Der Ort ist ein komplettes Mist, die Wände haben Pilze, die Dusche wurde gepflückt, die Handtücher waren schmutzig. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Küche, aber es gab fast keine Küchenwerkzeuge, so konnten wir nicht wirklich dort essen. Es war wirklich kalt im Zimmer während der Nacht, weil die Fenster gebrochen waren und sie nicht schließen würden. Und letztendlich, aber nicht zuletzt, der Besitzer ... Er nahm die Einlage, aber er wollte sie nicht zurückgeben. Er antwortete nicht auf das Telefon, als wir uns auschecken wollten und unser Geld bekommen. Dann begann er mit uns zu streiten, und drückte meine weibliche Freundin zweimal (!!!). Wir verpassten unseren Bus wegen ihm und er hatte völlig keine Bedauern. Besuchen Sie diesen Ort nie.

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. The room is quite spacious, with a blind bathroom; generously sized bed, dated floor with period carpet. On the TV only one channel in Italian RAI1 and a strange overabundance of channels in German! The hotel is not far from the pedestrian center, but not close either, to go there you need to take the car. Friendly staff with good command of English, no communication problems.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Kattowitz entfernt. Die Rezeption spricht Englisch und der Service ist sehr gut und enthusiastisch. Der Raum ist groß und komplett ausgestattet, mit guter Hygiene und ausreichender Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist kein Buffet, sondern à la carte, was in Ordnung ist. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe und viele Restaurants, aber es gibt kein chinesisches Essen. Gute Rezension!

Phenomenal service is a central hotel. The hotel was located on a main ***** of bars, couldn’t have been in a better position. We arrived during a snow storm, the hotel had Xmas songs playing with a blow up snowman outside, it really set the mood for Christmas! The receptionist was very polite and offered great information of the area and local food to etc. The bedroom was very clean and offered everything we needed. With being on a main ***** of bars, I was worried about noice as I’m a light sleeper, except my friends snoring.. the hotel offered great sound proofing and this was never an issue. If I visit Katowice again, I will for sure be using this hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Idealny na imprezę w Spodku. Pokoje wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy i jest nawet czajnik z herbatkami czy kawą. Na recepcji też można sobie kupić jakieś przekąski. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pod hotelem parking, ale trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować

Dostaliśmy inny pokoj w którym były podobne problemy Jeśli coś nazywa się apartamentem to niedorzeczne jest to żeby w pokoju bo tak tylko można nazwać ten pozal się Boże apartament były brudne ściany,oraz dziury które radośnie spoglądają na Ciebie podczas wejścia do pokoju .Brakujące zaślepki przy listwach przypodlogowych Kubki brudne każdy z innej parafii. Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Napuchnięta ościeżnicą w łazience.Papier toaletowy najgorszego sortu. Śmieci pod łóżkiem po poprzednich lokatorach Ramy okienne oraz szyby brudne. Krzesło bez śrub tzn. siedzisko z nóżkami nie tworzyło całości O dzwiekoszczelnosc możecie zapomnieć jest ona tylko z nazwy. Słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klatce oraz u sąsiadów obok.Wiec jeśli szukacie czegoś więcej to odradzam . Właściciel tego przybytku po negatywnej opinii na booking zaczął do nas wypisywać smsy dziwnej treści .Według naszej oceny chyba próbował nas zastraszyć
