Keine 4 Sterne! Zimmer sind zweckmässig, Mitarbeiter im Service unaufmerksam und zum teil unfreundlich. Bar funktioniert nur mit dem richtigen Mitarbeiter sonst wird nan ignoriert oder es dauert ewig bis einer kommt. Achtung: Frühstück einfach nur schlecht, Rühreier schwimmen im Saft einfach Ekelig, ist auch kein Frühstück wie man es erwartet. Ausstattung erinnert an 80iger Jahre.

Overall it was a good stay. Friendly staff, fast check in, good room with necessary amenities. Nice breakfast. 15 minutes drive to airport without any traffic. Taxi will cost you 40-45 Euros. There is nothing around this hotel - eatery, supermarket. You need to buy something for dinner before you go to the hotel. Interior is very outdated but distance to airport is more important.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Meine Erfahrung im Palace Hotel in Legnano war außergewöhnlich. Das gut vorbereitete Zimmer hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen, das kompetente Personal hat den Dienst unverbesserlich gemacht und die Küche hat hervorragende Gerichte von hoher Qualität und Qualität anbietet. Eine kochende Erfahrung, die ich sehr empfehle.

Nach einer schrecklichen Erfahrung mit unserem Flugzeug, was uns dazu führte, unseren Anschlussflug und keine Flüge nach Hause für 2 Tage zu verpassen, brauchten wir uns am Freitag dringend ein Hotel ASAP bei 10PM. Glücklicherweise konnten wir dieses schöne Hotel nicht weit vom Flughafen ohne Probleme anmelden. Die Empfangsmitglieder waren sehr freundlich und verstanden unsere Situation und halfen uns, Taxis zum und vom Flughafen zu buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber mit guten Einrichtungen, Kühlschrank und komfortablem Bett, es war ein großer Bonus, das Frühstück am Morgen enthalten. Es gibt viel in der Umgebung, aber wir konnten zu einem nahe gelegenen Ort gehen und zu einem brillanten Restaurant namens Harry's Bar, erstaunlich für echte Pizza! Ich möchte Alex und Melissa einen 5-Sterne-Bewertung geben. Ich hatte vergessen, ein Taxi-Rezept zu erhalten, für meine Fluggesellschaft Verspätungskosten benötigt. Sie konnten das Taxiunternehmen für mich verfolgen, ich bin sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe und konnte hier bleiben, wenn unsere Fluggesellschaft uns abstürzt. Sehr empfehlen und würde wieder bleiben.

Hôtel très.calme, d’une propreté et d’un confort exemplaire . Un parking couvert et gratuit . Une équipe très dévouée et agréable . Un petit déjeuné complet et copieux .Très bien situé . Je garderai de ce lieu un excellent souvenir . Je vous le recommande vivement . Anne

Albergo/hotel ottimo in posizione ottimale Siamo andati a Legnano per il concerto di ruggeri e volevamo un hotel in centro. Posizione ottima ad un passo dal centro e dal castello ( dove c’è una bellissima mostra fotografica ). All hotel abbiamo trovato camera pulitissima - una ottima colazione - un gestore molto affabile con consigli pertinenti È stata una trasferta superlativa in una Legnano dove la gentilezza la fa da padrona

Ho soggiornato presso il Welcome hotel una settimana nel mese di febbraio scorso...mio marito ha subito un delicato intervento all' ospedale di Legnano, pertanto io mi sono fermata in questo splendido hotel. Che dire hotel accogliente in tutti i sensi,struttura confortevole, pulizia eccellente e anche il cibo ottimo con una colazione abbondante e cena deliziosa...ma il personale, il personale è quello che più mi ha colpito di questo hotel,i proprietari,le ragazze meravigliose che ci lavorano e un signore sempre molto gentili, sorridenti,mi hanno coccolata...io ero giù per via di mio marito ma loro con il loro sorriso,con la loro dolcezza e discrezione mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Ho trovato persone splendide che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa...vedere anche solo i loro dolci sorrisi mi scaldavano il cuore. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e grazie ancora

I was on business trip with two other guys. Paid 274€ for one night and I think it wayyyy too much. Nothing specail on this on. Located basicly middle of no where and once again, really over priced. Wahsing room sinks water tap did not work where its supposed to work. So it was close and if you used it...no water went away, because tap did not ope...I took the tap away... But more problematic and really bad thing is, that room door did not lock always. Sometimes you have to open and close it 10 times before it locked. Sometimes 6 times. I think first time I left the room unlocked... We came to hotel lqte evening and I did not want to start changing the room, so I ****** it up...but 274€ for a night ??? Ny buddy had problem with auto heting/cooling, no adjustmen working. Someone came and resetted/booted the heating/cooling system. Windows dirty, unable to take a pix for example from 9th floor.
