Standard hotel but very clean, walking distance to Belém Monastery. Not much around the area in terms of shops, amenities etc. had to get Ubers everywhere. Hotel breakfast was nice, variety of choices. Staff were pleasant especially check in staff. Hotel roof has amazing view. Room service were rude & basically inexistent. Rooms were clean, bed was firm which is my preference but not for everyone.

Das Hotel selbst ist ein Kaiserpalast und die Umgebung ist sehr gut, aber es ist ein wenig vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, das relativ abgelegen ist. In Bezug auf die Umgebung sieht der Raum gewöhnlich aus. Die Service-Einstellung des Hotelkellners ist durchschnittlich und Sie können es für die Umwelt erleben. Ich begegnete jedoch erneut einem schwarzen Kellner, der vorgab, einen Bademantel zu schicken, und die Gelegenheit nutzte, die Gäste anzusehen, da es bereits 18 Uhr abends war und bereits ein Bademantel im Zimmer war. Seien Sie vorsichtig, gerade wegen der Fünf-Sterne-Hotels gibt es viele solcher Fälle. Neben den Chinesen widmen diese Kellner den Handyclubs mehr Aufmerksamkeit.

酒店挺新的，各種設施都很新，服務態度很好，房間也不算小，地下停車場很大，自己開車比較方便，不過周邊買東西不那麼方便，好在裏斯本不大

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly, helpful staff and great rooms. It has a pleasant outdoor area for sunbathing and a small pool. The hotel is located out of the centre (which may not be ideal for everyone and is a long walk) but we knew this when we booked it. It is only approx 4 Euros for an Uber into the centre, or 2 Euros per person on the bus which run every 20 minutes (and the bus stop is very close to the hotel). The staff are all great and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. You can ask for gluten fee bread and muffins each morning, if needed. The room was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for our 4 day stay. Some reviews we saw complain that the hotel is on the flight path for the airport but we found no issue at all with this - no noise and no sleep disruption. We had major issues on our last day because our flight was cancelled due to ATC issues in the UK. We were effectively stranded and needed to organise extra accommodation, replacement flights, trains etc. Fernanda let us use the reception laptop and she helped us with printing and answering a lot of questions! She also arranged a room for the night in a 'sister' hotel in central Lisbon so that we had somewhere to stay because the Jardim da Lapa was full. She really helped to make a stressful situation less tense!

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Servicepersonal ist enthusiastisch und die Landschaft des Flusslandschaftshauses darf nicht gesagt werden. Obwohl das Hotel alt ist, ist die Wartung nicht alt. Der Aufenthalt ist hauptsächlich auf älteren Gästen in Europa und den USA, geeignet für die Luft und die Landschaft im Hotel zu sehen, und es ist nicht umstritten. Nicht so überfüllt wie die alte Stadt, es ist auch bequem, den Wagen zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren. Kein Internet-Rot, vielleicht ist es nicht geeignet, Hot-Shooting und Fotos zu nehmen. Kinder mögen es besonders.
