The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍
