockiert, da es unter Bau war. Wir fanden, dass der Raum eindeutig veraltet, dünn und unzureichend war. Der Lärm aus dem Bau war untragbar. Offensichtlich, Es gab keine Ausstattung auf der Botschaftseite und musste neben der Tür zu Homes Suites gehen. Auch nicht offengelegt, war die neu auferlegte Parkgebühr $7. Wenn ich die Gebühr frage, wurde uns gesagt, es war eine neue Managemententscheidung. Offensichtlich wusste die Hotelverwaltung, dass die Zimmer auf der Botschaftseite zu aktualisieren sind. Warum haben wir nicht ein Zimmer in den neu renovierten Home Suites oder andere Optionen angeboten, ist beunruhigend. Die Menschen auf dem Frontdesk haben das oder andere Optionen nicht angeboten. In der Tat waren sie ziemlich unprofessioneller und hilflos. Wir haben in dieser Lage schon mehrmals geblieben und sind lange anwesende Hilton-Mitglieder. Wir fanden die gesamte Erfahrung recht beunruhigend und für jeden Reisenden unzulässig. Hiltons Versäumnis, Kunden wichtige Änderungen an den Anlagen zu vermitteln und keine geeigneten Optionen anzubieten, ist für die Reisenden eine große Sorge.

Traveling w my partner & dog. We used to like aloft bc they didn’t charge for pets. Welp, we spoke too soon bc now they do. Here’s the rub…my partner is a PLATINUM Marriott Bonvoy member. If you use bonvoy, you appreciate how hard that is to maintain. EVERY time we book, we ask for an extra blanket & 2 pillows. One of us is always cold & we both want pillows to prop up & watch tv since this price/grade of hotel doesn’t have extra seating. No matter how early or late we book, we never get the pillows or blanket. It’s pretty annoying. I understand that this is a less expensive hotel but I think we asked about FIVE times since. It’s ridiculous. Why does Marriott even ask if they’re not going to oblige? Other than that, the rooms are generally clean albeit on the small side. Today there was no disposable plastic cups-only a reusable one. With COVID still in the works, it’s not really acceptable. What’s happening at Aloft? We used to love!

Manisha- has been the best lady to come in contact with at this hotel, very nice always welcoming to the guest. Great personality and will communicate with you very well and will try to help with any problems you come into contacts with. Overall a very good employee at the Suburban Extended Stay in Sterling,VA
