Von Jakarta mit dem Zug nach drei Bao-Bao-Schlafschirm, ankommen in der Nacht. Ich habe die Bewertung des drei Bao-Bao-Hotels nicht gesehen und habe mit der Prüfgefühl das neue Hotel ausgewählt, das keine chinesische Bewertung hat. Ich fühle mich besonders gut, neu, schön, der Service ist sehr warm und schatzlich, das Frühstück ist auch gut, ich werde das nächste Mal auch Eno wählen.

Ich hatte meinen Aufenthalt am 28. - 30. Oktober. Der gesamte Check in war reibungslos und das Zimmer ist komfortabel. Die Katastrophe geschah am nächsten Tag, als ich am Morgen um 6:20 Uhr zum Frühstück hinunter ging. Ich verstehe, dass die bfast von 6 Uhr begonnen und der Grund, warum ich um 6:20 Uhr weg ging, war, die Menge zu vermeiden und die Sitze zu wählen, die wir wollten. Es gab nicht viele Wächter, die zu beauftragen, ich muss sie für Tee und Kaffee anrufen. Die Wartezeit für Kaffee und Tee beträgt etwa 30 Minuten, bis ich sie immer wieder kontaktieren muss. Die seltsamen Dinge, die niemand in Semarangan Abschnitt und Dimsum Abschnitt und Roti Kukus Abschnitt verantwortlich war ( ich nahm das Foto beigefügt). Ich fragte sogar die Mitarbeiter, wann die Mitarbeiter ankommen und beginnen, den Gästen zu dienen. Einer der Mitarbeiter sagte, einige von ihnen waren noch das Frühstück bereit und der Manager stand auch nicht im Restaurant. Es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung für 5-Sterne-Hotel wie Tentrem. In der Tat hatte ich einen angenehmen und erinnerlichen Aufenthalt und Erfahrung, als ich auf dem vorherigen Aufenthalt in Padma Semarang geblieben war. Die Mitarbeiter Esp im Restaurant sind mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Details. Anmerkungen: pls sehen die beigefügten Bilder

DDaverecently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions.
The room itself was clean, and comfortable.
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience in the city.”

GGuest UserLocation was in the central Semarang. The room was spacious enough. Bed was very comfy and bathroom size was also spacious. Breakfast was good with Indonesian food. They have Indomie instant noodle station so it was really fun. The staff however need more training ( one staff did not know whether it was yogurt or mayonaise, he said it was yogurt so I was mistakenly ate a spoonful of mayonaise. Another staff did not know what “sunny side up egg” was ) But overall it was very relaxing stay.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist sauber und schön, gelegen etwas weit von Simpang Lima Semarang entfernt. Das Zimmer ist schön, mit heißem Wasserfluss, kein Rauchraum, und cool AC. Allerdings ist das Hotelreservierungssystem über die MyHorison Website, mehr Verbesserung erforderlich. Als ich eine Buchung über die MyHorison Website gemacht habe, habe ich keine Bestätigungsnummer über meine E-Mail erhalten, aber nur drei Zeilen Nachrichten, die bestätigen, dass ich die Buchung erfolgreich gemacht habe (ohne die Bestätigungsnummer anzugeben) und einen Vorschlag, eine Whatsapp-Nummer zu kontaktieren, wenn ich nach 30 Minuten keine weitere E-Mail erhalten habe, die meine Zahlung bestätigt. Ich wartete mehr als 30 Minuten, ich erhielt die Bestätigungsnummer nicht, dann kontaktierte ich die Whatsapp-Nummer plus Whatsapp-Nummer dieses speziellen Hotels. Sie brauchen Stunden, um mir meine Zimmerreservierungsnummer zu senden, und als sie endlich die Bestätigung zeigte, dass meine Reservierung ”unbezahlt” war (wenn ich das Zimmer mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlte). Am Eincheckdatum gab ich dem Empfänger den Druck aus der Kurzmail und die Zimmerbescheinigung mit unentgeltlicher Status. Sie nahm ein Bild von diesen Papieren und bat mich um eine bestimmte Zahl, die ich nicht hatte, so habe ich ihr eine SMS von meiner Kreditkarte gegeben, die zeigte, dass ich die Transaktion gezahlt habe. Sie nahm ein Bild von meinem SMS aus meinem Mobiltelefon und fertigte den Prozess, und gab mir den Schlüssel zu meinem Zimmer. Von dieser Geschichte kann man lernen, dass der Buchungsprozess bis ich mein Zimmer bekam war sehr schmerzhaft und stressig. Dieses Hotel muss sicher von anderen Hotels lernen, wie man ihre Technologie für ihren schmerzlosen Buchungsprozess aktualisiert.

TTjhinIch ging hier am 3. Januar 2020. Nach den Verfahren sehr schnell, sie sammeln einfach eine Kopie Ihrer ID und unterschreiben Sie auf Papier Vereinbarung. Ich habe ein Rauchraum trotz der bereits erwähnten Nichtrauchraum. Das Bettwäsche und der Kissen hatten unerfreuliches Geruch, der Geruch nicht trockener Leinen. Nicht zu erwähnen, der Rauch. Das Ersatzzimmer ist auch das gleiche. Die Toiletten sind das schlimmste jemals, Keine Handsaft, mein Gesichtshandtuch, keine Komb, keine Dusche Sie fertigen 1 Zahnbürste in einem gedruckten großen Box. Handtuch sieht wie alt aus und ändert sich nicht für Jahre mit vielen Farben und gebrochenen Kanten. Der Duschegelbehälter kann nicht verwendet werden. Als ich mich beschwert habe, bewegen sie einfach das Gel in ein Glas. Das Zimmer ist nicht schallfest. Der Lärm von außen ist sehr schlecht, und auch das Geräusch von oben, wir konnten jemanden steigen und Stühle bewegen hören.

GGuest UserIch reservierte dieses Hotel mit App . Dieses Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Semarang geschlossen von simpang lima. Wenn wir unser Motorrad ein bisschen verwirrt, weil keine Wächter dort, die uns helfen können, so denke ich es vermischt zwischen Gast und Mitarbeiter. Start check in um 4 Uhr , ich glaube, in dieser Zeit wird in den Wochenenden beschäftigt , aber starten mit enttäuscht für den ersten Eindruck des Front Desk Team . Ich reservierte 1 Zimmer großes Bett und nicht rauchen Zimmer aber nicht verfügbar und sie bieten Rauchen Zimmer . Wir nehmen es, aber immer noch enttäuscht, dachte ich, sie haben unsere Buchung nicht sorgfältig gelesen, wenn sie meine Buchung durch App erhalten. Sie haben uns nur um unsere ID gebeten, es zu kopieren und das Buchungsformular auszufüllen und die Schlüssel zu geben, aber sie haben uns nicht klare Informationen über das Hotel gegeben. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, sagten sie, dass mein Zimmernummer 502 ist und ich versuche es zu öffnen, aber es funktionierte nicht und ich prüfe in der kleinen Umschlagstufe das Zimmer 503. Glücklicherweise wusste der Gast in 502 nicht, dass dieser Fall war, weil ich sah, dass der Gast 502 nach dem Verschiebung auf 503 kam. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel, aber in der Nacht schlafen wir, kann ich den nächsten Türgästen auf TV bis morgens hören, weil unser Zimmer Türen verbindet. Schwimmen Pool im 3. Stock nicht groß, aber es ist ok, wir schauen die Pool Handtücher wir nicht gefunden haben es auch Pool-Betreuer wir nicht gefunden haben es auch. Frühstück im 2. Stock, das Menü hat so viel Wahl, Sie können es selbst nehmen. Wenn wir den Mitarbeiter treffen , fast von ihnen weniger Gastfreundschaft zu begrüßen, manchmal ich zuerst , denke ich, sie müssen ihre Gastfreundschaft verbessern . Ich fand nur 1 Frauen auf der Front-Desk, dass sie einen guten Eindruck von Gastfreundschaft hat während meiner Auscheckzeit mit grauen Uniform , nicht wie die 1 Frauen auf der Front-Desk mit orange Uniform während meiner Kontrolle, in der sie nicht um den Gast kümmerte. Ich hoffe , dass es in Zukunft eine gute Verbesserung sein wird .

Badezimmer: ein wenig klaustrophobisch, aber aus Einrichtungen und ihre Reinigungsstandard, es ist anständig. 3. Frühstück: Frühstücksverteilung bietet eine Menge Wahl. Alles ist anständig. Sie werden nichts verpassen, wenn Sie das Frühstück hier verschieben und wählen, um eine Küchenreise in Semarang zu gehen. 4. Parken: Es gibt einen Innenparkplatz hier. 5. Lage: Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Semarang im Zentrum von Jalan Pandanaran. Für die Erfahrung mit “Stay & sleep” ist es gut genug. 6. Gesamt: für Rp 515,000 pro Nacht. Es ist ziemlich viel ein guter Verkauf für eine Erfahrung 3.5-star. Ich würde jedoch sicherlich mehr für den Titel „Premiere“ erwarten.

What needs to be concerned most is the sanitary and hygiene. The towel and mat has already darkened to grey instead of white. The linen is also full of spot. The floor and furniture are so dusty. The management should manage their housekeeping procedures and workers. Although the price is cheap but still its not worthy.
