Hotel provides free shuttle minibus service departing from hotel starting from 4a.m. every one hour. It takes 5 minutes from hotel to the airport and understand they pick up arriving guests around 4.10a.m. and so on every next one hour. Hotel offers free tasty welcome natural drink (was house made strawberry juice when I checked in) which is nice in hot Indonesian weather. Enjoyed my stay here and would come again.

Der Hotelschalter befindet sich in der Ankunftshalle. Das Personal begleitete mich den ganzen Weg zum Hotel, das sich auf Ebene 2 der Ankunftshalle befindet. Sie bot mir sogar Hilfe mit meinem Rollgepäck an und erledigte den Check-in für mich. Wieder begleitete sie mich den ganzen Weg zu meinem Zimmer, das das letzte Zimmer auf dem Flur war. Sehr beeindruckt von ihrem Kundenservice. Was das Zimmer angeht, ist es ganz in Ordnung, das Bett ist mir etwas niedrig. Auf dem Waschbecken sind Flecken. Der Wasserdruck ist ganz gut, nur dass es im Zimmer an einem Haartrockner mangelt. Gut für eine Übernachtung, man muss nicht zu früh für den Morgenflug aufstehen.
