We stayed at a 3 BR Villa Premier. All the rooms and their ensuite bathrooms which was really appreciated. The service was also very good, everyone was attentive and polite, from the moment we brought our stuff down from the van, and until check-out. The rooms were clean and the design of the villa was practical but still very nice. Pool towels were also readily available everywhere and that was very convenient! They also had complimentary activities such as kayak, paddle board, and balsa raft which they tow towards the area for snorkeling! Super convenient. They had multiple pools and our villa was right across one so it was appreciated. The food was also delicious and I would say they charge a fair price for it. Some points of improvement. 1. Cala Trail - it was very rugged, the wooden path was rotten, and there were plenty of mosquitos. This was the path to the archery which we did not end up going anymore because of this. 2. The playground for kids were also dirty and the area had lots of mosquitos. 3. They did not serve ice cream at the main restaurant - they told us that this is part of in-room service. What a missed opportunity to sell ice cream by the beach hahaha 4. It was low tide every after lunch so there's no opportunity to swim at the beach - not sure if this is seasonal but quite disappointing that you can't swim at the beach during the afternoon. 5. We hired a banca during our stay and the seats of the banca could be improved - I've ridden on so many but the seats of this one wasn't comfortable. Just a thin wooden plank. 6. The staff when asked prior to our banca reservation also couldn't answer if they had life vests for infants. They said there were but there really weren't. 7. The driver's quarters need to be improved according to our driver. There was a foul smell, and no bed and pillow covers! We take care of our staff really well, and they deserve the same respect of having a decent place to stay. I hope you really improve on this.

Recommended...first time namin nakapunta nung Summer 2024...at naexperience namin yung Beachfront Extravaganza ...sobra dami food at my fire dance rin for entertainment...then yung recent eh last September 2024...kahit linggo at di peak season... di pa rin nila tinitipid ang buffet ang dinner at breakfast..

We recently visited at the El Hardin de Zaida for an overnight stay with mom and my aunt and I can say it was all pleasant. The place was a gated property at the border of Laiya and San Juan. Check-in procedures were great and we had a special treat of being upgraded to the premium stay which gave us access to the exclusive pool that is adjacent to our hotel room. For the room, it was clean and spotless one but the vanity desk didn't have a mirror in front of it. The bathroom was nice. It had a drying rack, a bidet but the shower needs a bath mat to prevent guests from unnecessary accidents. Food was splendid. Late lunch, an evening at Rudy's and the breakfast. One of our highly considered decisions for choosing El Hardin de Zaida was the Spa. Prior to the trip, we called the place to ask if we needed to book a reservation for the therapy but we were told that we can avail the services on the spot. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one therapist available. We were three. Therefore, it would be impossible for us to avail 2.5 hours worth of wellness services all together. We hope that this can be carefully addressed to prevent the guests from expecting the availability of the spa. Overall, the stay and the food was great.

Ich hatte einige Zweifel, dass ich wegen der vorherigen Bewertungen hier bleiben würde, die ich gelesen habe; wenn es mir obliegt, hätte ich in einem anderen Resort gebucht, aber meine Schwesters Familie hatte dort gebucht für ihre 60. Bächefeier. Und sie wusste nicht, dass wir kommen ... Wir planen eine Überraschung und das Personal von Henry half uns dazu! (Danke Danielle!) Der Rest unseres Aufenthalts wurde aufgrund der Effizienz des Personals so angenehm gemacht. Kundenservice von ALL ON there was simply EXCELENT! (Manuel und Mart und ALL Apt1B's crew) Und das Essen war großartig, kudos zu seinem Innenrestaurant Apt 1B! Obwohl wir nur 3 Tage geblieben haben, waren unsere Tage voll und zufriedenstellend! Einige Vorschläge: Mehr Lounge-Stühle und Kabinen am Strand; Notwendigkeit, die Badezimmer zu verbessern und die groben rustigen Bereiche unter den Tauchen zu reinigen; sauber Bidet-Kopf, bitte; vollständig die Dusche umzudecken, so dass Wasser nicht überflutet oder ins WC vergossen wird Geben Sie im Restaurant-Bereich Anti-Bug-Licht, um verschiedene Insekten zu verhindern, in unsere Nahrung zu dyken. Ich gebe dem Henry immer noch 5 Sterne!

Good cheap hotel with parking space , very convenient for a night. Rooms are clean and AC works properly. There is a 7 Eleven in a walking distance.

I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.

We love Acuaverde! The best Pet Friendly beach resort ever! Best amenities for dogs and hoomans. Relaxing place, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food, awesome place! What more could you ask for, they got all good stuff in there! Our beach getaway and we'll keep coming back!
