Ähnlich wie das inländische Express-Hotel ist es etwas besser als Hanting. Es ist ziemlich modern in Duma, denn es wurde 2018 renoviert und eröffnet, die Einrichtungen sind neu, das heiße Wasser ist stark und das Haus hat keine Ameisen-Textgeckos. Das ist in Duma selten. Es ist kein Resorthotel, aber ich habe ihm wirklich 100 Punkte gegeben. Ich habe die Visitenkarte des Hotels hinterlassen, als ich ging.

Bequemer Transport, nur drei oder fünf Minuten entfernt befindet sich der Busbahnhof. Unten ist 711 mit Robinson in der Nähe. Wir haben nicht gesagt, dass es nachts so laut ist, wenn wir geschlafen haben, wahrscheinlich weil das ganze sehr laut war. Dann müssen wir aufpassen, dass wir die Reste nicht zurückbringen. Die Smoothie-Milch, die wir gekauft haben, war für eine Nacht kaputt, und der Burger, den wir gekauft haben, wurde für eine Nacht hineingelegt und Ameisen krochen hinein, sehr kleine Ameisen.

Being new, the rooms are small, but neat and clean. They are very colourful, as you can see from the photos. There's a rooftop pool, possibly the smallest hotel pool ever, yet quite deep. Good for cooling off and for its views of the city. If there are sufficient guests, breakfast may be a buffet on the top floor, which is quite good. Otherwise, you only get to order a meal and one drink from the cafe next to reception. As is often the case in the Philippines, the choice is extremely limited in that case. It's hard to rate the hotel's value, when these are two vastly different situations. You can have 4 or 5 or more glasses of juice at the breakfast buffet, or only 1 if that's not operating. I'll be generous and rate it very good, but that assumes they supply the decent breakfast. If you get stuck with the cafe breakfast, I'd downgrade it to average.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Binhai Avenue und es gibt eine Menge Essen in der Umgebung, sehr praktisch! Allerdings haben wir beim Einchecken gerade im Obergeschoss renoviert und es gab tagsüber ständig Lärm, weil wir einen Tag geblieben sind, also war es nur eine kurze Weile entfernt. Die Schalldämmung des Raumes ist übrigens nicht sehr gut

GGuest UserNot too sure what to expect, even though the reviews were all positive. As others ha e mentioned, common areas and rooms are all furnished in quality mainly antique furniture, collected by the owner on his travels. The rooms have very comfortable beds, hot water for the shower and polite and attentive staff. We booked 3 rooms for our family and all were of a good quality, far better than others we have stayed in that cost far more. When we are in the area again we will definitely stay again.

毛毛毛虫MandyDiesmal habe ich ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern gebucht, was sehr praktisch ist und man selbst kochen kann, aber dieses Mal habe ich es nicht eilig erlebt. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist nicht so gut wie alle sagten, aber es liegt über dem Gesamtniveau der Philippinen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und es gibt Rutschen zum Spielen. Nach dem Auschecken musste ich zum Pier, um mit dem Boot nach Tin Island zu fahren. Da wir 5 Personen und Gepäck hatten, baten wir die Rezeption, einen Wagen für uns zu rufen. BB4261WDmarkbWe (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for one week in a Family Apartment. We chose Villa Prescilla as we wanted to be able to self-cater and cook our own meals. The hotel is a short drive from both the airport (via taxi) and the centre of Dumaguete (trike). Getting transport via a trike is easy, plus the trikes here are much bigger than in Manila or Angeles and the prices were reasonable: but it does help if you have a Filipina with you to ensure you are not being taken advantage of (but I still gave tips to drivers). Location is away from the hustle & bustle of Dumaguete, but the road is still very busy and noise from traffic can be a bit of a problem, but main bedroom is at the rear of the building and we kept the doors shut. To avoid being awakened too early by neighbouring roosters or barking dogs, I recommend having the fan on for white noise. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age, but it is still clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, plus the caretaker/s were very helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be in relation to the Wi-Fi signal which at times was non-existent (welcome to the Philippines...lol). In the times we live, Wi-Fi has become a necessity and I was relying on being able to use my laptop, so it was of great importance to me to be able to access the internet when I wanted / needed. Fortunately, each time I really needed to access the internet the caretakers would come to the apartment and were able to get a signal for me through trial and error, plus a lot of persistence and sometimes calling upon the available IT guru (caretakers’ teenage son). My Filipina was very happy with the kitchen facilities and was able to whip up some great meals. Caretakers were also able to arrange a private car with driver for us (day trip to Bindoy) and a taxi for the journey to the airport for our departure.

GGuest UserDer Ort ist perfekt für die Reisenden mit einem engen Budget. Wie mir wollten wir die Stadt und die benachbarten Naturziele erkunden - so machte es keinen Sinn, in einem teuren Hotel zu prüfen, als wir nicht planen, im Hotel zu loungen. Die Zimmerpreise sind haushaltsfreundlich - die Betten und die AC war ok. Zimmer hatte einen Fernseher mit Kabel, aber WiFi funktionierte nicht die meisten Zeit, aber es ist ok, weil Mobile Daten waren stark genug, da das Hostel in der Stadt ist. Das einzige Problem, das ich hatte, war mit dem Badezimmer. Es war schön, hatte einen Dusch, eine warme/kühle Dusche und ein großes WC. Allerdings hatte das Badezimmer einen Spalt auf dem Boden, der die Dusche und das WC trennen - aber der Toilettenteil des Zimmers hatte keine Bodenabwässer. So ist die Tendenz, wenn Sie Wasser in die Toilette aufblasen oder sprühen, es wird auf dem Boden bleiben und würde die andere Hälfte überschwemmt. Aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig.

GGuest UserMauvais choix pour ma part, maximum 1 étoile, situé dans le centre ville, l'entrée de cet établissement se fait au fond d'un couloir sous une arcade commerçante, pas facile à trouver ! Bon accueil, demande de dépôt 500 rp, pas d'ascenseur, ma chambre au 2 eme étage, on m'a proposé de monter mes bagages, quelle surprise, je ne m'attendais pas à un endroit aussi basique vu les commentaires et les annonces des escrocs Booking et Agoda; pièce sombre et vieillotte, il faut l'éclairage en permanence, pas de fenêtre, pas de table, ni de chaise, vieilles étagères abimées, même pas une bouteille d'eau ! 2 lits étroits, salle de bain avec douche. Par contre clim et wifi correct, ensemble propre. Vraiment déçu, de plus pas bon marché, je me suis bien fait avoir pas les avis de Tripdvisor....Complètement déconseillé.

Für uns frühzeitig einchecken lassen und sicherstellen, dass wir uns beim Ankunft ein großes Bett geben. Nur bezahlt Php 1,000 für unser Zimmer mit Frühstück enthalten für 2 Erwachsene (es wert). MmelrubinThe location of the hotel is convenient since it is at the center of the town. There are a lot of stores and restaurants/food shops nearby. The Boulevard is within walking distance too. Though we when we park at the basement, it was kinda dirty and creepy too. You have to use the stairs to go up to the lobby. But overall we enjoyed our stay there and its budget saver. The staff were approachable.
