Zunächst einmal ist die Lage des Hotels sehr praktisch, direkt neben der Shuttlebus-Plattform von Terminal 1. Terminal 3, wo internationale Flüge konzentriert sind, verfügt über einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus. Von der Qualität der Gästezimmer kann man nur sagen, dass sie mit inländischen Pensionen oder Express-Hotels der unteren Preisklasse gleichwertig sind, aber die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr sauber und man kann beruhigt übernachten. Insbesondere die Spültoilette ist auch mit einem Schlauchhahn ausgestattet, der PP spülen kann, was sehr durchdacht ist.

Outstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

Der erste Besuch hatten wir Glück, die letzte Suite zu bekommen. Es war geräumig und komfortabel. Der zweite Besuch war wirklich auf die Rückkehr zum Hotel angesichts der einfachen Ein- und Auscheckung, des Frühstücksbuffets und der komfortablen Betten. Eine gute Wahl für eine Haltestelle, vor allem, weil Sie den Flughafen nicht verlassen. Wählen Sie auch einen Wachenruf und Shuttle!

Ich empfehle, wenn Sie Transfer haben und Sie müssen einige Ruhe in ziemlich und sauberem Ort nehmen, das die beste Wahl ist, der Ort ist sehr ruhig und das Bett sehr komfortable 🌟

Decisamente difficile da trovare, sconosciuto anche ai negozianti. Si trova alle partenze del terminal 3, piano 2 zona 4, dietro ai banchi delle partenze E, vicino al KFC. Posizione favolosa, tra ristoranti e negozi e perfetto per un comodo check-in mattiniero. Stanza pulita e comoda, letto confortevole e bel bagno. AC con macchina tipo pinguino molto rumorosa ma una volta rinfrescata la stanza si può anche spegnere. Pareti sottili che facevano sentire anche il bambino che tossiva nella stanza a fianco. Consigliato per la posizione ma portatevi i tappi

I had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

Wie sicherlich die meisten Kunden dieses Hotels haben wir nur eine Nacht verblieben. Leider haben wir nicht eine Navigatorfahrt vom Flughafen erhalten, um das Hotel anzutreten. Sie haben nie eine klare Antwort erhalten. Wir fanden hingegen ein funktionelles und sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war nett und ihr Englisch basiert. Es gab keine besondere Atmosphäre, vielleicht weil die Leute in ihren Zimmern bleiben oder ausgehen, um zu Abend zu essen. Das Frühstück beinhaltete Reis und Gemüse, zusätzlich zu den üblichen Tatsäuren. So war es ein ziemlich komplettes Buffet. Der nächste Tag ist die Navigation zum Flughafen gut organisiert und punktuell. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt gibt es sicherlich besser.

Die Einrichtungen sind älter, Hygiene: Sehr gut, der Service ist herzlich, der kostenlose Hol- und Bringservice ist sehr praktisch, man muss vorher einen Termin vereinbaren, der Kellner kann einfach über WeChat kontaktiert werden, es scheint sehr nah zu sein, Die Fahrt dauert 10 Minuten

Nothing great to tell. You get what you pay for. Don't depend on the pickup service from the airport. It is only at specific times and they won't alter anything for you. The drop off shuttle is also at specific times.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil mein Flug von CGK am frühen Morgen war. Der Ort liegt ganz in der Nähe von CGK und es gibt von 4 Uhr morgens bis Mittag alle zwei Stunden einen Shuttlebus. Ich habe für 2 Personen gebucht, aber von jedem Toilettenartikel (Glas, Zahnbürste) gab es nur eine, und ich musste um mehr bitten, und als wir ankamen, war kein Taschentuch verfügbar. Es war in Ordnung, denn sie reagierten schnell und gaben uns, was wir brauchten, nachdem wir sie angerufen hatten. Das Zimmer war recht sauber.
