been awhile.. a lot has changed.. Deluxe Room/Premium Room facilities never fails except those standard room i bet they filled with pests.

Meine 2 Nächte waren ziemlich viel verlegt, Hotellage war OK - 10 Mins Drive nach Nagoya Innenstadt. Obwohl für Innenräume, Zimmerverpflegung kann verbessert werden.. Ich habe 3 kleine Schäden oder Steine, die auf dem TV Desk umschleudern und ging auf den Boden. Ich würde wahrscheinlich den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, vielleicht in der Zukunft erwägen. Imma insgesamt geben dies eine 7.4 aus 10.

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.

Strategy location, easy and smooth checkin, reception very friendly. But have a one problem, freezer it’s not function as well just using for warm not for cool and also not provided iron at room. So far, everything ok, I’m very happy with my husband stay at Ibis Style Nogoya Hotel😘❤️

Booked this hotel due to good reviews. Location and cleanliness is great! Live band at hotel restaurant was good too 👍🏻 However, slippery tile beside the pool caused me to fall (was not running, just walking back to my room after dipping my feet) and fractured my bone. Hotel negligence caused me to have a wasted trip as it happened at the start of my trip. Hotel staff were nice though. They checked on me everyday and provided ice to reduce the swelling. They also helped serve my breakfast to my room in the mornings. 🥹 Had to cut short my trip to come back to SG for xray and Manager Jacky refused to refund the remaining 1 night. Luckily Trip.com assisted me with it. No form of compensation from hotel in any way. Side note: wifi is very bad. Can only connect to their wifi outside the room

Großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Flachbildfernseher. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt keine Einweg-Hausschuhe für die Toilette. Die Lage ist 10/10. Viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. In der Gegend gibt es auch Nachtmärkte. Was Aktivitäten angeht, gibt es Go-Karts, Karneval, Wasser-Themenpark und vieles mehr, was Sie genießen können. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort zum Übernachten. Wir waren 5 Tage hier und insgesamt zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung.

Nicht schlecht

Das ist das erste Mal, dass unsere Familie nach Batam geht. Meine Wahl ist sehr richtig, die Lage des Hotels ist nahe dem Batam-Zentrum-Fähre. Das umliegende Hotel ist nahe an Restaurants. Kundenfreundlicher Service. Die rezeptive Mutter & der Hotelbesitzer ist sehr Kundenfreundlich. Erschwinglicher Preis. Hotellage ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums Batam.

Service tip top especially the porter and door man. Very friendly and always great and offer assistance. Reception staff polite and not much hassle. Condition of the room at tower A already run down. Need upgrading.
