We were 11 people visited mahabaleswar and stayed in jivanta. Excellent spacious rooms. Well maintained. Friendly staff. We stayed in first and second floor. As some of us were senior citizen, we suggested for a lift to be installed, which would enable people for easy access to their rooms. The hotel authorities assured that they would look into this. Would surely recommend this hotel to customers.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel during our travel. It is conveniently located in the city, with a police station and a fuel pump nearby, making it an ideal stop for travelers. We needed a place to stay for the night, and this was undoubtedly the best option we could find. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay. While I would have liked to give a perfect 5/5 rating, I’m deducting one star because the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. For travelers like us, arriving late at night, the convenience of dining in the room would have been highly appreciated. That said, the complimentary breakfast provided was a delightful bonus. Overall, it’s a great hotel for a quick stopover, and we had a pleasant stay!

Property location is good, multiple activities to keep you occupied. Complementary activities are enough to spend nice time in nature. Few paid activities you can explore by yourself if have vehicle. The paid activities guy was rude. Atmosphere were amazing in last week of may24, two nights stay is much. Forest escapes housekeeping and maintenance is not upto mark. In package mentioned about fridge, but there were no fridge and even after reminding, it was not arranged. Tata sky connection had issue, but reluctant to fix the same. Restaurant staff is co-operative, 5star to them. Food is little costly.

GGastnutzerStay was good with clean rooms. Restaurant was clean but service was way too slow. We asked for bottle opener in room they said they have only one and couldn’t give it. We asked for menu card in room for in room dining but they couldn’t give as they said they have only one. Breakfast was ok and not upto mark only good thing was location of hotel which is near to all the areas in city and clean rooms

Our recent stay at Redstone Resort was a perfect place to rejuvenate and pure bliss. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The luxurious accommodations and scenic natural views were really beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the playing housie games, took a dip in pool, had karaoke singing sessions and explored in and around the property. The culinary offerings were exceptional with good tasty food to refresh our taste buds. Overall, Redstone Resort provided the perfect escape.
