Das Hotel ist in einer idealen Lage für uns.
Wir waren in einem Zimmer mit herrlicher Meerblick auf jeden Morgen aufwachen. Das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig und gab uns einen großen Start zum Tag. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und jede Anlage wird verwendet scheint zu einem guten Standard gepflegt.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotelzimmern, in denen ich geblieben bin. Das Badezimmer war sicherlich größer als der Durchschnitt und umfasste eine gute Dusche mit viel heißem Wasser unter guter Druck. Selbst wenn die anderen Tapeten verwendet wurden, schien die Dusche völlig unberührt zu bleiben.
Ein paar kleine Details, die unseren Aufenthalt verbessert hätten. Eine Arbeitlift, während unseres Besuchs war es aus der Ordnung. Aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht zerstört. Das andere Details wäre ein kleiner Stuhl (oder ähnlich) im Badezimmer.
Alle Mitarbeiter trafen sich so freundlich, näher und hilfsbereit, sie alle scheinen gerne zu gewährleisten, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt in The Osborne genossen.
Wir nahmen einen Spaziergang um einige der Grundstücke, die alle sehr gut gepflegt scheinen. Wir gingen auch aus dem Grundstück und über die Bucht am Meadfoot, seine tolle Lage zu wandeln und genießen die frische Meeresluft.
Würden wir hier nochmal bleiben?
Wir haben sicherlich bereits über unseren nächsten Besuch gesprochen.

Would just like to review this place as they went above and beyond on our stay. My fiancé booked the room but asked them to put rose petals in the room as he was proposing. The hotel staff went above and beyond and made our stay memorable and magic. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I honestly can’t fault them. They were kind, caring, supportive and generally went out their way to make everything special. We felt so included, cared for and special. We would like to return every year the same day to remember the day it was truly so special. We were given the best sea view room which was lovely. The breakfast was lovely. The staff found us a fan because the room was hot as we were on the second floor. We could not have received any better treatment. Perfect 10/10. Thank you to all the staff who made every step perfect. THANK YOU

Ich blieb am Wochenende bei The Cimon mit einigen Freunden, um unsere Geburtstagstag zu feiern. Es war mein erstes Besuch und ich liebte es. Die Zimmer waren unspottlich sauber, gut ausgestattet und wirklich komfortabel (Ich schlief wie ein Log). Unser kochiertes Frühstück kam schnell und wurde mit einem Lächeln von der freundlichen Wartepersonal geliefert - und mein Ei war perfekt :) Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Stadt auf einem sanften Hügel. Es dauert etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen; Obwohl Sie wahrscheinlich länger, wenn Sie die lokalen Bars besucht haben! Die Eigentümer, Julie und Jamie waren Fab-Hosts und machten uns sehr willkommen, geben uns Tipps, wo zu gehen und lokale Bushalte und Attraktionen. Insgesamt, Ich empfehle The Cimon sehr und freue mich auf den Rücken.

Just a lovely place to stay. It’s a short walk into the town and parking away from the road which for me is just perfect. We were in the Palms suite. A large bedroom and then a lovely sitting area with off to one end a fridge and hot drinks making facilities, also some home made treats to welcome you to the house. The bathroom was large and the whole house was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. We like to travel and we have been to many places over the last couple of years, this was probably the best place we have been to and we would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone. The hosts are extremely nice people who are friendly and helpful with a breakfast that had even me full for the day. Thank you to you both for a wonderful couple of days and we definitely will try to get back down again soon.

GGuest UserTypisch britisches Meereshotel. Wir reservierten 4 Familien-‚Terrasse‘ Zimmer, die groß und auf einer ‘privaten’ gemeinsamen Terrasse geöffnet sind. Zimmer wurden gekommen und ein wenig verbraucht. Das Badezimmer hatte 4 gebrochene Fliesen auf dem Boden und schwarze Form um das Bad. Auch die Abhängung und nur die Haltung an der Farbe. Restaurant bietet gutes Essen, aber die Wahl ist begrenzt und sehr wiederholend. Ein bisschen altmodisch (damit der Durchschnittsalter der Gäste etwa 80 sein muss) Einrichtungen sind jedoch gut. Innerhalb / Außenpools, große Spielzimmer, Softplay, Bowling usw. Viele Bars und ein großes Unterhaltungszimmer “starlight lounge”. Allerdings benötigt der Poolbereich eine gute saubere. Wasser sehr wolkenig und schaut schmutzig aus. Das ganze Hotel braucht eine vollständige Renovierung. Es sieht aus, als ob das Hotel zu groß ist, um zu halten und alles ist aus der Kontrolle. Überall, wo Sie sehen, gibt es schmutziges Glas, Dampf, Flakey-Gemälde, fehlende Fliesen, Farben, gebrochene Teppiche, datierte Dekor, Schmutz, Mist, Zigarettenbündel neben den Türen, Es ist eine Schande. Ich bin schon oft hier gewesen, und bemerken Sie, dass das Hotel jedes Jahr weiter abnimmt. Bis das Hotel eine vollständige Renovierung hat, werden wir nicht zurückkehren. Torquay selbst ist in sehr bedauerlicher Zustand in diesen Tagen.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Given a lovely king-size room with Seaview (meadow suite) The room was so spacious and relaxing to be in. All very clean. Great facilities such as pools,steam room,sauna and hottub. No issues with parking ,limited carpark size but plenty of street parking available. 5 min walk to the town. This hotel exceeded our expectations as a last minute booking. And came away all relaxed, calm and de stressed. Will definitely be back.

RRachelC3577The location and parking were convenient enough for one night. The check in procedure was horrendous. You are left at the front door constantly ringing the bell and calling a number until someone phones the staff inside to let you in. Then that staff member stays on the phone to them to find out the keysafe code to let you into your room. Completely unprofessional. The room was clean enough and very basic. There was only one bedside table and one plug socket on the other side of the room that was used up by the kettle and tv. The en suite was abysmal. The toilet lid was broken off completely. The pipework for the shower was fully visible. There was mould in the shower. The toilet leaked and flooded the floor whenever it was used. You had serious risk of concussion from the ill placed shelf above the sink. The bed was comfortable enough and we would have slept well had it not been for the genuine torture of a constant tapping all through the night. It sounded like water dripping into the room/space above or onto the roof outside the window. Dripping makes it sound like it was quiet but it was LOUD and heavy and it went on until we checked out. All in all, it wasn't worth the money, despite it being comparatively cheap to other hotels nearby. We will not be staying here again.
