We would like to specifically mention, that this hotel was booked on the grounds of location (we needed something on the outskirts of Amman, so that we could drop our car there and use taxi to travel inside the city). What was good: - convenient location if you would like to not drive inside Amman - spacious room - nice staff (though not too able to communicate in English at times - there're multiple employees and their level of English varies) - nice view from the balcony - WiFi was not too bad - all amenities were available Disliked · What didn't go well: - the apartment was clearly not having enough cutlery (i.e., there was only 1 large spoon, 1 small spoon, etc.) - no wine/beer or for that matter any regular size glasses. On request we managed to get whiskey glasses, which were able to use for juice - not all floors are served by the elevator - bathroom was separated by a glass wall, and it was a bit challenging, I would really suggest replacing it with a normal wall

Kleines Stadthotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, Zimmer sind in Ordnung und v.a. sauber. Eine kleine Flasche Wasser ist gratis, nur leider gibt es keinen Föhn. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft, es gibt allerdings keine alkoholische Getränke. Tipp: vorher mit dem Reiseleiter sprechen und Getränke ins Hotel ordern lassen

It’s a small and cosy hotel, very close to all you should see and visit, but at the same time in a small and quiet street, so you can relax on the terrace, or sleep without the sound of cars passing and honking. It’s immaculately clean and well kept (can easily compete in this regard with many higher rank hotels in Europe). The breakfast is small, but delicious and let you try some local tastes. The real treasure of this place however, is its staff. Everyone was very kind and attentive; giving visit trips, offering a drink and just being kind. The lovely lady at the kitchen/restaurant deserves an additional star! Would definitely recommend everyone visiting.

Ich war kürzlich zum ersten Mal bei meinem Besuch in Jordanien in diesem Hotel und muss sagen, dass es meine Erwartungen überschritten hat. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war der Service außergewöhnlich. Ich glaube, der Mitarbeiter, der mich begrüßte, namens Louay, und er war extrem professionell.
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was wirklich herauskam, war ihre Bereitschaft, auch nach meiner Abreise zu helfen.
Ich bin sicher, dass dieses Hotel meine Wahl für zukünftige Besuche in Jordanien sein wird. Sehr empfohlen!

Stayed at Grand palace hotel for two nights...the bed was very comfortable ..the breakfast was amazing ..the reception was polite and helpful...the view from the gym is great..... The WiFi also good. I will stay again . I liked the service and the cleaness.

Ich war 2 Nächte im Hilton Amman, das Hotel ist neu, Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und edel ausgestattet. Ich konnte das Hotel zudem mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Valet Parken kostenlos. Mit dem Taxis ist man zudem für 2,5 € schnell am Römischen Theater. Indoorpool, Whirlpool sowie kleine Sauna und Dampfbad (kostenlos) und verschiednen Behandlungsräume stehen im Keller zur Verfügung. In der sehr edel wirkenden Lounge werden neben den üblichen Getränken sehr schöne kalte und warme Speisen angeboten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr schöne Frühstücksbufett und der tolle und zuvorkommende Service in allen Bereichen des Hauses! Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt! شكرًا

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Jordanien landeten wir in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, jedoch ist die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie recht dürftig. Auch die Getränke in Pappbechern anzubieten geht gar nicht. Hier wird wieder unnötig Müll produziert. Ich denke, es gibt in Amman bessere Hotels, auch mehr in Zentrumsnähe.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

GGuest UserIch liebte das Cabin Hostel. Ich blieb nur zwei Nächte, aber sie waren nur das, was ich brauchte. Die Lage ist perfekt. umgeben von Cafés, Restaurants, und Geschäften, zu Fuß zum Zitadel und Theater und Seele. Ich prüfte um Mitternacht und es gab kein Problem. Ich blieb in einem privaten Zimmer, das grundsätzlich aber sauber und komfortabel war. Saubere Waschräume und Dusche (mit heißem Wasser). 24h Zugang zu gefiltertem Wasser, Kaffee, Tee. Ich hatte Frühstück am ersten Morgen, was gut war, aber das Dach-Kook/Hangout-Bereich ist großartig. Die Schlafzimmer sahen auch gut und komfortabel aus - die Art, die geeignete Datenschutzgarten haben. Ich würde es definitiv empfehlen.

NnamabeerHier blieb 2 Nächte während meiner ersten Teile meiner Jordanreise für 2 Wochen. Hat ein Cab vom Flughafen genommen und es war 22JD. da es spät in der Nacht war. Dies ist ein sehr neues Hotel und ein Boutique-Ein. Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und funktionierend, wenn auch nicht riesig. Gute Dusche/Kühlschrank etc ... Der beste Teil war die Bruch. Sooooo gut im Restaurant. riesige Vielfalt von jodanischen und westlichen Lebensmitteln. Sie können Eier/Omeletten bestellen, indem Sie fragen, da sie nicht auf den 2 Tischen mit der Ausbreitung. Gute Pasta Selektionen, Croissants, halawa, Dips, Vegetationen, Saugen, Vegetationen, etc ... und Saft und Kaffee. Das Personal ist großartig und wird Ihnen eine Cab bekommen, wenn Sie in der Innenstadt für 2-3JD (petra app) oder nur auf die Hauptstraße gehen, die 3 Minuten zu Fuß und Flag ein Cab ist und noch nur 2-3 JD. Also ja, es ist nicht richtig im Herzen der Stadt, aber es ist nur 2jd, um zurück zu kommen, so keine große. Es gab eine Popeyes am Eck, wenn Sie westliches Essen brauchen. Das war unser Abendessen am ersten Abend, dass wir da um 11 Uhr kamen, so nur etwas offen in der Nähe. Nicht viel zu Fuß um das Hotel, so müssen Sie überall Cab. Galerie Mall ist etwa 1JD Taxi weg, wenn Sie ein Mall oder Lebensmittelgericht oder Supermkt benötigen. Sehr empfohlen. und sehr vernünftig, wenn Sie nicht in der Stadt oder in der großen Kette 5 Sterne Orte in der Nähe bleiben wollen.

It was a good hotel with nice rooms that were not big but still reasonable, nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable so I slept very well. I booked the room with a balcony and it was nice to sit there and watch life outside. There was a beautiful view of the Roman theater. It wasn't noisy there even though there was a lot of traffic and people outside, of course, but it didn't bother me because it was soundproof. Wifi didn't work so well so I used my SIM card to connect. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and everything tasted great. The hotel also arranged various trips so I did it to the Abu Jaber Caves in East Amman, quite close to the airport. Personal helpful and nice, nothing to complain about, quite the opposite. I recommend this hotel, perfect location in the center.

GGastnutzerI came to this hotel as part of a group trip. The staff are very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre

GGuest UserIn der Bewertung, die ich zuletzt gelesen habe, stand was von der Bar nebenan, durch die es so laut wäre. Da kann ich Entwarnung geben, die ist geschlossen. Es war wirklich total still in der Nacht. Okay, der Muezzin ist auch dort nicht zu überhören und ab und zu fliegt ein Flugzeug erstaunlich nah vorbei. Aber in der Nacht haben wir nur in einiger Entfernung Hunde bellen gehört und wurden vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Unser Zimmer Nr.32, war super. Sehr groß, Blick auf den Zitadellenberg in die eine Richtung, Blick in den Hof der Schule auf der anderen Seite, kein Gegenüber. Bad war sehr ordentlich. Beim Frühstück haben wir gemerkt, dass wir - nach Corona und zu Beginn der Ukraine-Krise - wohl in einem Hotel sind, das harte Zeiten durchgemacht hat. Buffet gab's keines, was dann am Tablett serviert wurde, hing von demjenigen ab, der Dienst hatte. Mal gab's ein Ei, mal nicht, mal Halva (sehr gut!), dann wieder verpackte Pseudomehlspeisen. Aber frühstücken ist nicht so wichtig, finden wir. Sehr zuvorkommend waren die Herren an der Rezeption. Sie haben uns geholfen, ein Mietauto zu bekommen, haben uns die PCR-Tests runtergeladen und ausgedruckt und als wir eine flackernde Lampe bemängelt haben, wurde die sofort ausgetasucht. Freundlich sind ja in Jordanien wirklich alle!

Le personnel , Youssef et Wael ont été des plus agréables et veillent à tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et des plus arrangeants. L'appartement est très propre et le lit super confortable. De plus, il est très bien situé, non loin du mall Abdalli, centre très récréatif et agréable. La prochaine fois, je sais où revenir. Merci encore!
