Ich blieb hier für eine Nacht, weil ich und mein Mann eine Hochzeit in der Nähe zu besuchen. Einchecken war reibungslos. Standard-Check-in ist um 2pm und frühe check-in erfordert eine Zahlung von 375 php pro Stunde. Wir kamen um 10am, so dass wir die entsprechenden Gebühren zu zahlen. Unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock, es gab nur Treppen, kein Aufzug verfügbar. Das Personal war jedoch mehr als bereit, mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Alle Einrichtungen waren funktional. Unsere Buchung kommt mit Frühstück und da der Ort nichts Restaurants hat, Frühstück im Zimmer serviert. Gute Erfahrung insgesamt

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt mit Bosay Resortt, obwohl einige andere Einrichtungen unter Renovierung waren, aber es ist wirklich verständlich, da sie sich für den kommenden Sommer vorbereiten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren groß und freundlich sehr das Frühstück war groß das Zimmer ziemlich alt aber noch gut

We stayed at Luljetta Garden Suites during the Holy week to recharge. Ou comments are these. Our voucher states our reservation date is April 7-9. Upon arriving, the front desk girl said, we should have checked in April 6-HOW INCONSISTENT! We were able to check-in at 3pm. Waiting time took so long as room is still being prepared.-WHAAAT? After doing reservations a month before. The porter man led us into our room and just carried one luggage. He showed us our room and left. Later, my luggage with all my gadgets, we discovered was left outside the room.-HOW INCOMPETENT RESORT PERSONNEL THIS IS, WHAT IF SOMEBODY GOT IT. There are many published types of body massage in their website, but only one type is available. So, we just have to contend with what is only available. You can not even choose the date and time you want to have it. You have to be the one to adjust. And the massage time did not start on the agreed time. Again, only one type of facial was available, so we have to contend to what’s available and agree to the date and time its available. The front desk is not too keen. I wanted a foot spa with herbal but she recorded just a plain foot spa which caused misunderstanding before the foot spa. There is no direct line to the front desk. They rarely respond to text, so you need to use your cel load to make a call, and it cost me a lot of my cel load. Upon check-in, the front desk took a photo of our senior citizen ID, knowing that when we eat in their restaurants, we will be given SC discount right away. But, upon check out, the lady from the restaurant said, we should have informed them.-HOW UNORGANIZED THIS RESORT IS? We wanted a tour of the Loreland Farms and Hanging Garden Spa from the Luljetta Garden Suites. The driver of the golf cart initially agreed that he can show us around. We just have to go back to him at 6pm. But, when we all came at his post at 6pm, a resort personnel said, we can not do it as its 6pm, its closed. When we saw the driver, he pretended to be very busy then.-HOW UNRELIABLE THIS PERSONNEL ARE. We were staying in high end suites but we were off limits to the sauna and jacuzzi.

We chanced upon Altaroca Resorts when we searched for top resorts/accomodations in Antipolo. With less expectations during online booking, we were greeted by a friendly security guard who ushered us to the parking area and to the reception/front desk and by the housekeeping staff who assisted us with our bags up to our rooms. The staffs are all approachable and friendly. The rooms (we booked the twin sharing and triple sharing rooms) are modern and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. It is good that the shower comes with a heater. We enjoyed the 3 pools (kiddie, lounge and lap pools). The food is also very good. Downside though, since it is a mountain resort, the rooms,restaurant, pools are only accessible via stairs. Overall, the resort is a very nice place to chill, relax and unwind. We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Altaroca. Highly recommendable! And we will come back, definitely!

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber. Das Personal war schön und untergebracht. Das Fernsehen hat Netflix, aber das Hotel hat ein schwaches WLAN-Signal. Es gab Handtücher und Slips, und sie haben auch warme Dusche. Das Hotel ist leicht zugänglich und hat eine 7-11 in der Nähe.

Wir blieben übernachten, nachdem wir die Feuerwerkshow am 30. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Zimmerservice war gut Wir hatten ein flickendes Licht im cr und das Problem wurde in 5 Minuten behoben Das Hotel liegt nahe der Sta Lucia-Station und dem LRT-Stationszentrum. Auch viele Jeepney sind zur Verfügung, um zu vielen Orten zu gehen Highly recommended for the price Wir haben hier in der Vergangenheit geblieben und werden in Zukunft hier bleiben Danke Sogo
