Luxury Business hotel in the heart of Shillong city. Their service is impeccable and they will take care of you well. As the hotel is in the heart of Shillong city, the views from the rooms are generally of the Police Bazaar area and buildings. However, the location helps you walk around the main shopping district to experience the innumerable street vendors selling almost everything, to the local curio shops, handloom emporiums, woolen stores, etc. The hotel offers a nice evening Bar and Lounge with live music that can elevate your senses after a full day of Sightseeing or shopping. We also had a great time with the hotel staff in celebrating the Christmas cake mixing event that happened during our stay. Have to recommend the fabulous guest service provided by Mercylene, including the complimentary upgrade to a suite room on our final night of stay.

Great location, great food, clean and incredible staff. They made our stay very much comfortable and memorable. Food is really superb they have a pure vegetarian restaurant, must try their indian cuisine special dal makhani, aloo dum. Most recommended places to visit and stay in shillong.

Beautiful Hotel in mid of main center point of Shillong. Staff were so helpful and professional. Food was amazing and mouth watering. I met the Manager of the Hotel who was so fantastic in solving our issues. We will definitely visit this Hotel in our upcoming visit in Shillong. Kudos to the Team M Crown 👑

Wir waren eine Gruppe und wir reservierten die Suite. Es ist ein riesiges Zimmer mit 1 Königsbett, 1 Königsbett und 1 Einzelbett. 5 Personen können dort komfortabel bleiben und es hat auch 2 private Balkone. Die erste Nacht war für uns schrecklich, da in einem so großen Raum nur ein kleiner Wandfans war und wir daher die Fenster zu öffnen, die zu einem Sproß von Moskitos kamen, wie es das Gras anfing. Da es Zostel ist, gab es keine Dienste am Abend und am nächsten Morgen haben wir dem ***-Gegner eine Beschwerde eingelegt. Er war der ***-Gegner, der hilfreichste, den ich je gesehen habe. Er hat alles innerhalb von Stunden und Post gemacht, dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm und so wunderbar war, dass wir auch für 2 Nächte verlängert. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr angenehmen, gut zu sprechen und weich gesprochen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist lecker und sie passen auch den individuellen Bedürfnissen. Die einzige Nachteil ist, dass sie extrem langsam sind. Wenn der Kaffee voll ist, warten Sie nicht auf Ihre Bestellung für eine Stunde serviert werden. Morgen Frühstückszeiten, wir würden den Auftrag geben, gehen ins Zimmer.. ein Bad haben und bereit sein und immer noch der Auftrag nicht vorbereitet gewesen wäre.. Kaffee und Getränke werden in einem Jiffy gegeben.. Aber trotzdem haben sie auch zu spät gepflegt, uns zu dienen, indem sie das Essen auch nach dem Restaurant geschlossen halten. Insgesamt ist es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.. Es gibt einige hiccups (die alle Hostels haben, wenn Sie nicht für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wählen), aber der beste Teil ist, dass sie Ihre Bedenken hören und sofort handeln. Eine große Kudos nach Santosh - ohne seine Hilfe wären wir in einer schrecklichen Suppe gewesen.. Er verdient definitiv einen Aufstieg... Danke für alles!

Absolutely worth it! We only stayed at the pear tree for one night but wish we could have stayed longer! Even with one night the owner and staff made such an impression. The room is elegant (beautifully furnished) with original hardwood floors and a proper place for your luggage. We needed to arrange a driver to go to the airport, they booked us one right away. If you are coming to Shillong, this is the place to stay. The location is great, the people are incredibly friendly, and breakfast is provided. The taxi driver didn’t know how to get to it at first but the hotel staff happily got on the phone with the driver and we had no problems getting there after that. If you need any suggestions on where to go they also have great knowledge of the area and surrounding areas. We hope to come again.

This is a simple, clean and quiet place to stay at while at Shillong. The rooms are large enough for a couple. The property is in a quieter part of the town. The staff at the reception, are friendly and efficient. The only area for improvement is breakfast. It is too simple. If they could add some fruit to begin with, it would make a big difference.

The hotel is excellent. Staff behaviour is awesome and they are very helpful people. Restaurant ***** with the hotel is too good and most important part is everything in the hotel and its restaurant is clean. Also the fresh food has been served always. Overall experience is excellent.
