Me gustaría escribir mi reseña paso por paso para no olvidar ningún detalle, pero si pudiera describirlo en una sola palabra sería MARAVILLOSO! Reservación: Reservé por medio de Hoteles.com, revisé directo con el hotel pero me salía más económico por medio de la página y con desayuno incluido, por lo cual recomiendo hacerlo por aquí. Les comento que no permiten por lo regular acceso antes de las 3pm, te dan la opción directo en el alojamiento de pagar una media renta, en mi caso opté por reservas en el SPA para matar el tiempo ya que mi vuelo llegaba temprano. Check in: al llegar el día a las 11am masomenos me informaron que ya podíamos acceder a la habitación, por lo cual al llegar decidimos hacer check in, fue super rápido ya tenían nuestra información de la reserva y el pago, solo fue necesario presentar ID y en menos de 3 minutos ya teníamos la tarjeta. Spa: recomiendo ampliamente el servicio del Spa, solicitamos el Ritual premium con jacuzzi, sauna y vapor, posteriormente un masaje de espalda espectacular y para finalizar una limpieza facial, el precio es bastante justo por lo que recibes y la atención es inigualable, todavía al finalizar nos dieron un servicio de te con galletitas, un 100 total, nos sentimos como nuevas, quiero felicitarlos a todos nos trataron increíble. Habitación: muy amplia, cama King, la tv muy grande y con cable, el baño limpio y con enseres de baño, adicional indican que si necesitas algo extra lo puedes pedir a recepción. Cuenta con secadora, lo único es que no había batas de baño como lo indica en la página pero fue lo de menos, suficientes toallas. Cuentan con dos tipos de almohadas una extra fluffy que me eeencantaron, pero al hacer check in te comentan que en el closet hay unas mas delgadas, la cama super cómoda dormi bastante agusto, el cuarto cuenta con termostato que funciona muy bien. La habitación tiene un mini frigo, si requieres acceso necesitas pedir una llave en recepción, nosotras la solicitamos pero muy amablemente los chicos nos subieron un enfriador de vinos al cuarto ya que comentan los refris no enfrían mucho las bebidas, sin costo alguno y la verdad bastante bien el enfriador, las bebidas siempre estuvieron frías. El room servise es algo caro, pero creo que son precios estandars por ser hotel, el servicio muy bueno. Alberca: esta techada y climatizada, a pesar de estar en Toluca haciendo un friaaazo, podías meterte a la alberca sin problema alguno, el área esta muy limpia y el ambiente templado, el agua de la alberca calientita, en general las amenidades del hotel son muy buenas, también cuentan con un jacuzzi al lado de la alberca. Por cierto, nos toco ir justo a la hora de abrir, de hecho nos dejaron pasar unos 10 minutitos antes de la apertura y la señorita super amable incluso nos preguntó que queríamos ver en la tv. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war eine angenehme und angenehme Erfahrung. Die Zimmer erfüllten die Erwartungen, Reinigung, empfohlene Hygieneartikel, Dusche für Dusche ist sehr gut, die Betten sind ausgezeichnet und vor allem das Frühstück ist eine Freude. Das Personal, das mir gedient hat, ist das beste.

I travel tp Toluca for work regularly and we ALWAYS stay the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I have never had a bad nights stay there and credit that to the amazing staff. The front desk staff is always courteous and helpful, the rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable, and best of all, Mario the concierge is a gem. He is SO helpful in making sure we have a comfortable stay every time we check in and we regularly ask for him when we arrive. He has gone out of his way to accommodate us with everything from delivering utensils to our room to driving us to dinner and picking us up when we're finished. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and if you do, please tell Mario ”hi” from his favorite pilots!

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir waren 4 Nächte gemütlich und wir haben eine gute Rezeption, saubere Zimmer, komfortable Betten. Ich setzen nur 2 aber dieses Hotel, Der Service in Restaurant ist Sehr langsam und extrem teuer, obwohl die Platten waren gut Saison, wirklich tut es mir leid, den Service zu verlassen X, da ich viel zu wünschen übrig blieb. Das andere, was ich Ihnen schreiben möchte (obwohl wir nicht wirklich sehr betroffen sind) ist, dass Sie in Ihrem Zimmer nicht zusätzlich zu den Fernsehgeräten verbinden können, um Stream-Plattformen (Netflix, Prime, etc.) Im Allgemeinen war es eine dankbare Erfahrung, Ich würde dort wieder aufnehmen, ohne darüber nachzudenken

First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast. The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers. The internet speed was ok. Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu. I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!! The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal. I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Me hospede una noche con mi familia y todo estuvo muy bien. Recibimos bien trato por parte del personal desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, habitaciones limpias que contaban con calefacción y amenidades. Si bien la comida del buffet no es muy variada tenía buen sazón y los platillos eran suficientes para comer bien.

Ich habe letzte Woche 7 Tage im Hotel mit meiner Frau und Tochter geblieben und viele Anfragen gemacht. Ich habe von Kevin und Alejandro auf dem Rezeptionstisch den besten Service erhalten, den ich in den Jahren erhalten habe. Immer so freundlich und respektvoll mit einem Lächeln auf ihren Gesichtern zu helfen. Viel Glückwunsch zu ihrem hervorragenden Dienst.
