Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten ein mehr als geräumiges und einladendes Zimmer, ein super reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Wahl und ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Having spent a week in Naples a few years ago, I wanted a base to stay for 11 nights while I toured around Campania in a rental car. As such I did a lot of research to ensure I found the right hotel. I wasn't disappointed. The location is convenient, being a five minute drive to the main roads that will get you round Campania. Also, a five minute walk to Arco Felice station getting you to the centre of Naples easily. The neighbourhood is more local, rather than touristy, which I liked. Free parking at the rear of the hotel, and a gas station just 100 metres away that had the cheapest fuel I saw. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and Gennaro, the owner I assume, was exceptionally accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and his English was way way better than my Italian. My room (111) was excellent, with a view over the bay. The bathroom was rather small, but was not a problem. People larger than me may struggle with the shower though. The real bonus for me was that the room had Sky Sports so that I could watch the mighty Spurs conquer all ..... well, they did while I was there!! Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, and even a machine to squeeze oranges. I think they do dinner, but I wasn't too sure as I never saw anyone in the restaurant while I was there. Plenty of eateries within walking distance anyway. All in all, an excellent hotel representing good value for money, and I really hope I get back there at some time.

Premesso che questo è stato il nostro 3° pernottamento in struttura, ciò che ci ha colpiti di più (facendo un confronto dal 2021 ad oggi) è che ogni volta troviamo delle novità in termini di crescita che ci lasciano sempre contenti di aver scelto il Puteoli. A parer nostro la differenza è decisamente palpabile, dal parcheggio sul retro che è stato implementato e reso più accessibile, la complessa rete di telecamere di sicurezza degna di nota e la continua ricerca del miglioramento attraverso progetti curati e mirati. Merita secondo noi la 4° stella. Ciò che ci fa stare bene più di qualunque altra cosa quando siamo qui è il modo in cui veniamo trattati ogni volta dallo staff, che con gentilezza e cordialità ci accoglie sempre col sorriso. Bravi tutti i receptionist, sempre disponibili e particolarmente vigili durante i turni di notte. Oggi come allora, consigliamo vivamente a tutti di prendere in considerazione questo hotel come prossimo alloggio per le vacanze. P.S.: Vorremmo dedicare un pensiero speciale a Lucia, che tutte le mattine prepara una colazione fantastica e scalda l'ambiente con la sua calorosa personalità. Se tutti gli esseri umani avessero la fortuna di essere accolti al mattino da Lucia e dalle sue colazioni, il nostro sarebbe un mondo migliore. Con tanto affetto, Alfredo e Sara

Abbiamo pernottato nella suite privè 25 febbraio Camera in sè piccolina, ma accogliente Bella la vasca idromassaggio con gioco di luci e cascata,letto comodissimo. Ho apprezzato che la vasca sia stata riempita al momento,per sgomberare il dubbio che sia stata già usata! Frigobar fornito,bottiglia di spumante con stuzzichini e calici all’arrivo in camera. Bagno bello grande, con kit cortesia ben fornito, saponette bagnoschiuma spazzolino da denti con dentifricio,oltre al set di asciugarmi standard c’erano anche due accappatoi con ciabattine da camera( non tutti gli hotel forniscono). Colazione super servita in camera,super! Cameriere ai piani gentili, (sono una vostra collega, vi stimo) Gentile il signore che ci ha accolti al check-in. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, lo consiglio, ideale per festeggiare una ricorrenza… ( anniversario, San Valentino ecc)

Vorteile: Lage: wenige Schritte vom Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof entfernt und in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Amphitheater und Rione Terra. Struktur: Historisches Gebäude aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, das viele Besitzer hatte, darunter einen italienischen Archäologen (daher der Name). Sorgfältig und elegant mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert; symmetrische Korridore, Treppen und Bögen. Zimmer: Wirklich bequem. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Dachboden, sehr bequem, perfekt für Familien und mit Kochnische ausgestattet. Essen: Das Bistro im Erdgeschoss. Alle Frühstücke wurden im Innenhof serviert (schickes Essen unter den Sternen!) mit einzelnen Tabletts (kontinentales Frühstück, Croissant, Melba-Toast, Joghurt, süße Mousse, Butter, Säfte und Heißgetränke). Gegen Aufpreis sind auch andere Speisen wie Omelettes möglich. Einmal aßen wir dort zu Mittag und bestellten ein Nudelgericht, ein Club-Sandwich und Getränke, die reichlich waren. Dienstleistungen: Wir schätzten am meisten: Parkplatz und Wäscherei. Personal: Alle professionell und freundlich, am sympathischsten sind die Restaurantleute. Nachteile: War kein großes Problem, aber eine gründlichere Reinigung der Zimmer, einige Reparaturen, Neuanstriche und Schimmelentfernung würden es nicht nur großartig, sondern grandios herausragend machen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort geliebt und haben es vermisst, als wir in unserem nächsten Hotel ankamen. P.S.1 Auf dem Gelände dieses Hotels gibt es einige Bauwerke aus der Römerzeit wie die Zisterne, die nicht in einem guten Zustand sind, um sie zu besichtigen, und es wurden viele Artefakte aus der Römerzeit gefunden, die im Museumsschloss in Bacoli unter dem Straßennamen ausgestellt sind. P.S.2 Zu bestimmten Zeiten kann man den Geruch nach faulen Eiern riechen, das ist normal, wir sind auf den Phlegräischen Feldern.
