Staff of the hotel were generally nice (except for an elderly gentleman of the hotel). I especially thank Francesca for getting me a quiet room. I liked drinking cocktails and food at the vistro of the hotel, especially when it was snowing outside, which made me have drinks at the vistro every night while I stayed at the hotel. Views from my room and the vistro were also very nice. Two ski lifts are just a few minute driving distance from the hotel.

Ich habe das Hotel auf der Grundlage OK it’s Lage in der Stadt und Skianlagen gewählt, da Ski war der Grund, warum ich nach Cortina kam. Es war PERFECT! Sehr willkommen jedes Mal, wenn ich wieder zum Hotel zurückkehrte. Das Frühstück hatte eine breite Auswahl an Pflaumen einschließlich warmer Krusten, hergestellt, um geschrotet Eier zu bestellen, sowie typische andere Aspekte von kontinentalen Frühstücken und guten Cappuccinos, serviert 730-930. Die Zimmer sind alle gut gepflegt, täglich gereinigt und in guter Zustand. Yup pDie Skibusse (Tofana/socrates/Faloria) ist buchstäblich am Ende der Fahrt und sie haben einen Skiraum im Garage. Wenn Sie einen Padlock mitbringen, können Sie sie schließen, aber es scheint ziemlich sicher. Faloria Ski Resort ist ein schneller Spaziergang durch die Straße oder um die Fußgängerbrücke und über die Fußgängerbrücke. Der Busbahnhof ist auch sehr nah, als ich den Cortina Express nach/von VCE genommen. Sie waren super flexible mit einem späten checkout, da ich plane, zu skiieren und einen Abendbus. So erregt es, dass ich von Rosapetra hier umgewechselt habe, um sowohl den Aufenthalt als auch den Wert zu erleichtern.

Die Innendekoration ist wunderschön, mit weißen Bäumen und weißen Wänden vereint, die neuesten Einrichtungen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, 3000 m-Südberg 々 hervorragende Lage, kann ich mich ruhig entspannen. Das ist das Hotel und Cortina Dampezzo, das Sie absolut gehen sollten.

(+) Das Hotel Al Larin ist eine sehr gute Möglichkeit, für ein paar Nächte in Cortina d'Ampezzo zu bleiben. Es ist nicht im Stadtzentrum gelegen, was ein Plus für einige Menschen und ein Minus für andere sein könnte. Für uns war es ein Plus, weil wir in die Region Venetien kamen, um die Berge zu sehen und nicht zum Einkaufen. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Parkplatz, so wird es kein Problem, wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen. Bedenken Sie, dass die Zeitkontrolle zwischen 2 und 8 Uhr ist. Es ist besser, vor 8 Uhr zu kommen. , weil es niemand an der Rezeption nach diesem bis zum Morgen gibt. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Hotel bietet Omelette, Bacon, Mini-Sausages, Ham, Käse, Toasts, Croissants mit Jam oder Schokolade, unterschiedliche Kuchen jeden Tag, Joghurt mit Muesli oder Maisflacken, Frucht, Bündchen, verschiedene Schalen, Tee, Kaffee, Saft. Unser Zimmer 12 war im zweiten Stock, sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein hervorragendes Restaurant El Zoco ist nur 300 Meter entfernt. Wenn Sie Pizza mögen, Sie können 10% Rabatt für Il Ponte Pizzeria (versuch vier Käse!) erhalten. Sehr nett und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. (-) Wenn Sie Behinderungen haben, beachten Sie, dass das Hotel keinen Aufzug hat.

If Cortina wasn’t under so much construction for the Olympics this may have been so much better. But as it was this hotel was different than any I have ever stayed in. The style and quirkiness was very cool! Our room had a balcony that I’m sure is very nice if not looking at a crane lol. The beds were great and the pillows amazing. Breakfast was good as well. If you are looking for style,art and a cool quirky place this is it!!!

We arrived early because the weather was not looking good and we decided to cancel our hike. Fortunately the room was ready for us. Hotel Olimpia normally charge 15 euros per day for parking but we were originally booked in Hotel Al Larin which has free parking, they honoured free parking for me in Hotel Olimpia. That was good because the carpark is behind and our room was on the ground floor. So we did not have to go up nor down any stairs with our luggage. Otherwise from the street there is a long flight of stairs to the hotel reception and if your room is upstairs, more stairs to climb. The room was of adequate size for 3 of us. The bathroom was very small though and smells of mold. There was a kettle. coffee and tea, but no fridge. The tv didn't have any English channels. The picture here in Tripadvisor are old. Our room was newly renovated with modern decor which is different from their old pictures with dated decor. However they did not have blackout curtains. Also our room face the road and a carpark. So there was traffic noise even till late. We could sleep but light sleepers might find it bothersome. The room was clean and beds comfortable. There are toiletries and the shower is strong and hot. Breakfast had limited variety and the first morning the croissants were either burnt or cold. The hard boiled eggs were cold too. Unfortunately for us, we were mostly stuck in the hotel for the 2 days we were there because it rained all day. The hotel is near shops and restaurants so we could walk around a bit but not for 2 whole days. We will be back and will stay in hotel Olimpia again for its central location.

We were doing a road trip and had no plans to go to Corina De Ampezio, after 5 hours driving from outh area around venezia, we did arrived during a rainy day in Cortina, we were tired and didnt wanted to continue driving, so we decided to find a hotel and all were booked and super expensive for 1 night, we walk several since th apps were not helpings, and we found this hotel Aquila, in the center of the city, is older, but very well kept, they help us with umbreall to park our car, we unload out bags, and gave us a triple room with breakfast , very spacious and onfirtable, they had tead and hot water in the lobby, we had tea and warm up, they also have a tea kettle in the rom, it was nice since were cold not expecting this drastic chamge of weathe and also raining. we really enjoyed a our short stayed, they are very helpful, the breakfast was super good, not much variety for us on meet since we dont eat pork, but we undertad is italy!! they had a variety of bread, pastries , very delcious, juices yougurts, eggs scrambed , and some cold meats but all were pork no chicken or beef. they also have a restaurant for dinner if you want to, but we did had dinner in a nother place. the balcony had spectacular views. they had very nice stores in the walking area , a church very close by, we really enjoyed.

The room we booked was nothing like what was advertised. The “view” that was described was actually a view of the parking lot and no view of the Dolomites. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and moved our room, but it appeared they were only able to because the hotel was empty. There was a thermostat in the room but absolutely no cold air coming in so we had to open the door that was connected to another hotel members balcony, plus allowed horrendous busy street noise into the room. The hotel being $800+ a night PLUS additional fees ($50 per night for parking, $25 room service fee when the kitchen is only 2 floors down) is absurd. The only thing I have to say about this hotel being nice is the staff. The updated rooms is the only thing this hotel has to offer and it does not make up for the poor room “view” advertising and uncalled for additional fees. Breakfast was included but the only thing you can order is eggs. Only allowing 60 minutes per STAY in the spa is not okay either, or again having to pay more if you’d like to stay more than an hour. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a total rip off.
