The property is located very close to the beach and have a direct access to the beach. The view from one-sea facing room (Room No. C24) is marvellous. The other sea facing room (Room No. C2) has obstructions in front and the view from that room is appalling. If you’re booking the Titanium room, check if C24 is available, else don’t book. The staff is cordial and helpful and the food is just ok. Order only known Bengali and Indian dishes and avoid Chinese and other fancy items on the menu. We booked a Titanium room for our anniversary and the hotel staff allotted us C2 room. We were very disappointed and asked the hotel to change the room to C24 (same category). They did not agree at first and came up with several excuses that the room is already booked but later changed it after a heated argument. The staff was also unhelpful; instead of understanding the problem that the hotel allotted us a room which is not shown in the picture, they tried to convince me that hotels do such things and it is regular.

The food was exceptional, especially their crab preparation, which was simply divine. I must say, it's a dish not to be missed. The service was equally impressive; staff were not only attentive and efficient but also incredibly helpful. They provided excellent suggestions for sightseeing, enhancing my overall experience. This hotel is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and a memorable culinary experience!

hotel location is excellent. you can't see the sea from the hotel. only a glimpse can be seen from 2nd &3TD floor balcony. Food is good (both quality and quantity wise). hotel needs to be maintained. staffs are insufficient. staffs are few but they are very efficient. I have only seen 5-6 staffs. I think this number of staffs are highly insufficient. management must increase the number of staffs. As a result of very few staffs, hotel is not that clean. they are charging high prices for rooms. The bathtub is dirty. we actually couldn't use the bathtub. common area, dinning area floor is dirty, full of stains and fly. room's ceilings are not clean.room interior is good. security is good. service is good. swimming pool area has no proper washrooms. Nearest washrooms are out of lights. floor tiles are broken, shattered, unhygienic, unsafe. no lady can go alone to this washroom. In a nutshell, it is clearly visible that management/owner is not taking proper care to the property. staffs are very hardworking. There is no fault of staffs. Only the owner has to invest more and take necessary steps and make some changes to make this good property into a better one.
