I stay at this hotel a couple of times and year and I do love their room, the location and the service but the food is horrible. When I first starting staying there the food was pretty good. As time has passed, the food has degraded. On my latest trip I ordered a Caesar salad and it was literally 4 pieces of lettuce, some parmesan cheese (not fresh) and glob of dressing. We had the chicken mole which wasn't bad and then ordered a side of fries which were not even cooked. We complained and they did credit the meal but it is such a shame that a great hotel can't seem to get the food right. We have had some friends stay there and they had the same food issues. It is still a good place to stay but eat elsewhere if you can.

Muy buena atención y limpio. Ambiente muy tranquilo y lo bueno es que cuenta con estacionamiento. Habitación cómoda y con lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. La comida del restaurante, muy rica y los meseros como pocos lugares, muy atentos.

Ausgezeichnete Service und Service, gute Lage, Zimmerservice und Restaurantservice (Ich habe das Frühstück getestet und haben eine breite Palette, sehr hygienisch und gut Saison), sehr freundliches Personal, gute Wartung und sehr saubere Einrichtungen. Sie haben eine Herberge, ausgezeichnete Aussicht auf die Stadt, in der Platz, so dass Sie in diesem Platz kaufen können. Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, de acabados modernos. Pasé muy poco tiempo ahí pues solamente la usé para llegar a dormir; sin embargo, todo muy bien.
El desayuno está incluido, y aunque no es nada sobresaliente, me parece adecuado.
En general, el hotel está bastante bien mantenido y de aspecto muy limpio. Recomendado ampliamente.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while studying Spanish at nearby LIVIT Immersion Center. I chose a junior suite and was put in Peregrina on the ground floor. It was great: comfortable bed, zero street noise, and nice shower. The only downside was the limited natural light, as there is no window to the outside in that room. (There is a light well from an upper floor, and there is a window out to the courtyard that I kept closed because of privacy.) That didn't bother me but it might bother others. I was glad my room rate included breakfast, because it was fantastic. I could order off the menu or just ask for a la carte items. My servers Esteban and Yísica were really nice people. I already miss them and Miranda, who makes beautiful drinks in the bar.

GGuest UserWir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Holiday Inn Express auf einer kürzlich geplanten Reise nach Puebla geblieben. Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und sehr erschwinglich (mit einer durchschnittlichen Nachtrate unter 60USD bei der Buchung direkt auf IHG). Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der meisten touristischen Attraktionen im historischen Zentrum, aber es scheint in einer sicheren Umgebung, wo Spaziergang und Beherbergung sowohl einfach sind. Das Zimmer scheint in jüngsten Ja renoviert und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer entschieden, aber als wir für zusätzliche Toiletten gebeten haben, wurden sie recht schnell ins Zimmer geliefert. Das Frühstück war angemessen und wurde von Mitarbeitern statt in einem Buffetstil serviert, weil Covid. Auch alle im Hotel arbeitenden nahmen die Vorsichtsmaßnahmen ernst - alle versteckt und es gibt klare Zeichen für soziale Entfernung und Sanitärgel überall. Es gibt ein Trainingsraum im zweiten Stock, auch ein Lap-Pool auf dem Boden. Mit den verfügbaren Einrichtungen empfehle ich Ihnen dieses Hotel, wenn Sie die Gelegenheit haben, Puebla Mexiko zu besuchen.

GGuest UserI needed a hotel for a night when all my to-go places went up like crazy due to some useless concert event in Puebla so I left my 5Star place (yes I am cheap sometimes) just for this Saturday night and found this one on orbitz for like 20$. Ok, it’s situated in the beginnings of Analco ,one of Puebla’s founding neighborhoods from the 1500s but unfortunately they never cleaned it up ever after since then. The neighborhood looks worse than a Brazilian favela (yes I’ve been lots of times to Brazil) .This hotel used to be a capital o before now it’s been renovated and inside pretty much acceptable. Got an economy room (really nothing to brag about) and was happy to have avoided the 300$ room in my other hotel. Well, outside it’s an old street from the 1600s and earlier, half of the street is in ruins, not joking, looks like a war zone. Berlin looked better in 1945. There are 2 buildings standing,one is the hotel. It’s dirty and more than neglected outside, the hotel itself is like an old estancia inside with all the rooms having windows which face to the inner court. To be honest you don’t want to see the dump outside anyway. The reception guys efficient and fast, the girl very helpful, she got me a fan (yes,no air conditioning inside,no problem in October but during summer certainly an issue ) and ask for the faster wifi connection as my room (106) didn’t get the normal signal quite well. You get 2 bottles of water and some soap . As I said ,for 20$ it’s a deal, if it’s higher try another place. I would come back, but not for more than a day. The only issues was there were hardly any power outlets for anything. Glad I always bring my power multiple jack extension cord with me.Without this you’d be in trouble. The room was small ,maybe 15m2 but very clean. It was actually quiet although I read the reviews of noisy drunken guests before .So I was happy I never got those. Well, as I mentioned acceptable for the price I paid. Enjoy Puebla.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sehr sauber und sicher!! Die Lage war ein Block von INM entfernt, wo ich hier in Mexiko zu meinem Daueraufenthalt gelangen musste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte keine A/C, aber sie brachten mir einen sehr netten Fan. Wenn ich jemals wieder in das Gebiet von Puebla zurückgehen muss, werde ich dort nochmal bleiben!!

El aire acondicionado es regulable y siempre funciona. Hay shampoo y gel de ducha, así como gel para manos. Es un lugar que cuida del medio ambiente y realiza acciones para ello. El desayuno incluído es sencillo pero muy rico.

GGuest UserJedes Hotel und Zimmer hat seine Konzepte, auch wenn es schön sein kann, ich mag nicht, dass die Waschmaschine außerhalb des Badezimmers ist, da sie sich neben der Zugangstür zum Zimmer befindet, Der Ball ist klein und in der Buchung erwähnte ich Queens Bett und hatte eine Ehe.
Die Lärme von außen werden sehr gefiltert, mein Zimmer war unten und alles, was im Rezeption passierte, wurde gehört.
