Leider kein 5* Erlebnis mehr: Zimmer, Speisesaal etc vielleicht aus den 80er Jahren? Dass ein Außenpool Anfang Oktober zu kalt ist, war uns klar. Aber vor Ort erfahren wir, dass der werbewirksam präsentierte schöne Indoor-Pool um diese Zeit nicht in Betrieb ist! Der kleine Thermalwasser-Pool outdoor liegt am Ende der Anlage. Wasser ist lauwarm und nett, aber es gibt keine Liegen o.ä. Man kann also ins Wasser, wieder raus und wieder durchs ganze Haus zu den Liegen am großen Pool wandern. Naja. Das Buffet (Frühstück und abends) sehr umfangreich, das Essen gut. Abends im Speisesaal Musik aus der Konserve (dem Alter des Publikums angepasst), draußen beim Pool ein Alleinunterhalter, der wirklich sehr gut gesungen und Klavier gespielt hat (tw Evergreens, tw Griechisches). Der Hotelstrand gegenüber mit guten Liegen, netter Bar und Einstiegshilfe (Matten über dem Kies). Das Meer war sogar noch warm genug. Unser Zimmer Superior Meerblick war groß, die Einrichtung altmodisch aber in Ordnung. Das Bad im Marmor-Stil sehr groß aber unfunktional: Wanne mit Spritzschutz-Glas zum Duschen, aber die aufgehängte Handbrause spritzt völlig daran vorbei in den Raum. 1 Handtuchhalter in der Duschecke der Wanne (dauernd nass), ein weiterer kaum erreichbar. Dabei wäre so viel Platz! Zusätzlich eine Regenwald-Dusche OHNE jeden Vorhang o.ä.: Würden wir sie benützen, wären an der einen Seite der Haartrockner an der Wand, an der anderen das WC völlig nass! Hier hatte schon lang niemand mehr geduscht, denn in diesem Abfluss fanden wir die Brutstätte der Moskitos, die uns tagelang verrückt gemacht haben …
