Als ich am ersten Tag ankam, wartete ich 2 Stunden. Ich sagte, sie haben die Buchung auf Trip.com, Agoda und die Online-Plattform abgeschafft, aber ich weiß nicht, warum ich noch buchen kann. Ich bin überrascht, dass der Kunde beschlossen hat, wenn ich nicht akzeptiere, warum nicht informiert!! Ist das meine Schuld?! Andere können akzeptiert werden, und wenn ich es weiß, habe ich eine kleine Küchenzeile auf sie.

The hotel is about 11 months old so still relatively new. I stayed two nights. The first night was in a smaller, standard room, in the front facing the road. The only problem was the traffic noise starting around 530 am. The next night I was in a larger room in the back and it was pretty nice, and mostly quiet. It had two beds, single and a queen, but its OK I like the extra space that came with the room. But it's a bit surprising. In a country where people, and usually hotel staff, are generally friendly and pleasant, the staff here didn't speak to me at all or even acknowledge me the entire time I was there. A few of the housekeepers did speak to me by the second day, but not the overall staff. Even when I checked out, both the receptionist and the manager just keep busy with whatever they were doing and didn't even look in my direction or say a word. OK but but that's a problem, because it's the hospitality business after all. The cafe is good and the food is exceptional. The location is a little far away from what I was used to in the city but manageable. Still overall it was a good stay, mostly because the rooms are super clean and new.

Das Hotel ist alt und braucht Renovierung. Der Empfänger ist nicht zu Hause. Es ist eine gute Wahl für den Budget-Typ Aufenthalt oder wenn Sie nur ein Paar sind, ich empfehle nicht für die Familie. Es gibt NO INROOM DINE IN.. Keine Nahrungsmittel, unser Zimmer riecht Zigaretten sehr schlecht. . Meine Kinder genossen nur den Schwimmbad. Wir haben eine Küche in unserem Zimmer, aber nicht in der Lage, es zu verwenden, weil es keine Küchenartikel .Es gibt keine Bidet im Toilette.i empfehlen sie Bidet im WC für die Bequemlichkeit der Gäste.Parkplatz ist nicht kostenlos Sie müssen 200 pesos für übernachten. Und auch Sie müssen für die Incidentelgebühr von 2000 pesos, aber es erstattet bei der checkout. Wir checkout früh, weil ich nicht wie unser Aufenthalt mag. Unser Zimmer riecht schlecht und erstickend. Ich empfehle nicht, hier mit den Kindern zu bleiben.

GGastnutzerDer Ortsverkehr ist schrecklich, aber das kann überall sein. Bei einigen Zeiten hier bereits geblieben und Service immer konsequent und Zimmer komfortabel. Das einzige ist die Dusche heißes Wasser ist temperamental.

KKenDucsThe place was clean and had a pleasant smell, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We booked for 4 people, and while some supplies like towels and blankets were initially missing, they were provided promptly upon request. The space itself was quite spacious, though the lack of a closet made it a bit challenging to keep our belongings organized without creating clutter.
The appliances were in great condition and appeared almost new, which was a positive touch. The bathroom was generally nice, although the sink could have been cleaner. A small downside was that the water heater only worked with the telephone shower, as it's the only one connected to the heater, not the overhead shower.
A standout feature was the smart door lock, which was easy to use and felt very modern.
Overall, our experience was good. However, there’s room for improvement, especially in providing better storage options, such as wall-mounted hangers or under-bed storage, to keep the place organized while maintaining its spaciousness. It would also be nice if both guests received the same blankets or comforters when booking for 4 people to ensure comfort during sleep :)

MMAYDer Aufenthalt im Edsa Shangrila Hotel war eine tolle Erfahrung. Alles war zufriedenstellend – von der Zimmerausstattung über die Annehmlichkeiten und das Hotelpersonal bis hin zum Essen. Alle schienen sehr freundlich zu sein, mit Ausnahme eines bestimmten männlichen Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption, dessen Namen ich bereits vergessen habe … Er war zuerst ziemlich ungeduldig, als ich auf ihn zukam, änderte dann aber plötzlich seine Einstellung, als er meinen Ausweis sah (wahrscheinlich änderte sich sein Verhalten mir gegenüber, als er meinen Beruf auf meinem Ausweis sah) … So behandelt man seine Gäste/Kunden nicht, Sir … Es ist am besten, Gäste/Kunden unabhängig von ihrem Status gleich zu behandeln, da wir alle dafür bezahlen, den hochwertigen Service zu erhalten, den wir verdienen.

JJob De LunaIch hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei RedDoorz Plus @ Boni Avenue Mandaluyong. Das Hotel ist haushaltsfreundlich, es perfekt für diejenigen, die nach erschwinglichen, aber komfortablen Unterkünften suchen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, bieten einen guten Preis.
Was ich am meisten geschätzt hatte, war die Zugänglichkeit. Es ist bequem in der Nähe verschiedener Speiseoptionen, so dass das Finden von Lebensmitteln nie ein Problem war. Zusätzlich machte es einfach zu arbeiten und andere benachbarte Gebiete zu wechseln, was ein enormer Plus für meinen Aufenthalt war.
Insgesamt ist es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Reisende auf einem Budget, die einen gemütlichen und bequemen Ort brauchen, um in Mandaluyong zu bleiben. Ich würde es definitiv empfehlen und werde in Zukunft noch einmal hier bleiben.

YYuri88Bsa is like our second home, 2018 was the first time we booked a room. The hotel location is very near to everything, especially every time we visit TMC for check-ups..
But last Saturday, after we checked out and waiting for our ride to the airport, a paper bag that I need to dispose, I saw a hotel maintenance and ask them nicely if they could take the bag for disposal but they refuse since ”wala daw basurahan”
We ended up bringing it to the airport...
Overall, the Bsa Twin Tower is always my first choice every time I'm in the area..

GGracy B GrayAlles gut, außer dem Fernseher, da er die ganze Zeit, in der wir im Hotel waren, mit Unterbrechungen abgespielt und angehalten wurde. Wir riefen das Personal an der Rezeption an und sie sagte, sie werde die Zimmermädchen bitten, nachzusehen, aber bis zum Auschecken kam niemand herein. Schlechter Service!!!
