Das Hotel ist wirklich gut. 3 Schlafzimmer, die ich im 3. Stock geblieben habe, war geräumig, sauber und hatte alle Einrichtungen. Das Restaurant serviert leckere Menü, obwohl wenige Artikel nicht verfügbar waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Lage ist auch großartig.

The front desk staff are hopeless, very unfriendly and rude. They were quite unhelpful with the little things like making change but also unmoved when we asked for a thirty minute late checkout. I could make this review quite long with many more complaints but the real disappointment was the smell of our room. It had clearly been a smoking room at some point and cologne was used to mask the smell. Either that or someone broke a bottle in there. The scent was stifling, I couldn't wait to leave the room. One last thing, I'm not sure how safe the facade of this building would be in a fire. When we opened our windows to the street there is quite involved facade structure that would make escape in a fire impossible. Don't bother staying here, go to Samdareeya or Kalchuri Residency (I would have but it was shaddi.com season.)

Schönes Zimmer und Rezeption. Kann nicht das Essen versuchen, aber es riecht. erstaunlicher Ort für eine Geburtstagsparty, Kitty Party, Dachtop Restaurant Platz mit schöner Atmosphäre und Essen Rajasthan Style Essen ist auch gut. Waschraum sind sauber und Hygiene. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with family. The staff was polite, well behaved and welcoming. The food I had in their restaurant was really really awesome and top notch. They also provided taxi for local sightseeing (not included in price) which was very convenient and their drivers are professionals. Room was big, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this place to families

Pathetic and over priced hotel. They have given a facelift from outside to retain their reputation but internally it seems that the hotel rooms never got a makeover since construction in 1977. Rooms are rotten and stinky. Best part is they are still selling at a five star rate, surely fooling the travellers specially who are coming first time to visit the city. They have a front office who are audacious and arrogant and not bothered about client request. Front office executive Nitika claimed that they have a newly constructed room and its price was higher due to new construction but apart from the floor nothing was new in the room. Check photos. Reason why their website will not show you room photos. Room was priced more than a five star. Wi-Fi never worked and I was offered a chair in my room and was asked to sit and work in one corner of the room where they claim that Wi-Fi worked. But all was in vain as nothing worked. No one was interested to even check on the issue afterwards.

The restaurant food and service deserve a special mention. Thanks to the restaurant team for the amazing food recommendation and personal electrician. During our stay, they remembered. The names to chicken was well marinated with the perfect spices. Use the breakfast has a good spread. We highly recommended this day at the property and also experienced the food and hospitality. GGastnutzerThe hotel is in the main city of rasal chowk, jabalpur. The food court was also nice. He has breakfast included with the stay. The breakfast consists of a wide variety of tea, coffee, different fruits and ch-ole bhatore, sambar bad a etc. Rooms are good and have a small couch, a study table, dressing table, almirah. The bathroom is big and clean.

Rough attitude of staff n receptionist. At the time of check out asked for huge amount lying that the property is not pet friendly n have to compensate! however we have booked only because it was pet friendly. The property should take care of these arrogant n liers
