Do note that it is outskirts of hiji, driving at night is quite quiet. The hotel doesn’t have private bath in the room so do take note as showering will be shared under traditional public bath house. Family bath house is available for booking only, which the staff let us use it during the two nights there. Thank you for the great service!

The hotel provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed, with modern amenities that added to the convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The on-site dining offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent!  A very big thumb up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Awesome onsen, grand lobby, incredible seaview, unlimited drinks, excellent staff and clean facilities and places. Those are my descriptions to this hotel. I have a very pleasant stay with parents (aged 80+) and highly recommend! Surprising me is the front desk, can speak fluent English, Korean, etc. Special thanks to Harada san 👍🏻, she did a great job and arrange a shuttle to drive us to the airport bus stop.  Drivers are very kind as well! Breakfast is good, value for money, lots of choices, Japanese style( like sashimi rice, mackerel, salmon for grilled) and Western(toast, salad) are very fresh. Highly recommended! For dinner, this is 90 mins semi buffet style…. Nice to try, due to the “semi” set does not offer choices, and we don’t eat beef, Huy (restaurant staff) nicely offer to change to pork (takes 10 minutes to prepare) and take another 5-6 min to cook.  To me, a bit rush to get other food to finish, especially you are accompanied with disabled parents! Anyway, thanks to him, we got special menu - seafood, for my second night dinner. Honestly, the price is expensive, not worth for people don’t drink alcohol. But if you are an alcoholic, there is wide range of choices. cocktail, chardonnay, etc are soso! One “cons” is the location is a bit off from Beppu JR, if u drive, highly recommended, my case is the car break down (Toyota shop really disappointing) especially u carry aged 80+ disabled parents.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, die Toilettentrappe ist zu hoch, das Frühstück ist einfach, aber es fühlt sich sehr wunderschön. Frühstückszeit ist zu früh, die japanische Zeit ist zu früh um 9 Uhr. Einmal ist die Hure nicht aufgewacht, ich fragte, ob die Rezeption zwei kleine Brote mitbringen könnte, abgelehnt wurde... nicht sehr akzeptabel!!!! Dieser Service ist schlechter als das Hotel auf dem Festland. Das Hotel Trip.com bewertet 2 Sterne, sehr genau, das Land Express Hotel. Es gibt rund 24 Stunden große M, die M ist gegenüber einem Supermarkt, gedenke! Die Bargeldkasse ist nicht möglich, die Karte und die IC-Karte zu zerkleinern. Das Leben hier ist vor allem, weil es sehr bequem ist, Kinder nach Trio und den Unterhaltungspark zu bringen. Letztendlich muss der Bus hier den Fahrer informieren, wo Sie aus dem Bus fahren wollen. Wenn er nicht aufhört, ist es einfach, die Karte zu sehen. Das ist meine Erfahrung mit dem Bus vom Flughafen zu fahren. Denken Sie daran!

Gut: Das ganze Zimmer ist sehr neu, sehr sauber, die Einrichtungen sind neu Schlechte: Aber die Haarfärbe und die Verfärbung des Hausbesitzers sind sehr schlecht, die Zahnfäden sind sehr schlecht, die Lage ist wenig schlecht, in Richtung Grünland

Such a quaint Japanese home. Hot spring bath was huge and can fit more than 1 person. Comes with a huge parking lot...however the street leading to the villa was very narrow. It was a huge challenge for us with a 7-seater MPV.

Alles ist gut. Sauber und privater Aufenthalt. Nur die Lage ist ziemlich schwierig zu bekommen. Allerdings ist es wert.
