印尼人的不靠譜程度在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。訂了2晚，但中間間隔了幾天。結果第一次入住，凌晨三點到店，告訴我沒有放假了，沒有收到我的預訂，打攜程客服，前台又找到了，但花了半個多小時才辦理完，躺倒床上都凌晨四點了。第二次入住説我衹預訂了沒有付費，需要付錢，我拿着訂單説明明已經prepaid了，又找攜程客服。結果説是因為攜程提供的扣費銀行卡酒店不會操作，導致酒店沒有扣成？！真服了，兩次入住，三個前台，沒一個明白人。好在攜程客服服務非常非常及時，雖然沖客服發了兩次火，但感覺主要還是印尼人不靠譜，服了。

Der Preis ist sehr billig. Es ist besser, persönliche Waschbecken mitzuführen. Unterhalb der Massage, und dann, wenn der Fahrer den Wagen nimmt, sagte der Fahrer, wie er hier wohnen kann, und sagte, dass das der *** Ort ist. 😥

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und es gibt auch einige unterstützende Einrichtungen, die den Bedarf an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants decken. Aber das Hoteldesign ist nicht vernünftig genug, das Gebäude ist nicht hoch, aber es ist zu lang, der Weg von der Rezeption zum Zimmer ist zu lang. Das Servicepersonal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, wenige Sorten und hoher Preis. Obwohl der rote Pool eine gute Aussicht hat, ist es schade, dass das Wasser im Pool nicht bequem ist.

Dieses Hotel ist ziemlich schön, mit freundlicher Service. Ich habe das Thunfischmenü versucht, der Teil war wie ein Bier von Thunfisch zu essen. Vielleicht, wenn ich nach Manado reise, werde ich hier wieder bleiben.

1. Since the day before yesterday, there has been a problem with the use of the card in the room. You need to go to the lobby to swipe it many times before you can use it. It's very troublesome to go up and down, but you didn't notice.
2. Yesterday's room card continued to have this problem, from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor to cycle three times to swipe the card.Very poor experience.
3. There wasn't any cleaning of the room today, but I'm sure someone entered the room. And I didn't do anything.
4. When we returned to the hotel at 18:00 this afternoon, the key card continued not to work. The two of us cycled four times from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor, and the key card still did not work until the engineer came to change the battery. During this time, we had just returned from a dive and needed to use the room with our luggage, fatigue and wet clothes, but it took 45 minutes to get into the room. Our experience was very poor.

Nice to stay here and is coming back again in early December. All the staffs were very friendly and respectful, always showing their big smiles. Location is within walking distance for solo traveller like me. Small money for small room for sure but is tidy & clean, (always provided me with an old towels) bed is comfortable, restaurant setting and breakfast is good (to me), but haven't tried their lunch and dinner yet. Should anybody wanna visit Manado please do not hesitate to consider this place for location, convenience, comfortable and most importantly is safety as a tourist. This is only my personal point of view ok.

JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

FFiladelThis hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view

RRifkiDas Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich betrat zunächst das falsche Zimmer, aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und brachte mich schnell entsprechend meiner Bestellung in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer war sauber, die Klimaanlage war kalt, das heiße Wasser Hat funktioniert. Leider gab es keinen Schrank, in den man die Kleidung hineinlegen konnte, ansonsten ist es großartig
