Der Ort war sehr schwer zu finden, ich musste den Kundenservice anrufen, um nach dem Weg zu fragen. Glücklicherweise war der Kundenservice sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit seinem Guide ist es einfach, mit dem Auto dorthin zu gelangen. Die Einheit war sehr sauber und hatte gute Grundausstattung – Wasserspender (sehr hilfreich, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist). Sehr empfehlenswert für Erwachsene und Kinder ab 6 Jahren. Nicht geeignet für jüngere Kinder, da die Treppen eine Gefahr darstellen können. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung gut! Ich liebe die Einheit, die Ausstattung, den freundlichen Kundenservice, im Grunde alles an der Einheit, nur die Lage ist auf Google Maps nicht leicht zu finden.

Sritel Boutique Hotel offers a comfortable and affordable stay, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, even though I booked a room without windows. The price is very reasonable for the quality and amenities provided, with a RM50 deposit required upon check-in. The hotel is located in a shoplot area, but it can be quite quiet at night, which makes for a peaceful sleep. For dinner, we drove 10 minutes to Satay Pak Wan, and it was definitely worth it, delicious and highly recommended. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, with a comfortable stay and friendly service.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens Subon. Es ist sehr praktisch, zum Flughafen Subon zu gelangen, aber die Umgebung ist ziemlich desolat und die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr alt. Der Hauptgrund ist, dass die Karte praktisch ist. Am zweiten Tag ist es nicht nötig, früh aufzustehen.

Erster Blick ist nett. Aber ein Teil des Papiers im Zimmer ist ausgegangen, der Schlauch für den Tauch ist so los, dass ich links nach rechts drehen kann. Plus der Heilige NICHT heißes Wasser. Bislang war ich noch OK mit diesem. Aber dann, als ich auf dem Bett lag, bemerkte ich nur 2 Pillows, so versuchte ich, den Vorderabschnitt zu rufen, um 1 Pillow mehr zu bitten, da ihre Pillow ist zu weich für mich, wenn ich das Telefon im Zimmer nicht funktioniert! Wenn Sie das Front Desk informieren, antworten sie nur ”ya das Telefon funktioniert nicht für eine Weile.” mit einem, das mir nichts ankommt. Wenn Sie eine Wahl haben, wählen Sie dieses Hotel nicht.

Zweitens, wenn ich ins Zimmer stehe, fühle ich, dass der Boden ziemlich fest ist, aber ich kann einen Slipper im Zimmer finden, das macht mich viel besser fühlen. Drittens, das ist das Bettblatt hat eine schwarze Markierung, hoffentlich wird es in Zukunft ändern. 4th, dieses Hotel reserviert nicht oder bietet keine kostenlose Parkplätze für Zimmergäste!!!! Bitte denken Sie weise, diese Parkgebühr wird pro Stunde berechnet. Es könnte ein Geld kosten, wenn u parken ur Auto für die Übernachtung. !!!! Als Geschäftshotel ist sauber & Parkplatz ein Muss. Also ehrlich gesagt ist dieses Hotel unter meiner Erwartung.

Und für heute ersetzten sie nur ein Handtuch in meinem Zimmer. Ich rief an das Rezeption Personal, um ein Handtuch zu bitten, sagte sie ok. Nach 5 Minuten, ein Mann von der Rezeption rufen und erwähnen Sie, dass sie nichts für das Handtuch haben!! Wie kann es sein?? Ich rief zurück an die Rezeption, eine Dame holte meine Anrufe und sie sagte, ok sie wird es senden. Danke für sie. Also die Frage hier, was passiert mit diesem Kerl eigentlich??? 1. Es gibt keine Internet-Verbindung am ersten Tag, Glück am zweiten Tag es wieder normal. 2nd ihr Jungs haben nicht zwei Handtücher im Zimmer ersetzt, 3rd ihr erwähnt, dass ihr nicht genug Stock für einen Handtücher haben, während Sie mir nur ein Handtücher gegeben?? Und diese Dame kann mir den Handtücher geben. Bitte nehmen Sie Ihre eigene Handtücher, wenn Sie hier bleiben wollen. Die allgemeinen Einrichtungen sind ok. Die Lobby ist nett und sauber. Es bedarf nur ausreichender Ausbildung für das bestimmte Personal hier. Behandeln Sie Ihren Gast mit Fairway und wir werden zurückkommen.

AAnonymer BenutzerAll in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City.
Overview:
1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there.
2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain.
3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card.
4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly).
5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony.
Pro:
1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately.
2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax.
3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area.
4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong.
5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it.
6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size.
7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels.
8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use.
9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room.
10. Very spacious bathroom.
11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well.
Cons:
1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself.
2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area.
3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains.
4. Curtains are old and dirty.
5. Tv channels only 2 channels.
6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty.
7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids.
8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us.
9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly.
For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

Bitte schätzen Sie, wenn das Bad Reinigungs-Upgrade. Der Shampoo steht sehr los und wird bald n gebrochen fallen. Beschwerden Sie mit Hausbetreuern, aber keine Maßnahmen für den Shampoo-Stand getroffen.
