OowajawaIch war immer froh über die Gastfreundschaft des Amaris Hotels in Jakarta und Surabaya In Erinnerung an ihren guten Service, ich habe hier ein Zimmer für meine Familie reserviert. Wir mussten frühzeitig überprüft werden und es wurde von der Rezeption gebucht. Die Erfindung einer Parkplatzslot war jedoch eine größere Herausforderung. Die Grundstücksparkplatzslot hat einen begrenzten Platz und mit dem Ereignis, das sie im Ballzimmer veranstaltet haben, wurde es so hektisch. Niemand war da, um die Parkplätze zu beherrschen, so gab es zwei egoistische Autos, die 3 Räume aufnahmen. Und als ich einen Parkplatz bekam, griff ich meine Sachen und ging in die Lobby, ein Kerl stoppte mich und bat mich, woanders zu parken. Wie schön! Wenn der Ort reserviert war, warum es überhaupt kein Zeichen davon gab???? Und der Kerl schließlich lässt es gehen. Aber. Spät um 9 Uhr, wo unsere Familie geschlafen hatte, schlief die Rezeption an und weckte uns alle. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Nur weil Sie immer noch aufwachen und Ihre Arbeit tun, bedeutet nicht, dass Ihre Gäste auch wach sind. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre Qualität der Humanressourcen.

The location is strategic, too. It is near Palembang Indah Mall. All of the staff there is friendly and polite.
