Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Von der außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice bis zu den gut gepflegten, modernen Zimmern mit Smart-TV und Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN überstieg alles meine Erwartungen. Das Fehlen eines Balkons war nicht ein großes Problem, vor allem mit der hervorragenden Qualität der Nahrung im beigefügten Restaurant, das ein Geschmack und vielfältiges Menü anbietet. Absolutely amazing resort at Patal bhuveneshwar. Far-away for all the crowd and in the middle of mountain with Absolutely breathtaking views of Himalayas. Amazing rooms and food as well. The owner Mr Digambar is gem of person and would go out of the way to make guests feel like home. It's home away from home really. Heaters and hot water kettles were provided to keep us away from cold during our visit. No words would describe the place service and views from this place....just mind blowing. Do not even slightly hesitate to visit this place as it's gem near Patal bhuveneshwar.

Its a HUGE property compared to what you are used to, in hilly areas. Well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Rooms are good, clean and average sized with a small sitting area outside each room. It has everything which you would expect from a good hotel. However the reason for a score of 3/5 Stars is because when you go for a vacation in the hills you look for rooms with a view and lot of greeney around it which, unforntunately, the rooms here lack. There is no view of the hills or the himalayas from the rooms even though it is located atop a hill (I think), which was a big let down for us. We checked in after sunset so we could not tell how was the view from the rooms but we made a guess based on the location of the hotel that it would be good. What a miss!! Instead if one wanted to have good view of the surroundings and the himalayas one would have to CLIMB UP 3 FLOORS in the restaurant block to reach the view point. In essence, if you wanted to relax and have a cup of tea while viewing the himalayas then check into another Hotel.
