I'm so disappointed with this hotel. My daughter was having surgery so I booked a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen expecting to have a fully stocked kitchen. Cabinets were EMPTY. Few plates in the dishwasher , no cookware, no mugs. Really? I called the front desk who in turn had the manager call me.. the next day, who then told me”that's not a possibility”, then the house keeping manager called me ...again the NEXT day and said that she was not on site the day before. SO? House keeping never showed up, ever, even after calling me. I asked for them to come and unload the dishwasher and stock everything. They NEVER showed up. No toilet paper except for the half roll when we arrived, no soap in the kitchen, no way to wash dishes, no dish washing detergent, no towels in the kitchen, Nothing Nada. 2 remote controls for three TVs. Then to top it off the walls were paper thin and I was woken up by a foreigner next door talking so loudly that I had to call the front desk. This is not motel 6 ... or is it? When I checked out the manager still did not apologize. This is unacceptable. You pay for three nights, expect what is advertised, don't get it and then they don't even apologize or try to rectify it. So disappointing. Please GM talk to your hotel manager and house keeping manager and get them to do their jobs, Do NOT stay here. There were SOOOO Many other options. I'm so mad at myself for not believing the other reviews.

This is my go to place anytime I’m in the area. I can’t say enough good about the rooms, safety and great staff. I’ve never had a terrible experience here and they go out of the way to make your feel at home. On my last trip I had an issue with workers that were on site working…one of the workers were extremely loud while on his phone. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and experienced a shun from this person, stating they had to be there. Not sure she is this locations newest hire or just hasn’t been broken in at the moment. Her lack of concern really struck me but I will be sure to mention it to some of the other staff who always go out of the way. That’s the only problem I have ever experienced with all of my stays here. Home away from home.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hervorragende COVID Sicherheitsprotokolle vorhanden, sehr ruhig (obwohl Eigenschaften Hunde erlaubt), komfortable Bett und sauberen Zimmer. Ich würde dies sehr empfehlen, wenn Sie mit Ihrem Hund reisen, vor allem eines, das regelmäßig ausgeübt werden muss. Das Hotel liegt in einem Block von einem Egress bis zur Big Creek Greenway, die eine Meilenlange Fuß-/Biking-/Jogging-Straße ist und perfekt für Hunde-Walk. Innenstadt Alpharetta ist eine schnelle 5-minütige Fahrt entfernt und Einkaufen in Avalon ist noch näher. Wir reisen regelmäßig 20 Minuten nach/von dem Hotel und dem Haus unserer Verwandten in Milton während unseres Aufenthalts.

We had an emergency with our house and needed a few nights at lical hotel to msnsge through it. Allie bent over backwards to accomodate us and get us a room with short notice. DeAsia was terrific and accomodating as well. Great hospitality and customer focus! Very nice suite, super location, we will be back. Thank you Allie & DeAsia! Highly recommend!

Das Hotel ist viel besser als man sich vorstellt, um sich zu essen und zu kaufen ist sehr bequem!

Das Hotel liegt in Alpharetta umgeben von vielen anderen Hotels, Restaurants und Geschäftsbüros. Das Hotel ist leicht gedatiert und die Straßen waren extrem heiß, da es auch rund 97 Grad draußen war. Der Mobilschlüssel funktionierte manchmal und manchmal nicht. Warum prüfen Sie sich an Ihrem Handy und beantragen Sie den Mobilschlüssel, wenn ich noch zu der Kontrolle im Zähler gehen und alles wieder tun muss? Das Zimmer war sehr heiß beim Eintritt, weil der Thermostat aus war, so musste ich die A/C aufschneiden und das Zimmer für eine Stunde verlassen, um es zu kühlen. Warum sollte der Thermostat abgeschlossen sein und es 97 Grad draußen und Sie wussten, dass der Gast zum Zimmer kommt? Doch das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Restaurantoptionen, bis das Zimmer abgekühlt werden konnte. Die Lobby war sehr offen und für Computerarbeit oder die Einnahme von etwas vom Bistro. Obwohl die Hallen sehr heiß und mobil Schlüsselfragen waren, werde ich aufgrund des Personals, das ich bei meinem Besuch getroffen habe, zurückkehren.

Just what we wanted. Beautiful grounds, quiet, affordable, many amenities. Staff was pleasant and the room super comfortable. Definitely will stay here on our future trips to Georgia. Enjoyed the breakfast too, much better than your average hotel breakfast

1. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig, kostenlose Parkplätze, mit Frühstück (Milch, Kaffee, Obst, Brot, Joghurt), mit Außenpool. 2. Die Lage ist gut, 6 Autominuten zur Fußgängerzone AVAlon (es gibt Cafés, Kinos und Bekleidungsgeschäfte usw., sehr elegant), 6 Autominuten zum sehr leckeren thailändischen Restaurant (nahm feine thailändische Küche) (5310 Luv) Parkway, Suite C). 20 Minuten Fahrt zum Zhonghua Supermarkt, chinesischen Restaurants und anderen Orten. 3. Ich werde dieses Hotel das nächste Mal wählen,
