Booked with staying 1 Night with Dinner and Breakfast. I can share Food quality is excellent but lodging is west of money. what is worst quality there- 1) They handed over room with dirty bedsheet and pellow cover. Which I request reception to change. 2) Room was completely dirty (Dust and hair fallen here and there), I request them again clean it. 3) washroom cum Bathroom is completely uncleaned in addition to latrin Pan as well. After several requests, financially decide to use that with same condition. 4) provided money with AC room charges, but on room 109 AC is not working completely. They are thinking of AC is on mode means it is working, I am believing we can say it works properly if it is cooling, cooling is not there. 4) TV was also not functional state, after several requests reception person reached there and recharged with some amount that D2H box. I can say I got worst feeling there, simultaneously I have no hesitation to admit Food quality is excellent. Thanks 🙏

A comforting stay. The hotel is in prime location, exactly between mathura junction and vrindavan(attala. They have there own restaurant which serves pretty decent food that serves food till 1am, staff at reception and resturant are welcoming and well behaved. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

”Erstaunlicher Service”
Der Service in diesem Hotel ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Jede kleine Anfrage wurde umgesehen. Das Essen war großartig und der Aufenthalt war sehr komfortabel. Hoch empfohlen für Besucher in Mathura!

This is an average hotel, so don't be impressed by the fancy and glittery pictures. The only good thing about this is it's proximity to janm bhumi and it's best among worst in this entire area as you won't find any good quality hotels around. Rooms are not well prepared before guest arrival. We had to ask for toiletries, dental kit, tissue paper, bath mat after checking in. Breakfast is served only after 08:30 am so don't include this in your booking if you are looking for early check out. Furtniture, taps, showers are not in best condition and show signs of wear and tear. Bathroom latch was broken. They need to improve on preparing the room for guest experience as the first impression is always built during the first 5 minutes of entering the room. Overall not worth spending 4750 rs for one night without meals. I found better options in vrindavan.

The hotel gives a very good atmosphere and the staff are really very good and polite. It is a bit away from janambhumi but you can get e rickshaws. The food is awesome. The room and washroom were also clean. We stayed there for 6 days and they provided us with one extra bed. They also provide hot water whenever needed. Overall it is the best hotel to stay in mathura. Highly recommended.

Ok. The hotel is newly built, its staff is also of rookies. They need to look for attention to details to improve their services and customers experience. Being located in a religious city many hotels treat customers as one time guests only. At present the hotel does not have water heaters. Also there is no exhaust system in the room, we can smell the fresh paint's fumes. Despite all other things the behavior of the staff was very helpful. All in all an average stay but it could have been a lot better.

Zimmergröße und Reinigung ausgezeichnete und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten, obwohl sehr heimliche Gefühle, Hygiene und großartiges Essen. Das gesamte Personal war schnell und professionell zum Kern. Die Lage ist auf der Hauptstraße von nh4 und 2 km vom Bahnhof Matura entfernt. Essen - wenn Sie Abendessen und Frühstück buchen, dann Abendessen Geschmack war gut und Option 1/5 Menge und andere Lebensmitteloption waren weniger, und für kostenloses Frühstück bieten sie nur 1 Gericht für 1 Person, und das Frühstück ist nicht ausreichend für 1 Person, was sie sind und dann, wenn Sie mehr sind als das, was sie geben, dann müssen Sie dafür bezahlen.
