ジュニアスイートに宿泊だったので、広さは十分でしたが、メインベッドルームとサブルームのうちサブルームは照明がデスク上のスタンド1つしかなく、つながっているエントランスの照明をつけなければ過ごしにくく感じました。　サブルームの壁床面近くにに『フロアスタンド用』明記されているコンセントがあったので、本来はフロアスタンドがあったのかもしれません。 　設備自体が現状ではかなり旧式化しており、今回の部屋はミニターが2台ありましたが、いずれも26インチでスマートテレビにも対応していません。 もちろんルームキーもカードではありません。　電話もベッドサイドとサブルームに1代づつありましたが、サブルームの電話からフロントへつながることはありませんでした。(多分故障していたのでしょう。フロントにそのことをベッドサイドの電話から連絡すると、翌日見に行きます　とのことで　もう結構です　チェックアウトしてからでいいです　と思わずいってしまいました。) 　特に今回気になったのは、7階の宿泊フロアにある共用の製氷機が故障しており、『故障のためフロントに連絡してください。』とあったので連絡すると、2階のフロントまで取りに来いと言われたことです。　ホテル側の設備メンテナンス上の問題なので、せめて部屋まで持ってきていただくようにして欲しいと思います。　また、今回9階に故障していない製氷機がありましたので、そこで対応しましたが、その旨を7階の故障している製氷機に明示するべきではと感じます。　　余談ですが、その9階の製氷機のおいてある部屋の照明が故障しており、薄暗い状態での仕様となりました。 　部屋の空調も全く調節ができず　2泊したうちの初日は送風状態にしても部屋温度が27℃を超えてしまったので、夜中に空調を切ってようやく眠ることができました。　せめて換気レベルで窓が開けばもっと過ごしやすいのではないかと思います。(窓の取手が外されており締切状態) 　その他も色々ありますが、新館側のビジネスユース用のお部屋に泊まる場合はそれほど気にならないと思いますが、〈ジュニアスイート〉は　コストパフォーマンスは良くないかもしれないことを覚悟したほうが良いでしょう。　2泊定価で5万円以上の部屋に泊まって、部屋は暑すぎたりで散々でした。 　従業員の方もほとんどの方は親切でしたが、ごく一部の方の対応がいまいちでしたので、すべての印象がマイナス担ってしまいます。 　今の時期なので人手不足なのかもしれませんが、ゲストには関係ないことだと思います。 　ただ、ユーカリが丘周辺に用事がある場合は、立地は最高ですね。 　ユーカリにはここしかホテルがないので、殿様商売になっていないことを願います。

Das neue Hotel eröffnet weniger als ein halbes Jahr, die Landschaft des Zimmers ist nicht schlecht, das Frühstück ist gut, aber die Line ist nicht gut konzipiert, es wird empfohlen, zwei Routen zu unterteilen, das westliche und japanische Frühstück zu unterteilen, sonst über 20 Minuten in der Reihe.

I recently stayed at Vessel Inn Yachiyo (Katsutadai Ekimae) for a total of 3 weeks and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Keisei Katsutadai Station (south exit) and it's a quick train ride from Narita Airport and an easy train ride to Tokyo (Keisei line or Toyo line). There is a Lawson Convenience Store in the same building as the hotel, a 7-Eleven around the corner, a Livre Keisei Supermarket across the street and lots of decently priced places to eat within walking distance (Hidakaya, Torikizoku, Kushikatsu Tanaka, Chiyoda Sushi, Takakura Machi Coffee, etc). I reserved a deluxe double room for the first 2 weeks of my stay - I was concerned that the only available one was a smoking room. The room was located on the 7th floor and much to my surprise, I barely noticed any smell in the room (there was an air filter available, but I didn't need to use it). The room was much bigger than I had expected for a modestly priced Japanese hotel, it was very clean and had the usual amenities (PJs, slippers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash). I really liked the fact that you could ask for housekeeping service when you wanted it (the default was once per week) or you could leave your trash can and used towels outside of your door each morning and come back to an emptied trash can, fresh towels and a bottle of water. I ended up having to extend my stay and had to switch to the only room they had available for my final week - a single room which was also a smoking room. This room was on the 5th floor, which also housed the smoking area of the hotel. Unfortunately, the entire floor was filled with smoke. The hallway and the room were unbearably smokey and I had to have the air filter on full blast to tolerate the smoke. The room was clean, the bed was a little smaller, but not by much, the room was definitely smaller than the deluxe room, but still big enough to open my large suitcase. The staff here is a mix of Japanese and non-Japanese and while I only spoke to them in Japanese, I heard some of them speaking to other guests in decent English. Each staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the hotel staff who were there early in the morning to set up breakfast (5:30am to 9:30am). They were incredibly polite and attentive, constantly refreshing the buffet, cleaning tables and greeting guests. The breakfast buffet appeared very modest at first glance, but they had quite a variety of foods - rice, miso soup, curry sauce, grilled fish, sausages, cooked eggs, sashimi, raw eggs for rice, various Japanese side dishes (hijiki, kiriboshi daikon, konnyaku, mentaiko, natto, nori, steamed broccoli, salad, etc), as well as mini plain and chocolate croissants, toast, pancakes, yogurt, sweets and a variety of sodas, juices and coffee drinks. Das Hotel in Chengdao liegt im Wesentlichen im Osten. Das Westen-Hotel fühlt sich als U-City Hotel und Asia Hotel an. Sie gehen über U-City und über eine Straße ist Asien. Diese Nacht in Chengdao, die Straße von Chengdao und die Xinjiang-Lieferkammer zu gehen, wurde aus Preisperspektive Asien gewählt. Wenn es keine Kühlschranke und Wäsche gibt, ist das Haus sehr gut. Ich dachte nicht, dass es noch ein Frühstück mit einem eigenen Support mitbringen kann, nicht im Vergleich zum Hotel, aber es ist auch OK, es sollte auch grundsätzlich sein, 5:00-8:00 Diese Zeit ist sehr gut für Leute, die Flugzeuge fahren. Die japanischen Hotelpreise steigen allgemein unter den Preisen, einige Zeit bis zum Einen Abend in Chengda City zu verbringen. Asien ist eine Wahl, es gibt nicht viele Teams und Personen im Ausland. Es gibt ein berühmtes Hotel in Chengda, viele Touristen nehmen Karten, töten jetzt die Schale, der Geschmack ist auch anders als der allgemeine Schale, es lohnt sich zu probieren, obwohl der Preis höher ist als zuvor, muss man immer noch in der Warteschlange warten ...

Close to train station. Exit at west side . Public bus stop nearby . Have a family mart and 7-11 nearby ..free shuttle bus to airport in the morning . I arrived noon time so I put my luggage with the reception and went out for lunch.I did not buy breakfast because I have to catch my flight around 10,,.. The cost of 1000 yens is really good price. When I came back around 4, my luggage was already sent to my room . The kettle was already heated with warm water . Basic amenities provided in the room .A little drawback may be sound proof .. fortunately my neighbour room was pretty noiseless at night
