Location, behavior of all staff, from reception to Restaurant all are excellent.
The breakfast is enough in quality& also the taste of food is also nice.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The ambience was satisfying and the location of the hotel is perfect. The food is great but it can be better. The lobby looks awesome in the evening after the lights come on. Finally the amenities are really commendable and comfortable. The swimming pool on the rooftop provides an almost 360° view of the surroundings. The overall stay at the hotel was fantastic and we are already looking forward for our next stay here again

Sie bleiben war wirklich gut sowie Personal. Sie sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eines, was ich nicht mag ist das Mittagessen, das ich bestellte, Fischfrüchte geschmackt wie Coconut Öl, aber das Abendessen, das ich bestellte, war lecker, sogar Frühstücksartikel waren schmackhaft

GGastnutzerIch wurde Zimmer Nr. 304 Pro - Lage, Essen, Einrichtungen waren gut. Das Schlafzimmer und das Waschzimmer waren sauber. Sie haben einen Aufzug, komfortable Flush mit hoher Turbulenz, Sofa, Balkon, gut beleuchtetes Zimmer. Sie lieferten zwei Moskito-Repellenten. Zugang zum Trinkwasser am Boden. Es gab keine unnötige Verkaufsvorlage für verpacktes Trinkwasser oder Restaurantdienstleistungen. Cons - Service-Personen, die mehrfach für Raumreinigung und Wasser geknackt wurden. Das sollte ich auf Anrufe setzen, da sie im Zimmer Telefon anbieten. Und der Fan-Regulator funktionierte nicht. Es hatte eine feste Geschwindigkeit. Insgesamt würde ich ihnen 4.5 von 5. Ich würde sicherlich dieses Hotel bei meiner nächsten Reise buchen.

GGastnutzerThe rooms we were provided after a confirmed booking were not well ventilated. These were the backside rooms with useless balcony, for balconies providing views of closely standing wall of another hotel or a dirty, littered piece of land with bad smell. The room service was poor too. Instead of management or, to say, providing a solution, they always came up with smart answers to silent us. They even tried to serve our food on a table just finished, still not mopped. It was an unhappy experience.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in nice position as per communication wise & also they have enough area and space, very good family friendly, kids playing zone and also very well maintained garden area. The quality & taste of food is excellent but it is little bit of expensive. As per behavior of the staff each & every one is so good, polite, well behaved and well maintained. We just completed our family trip with my 3yrs daughter who enjoyed v. Much here. This all are the reason i already visited here twice & if we have further plan definitely want again to stay here.

K international hotel was good, from the day of check in but check out, the night before the day of check out, i called the reception from the land line of the room, they told me that if you check out tomorrow morning, then the hotel will eat. Please pay the bill tonight. Then i said that i am going to be a little late but i did not like that the person from the reception came to my room with the bill and entered the room. I disliked this behavior of them, and my girlfriend was inside the room. It never occurred to me that the presence of a woman entered the room.

GGastnutzerI visited the hotel on a weekend, and we booked the premium executive room. The room was big, the bathroom was clean, it had a bathtub and jacuzzi. It has swimming pool, hence carry swimming costume or you can buy one from here. The food was average, though. The hotel is a bit far from the sea beach but you can take toto which will cost minimum.

GGastnutzerThe location is near the old digha beach, and you could catch glimpses of the sea from our 2nd floor room. The food we had in the hotel were good. However the reception staff was rude to us from the beginning, they had a miscommunication and didnt receive our booking, even though we booked a month in advance. They served us one meal after 2 hours, the boy at the kitchen phone did not place the order. We asked for an extra mattress/cot but did not get one. The room and toilet was clean, but fixtures broken, etc. Minimum amenities: 1 towel, 1 soap. High priced, considering we paid 2250 with tax.
