Booked a spa day for myself and friend to include lunch and a facial. On arrival the therapist advised our facials had to be cancelled due to therapist having last minute emergency. Fair enough that couldnt be helped but could have rang us earlier to say. Happily accepted refund for our facial. Went into spa and it was very disappointing. Steam room not on. Warmish jacuzzi and cold pool. Uncomfortable beds by pool and kids splashing about. Not what you want on a girls spa day. At lunch the food was lovely but the service slow. The conservatory restaurant was run down. Dead flies all along windowsill next to our table. Overall a disappointing experience and id never go back here for a spa day.

Vor einigen Jahren, als die vorherigen Besitzer es hatten, haben wir beschlossen, dort eine Nacht zu verbringen. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir unseren Weg zur Rezeption, um den Schlüssel zu holen. Die Gegend sah dunkel aus und schmelzte musty. Mein Partner hatte eine E-Mail geschickt, die unseren Aufenthalt bestätigt und ein Foto des Zimmers, das wir hatten. Wir kamen in unser Zimmer, das ziemlich klein war, aber es sah gut aus. Es war nichts wie das, das wir hätten haben sollen. Einige der Lichter funktionierten nicht und das Badezimmer hätte mit einem guten sauberen gemacht werden können! Es waren schwarze Formstücke auf dem Fliesengluten, die ausbrach, als wir duschen. Wir hatten in ihrer ”Bistro” die Nacht Essen. Es war mehr wie ein fetter Kaffee! Das Chipfett war eindeutig alt, weil es einen starken Geschmack hatte. Der Kerl war schön, aber der Salatgarn war kaum da!! Die Wächterin verbrachte die meisten Zeit mit ihrem Freund, der ein paar Tische von uns sitzt. Das Dekor war schwarz und dunkelblau. Nicht sehr enthusiastisch! Wie es von neuen Leuten übernommen wurde, hat sich das Dekor geändert. Überall sieht es billig und taky aus. Ehrlich gesagt, das ganze Ort sieht sehr runter. Es war traurig, es in diesem Zustand zu sehen. Wir bezahlten zusätzliches Frühstück, das nicht erschöpfend aussehen ließ. Es gab eine Hilfe für Getreide usw. Abschnitt, die vor allem mit Klingefilm abgedeckt war, abgesehen von der eine Sache, die hätte sein sollen. Ich fand Joghurt, aber da es dort nur sitzt, unkühlt und entdeckt in einem großen Kuchen gab ich es eine Miss. Wir bestellten einen Toast, der kalt und trocken kam. Es war offensichtlich Stunden früher gemacht worden. Die Kellnerin war in einem Track-Sweatshirt kleidet und hält ihre Nase auf dem Hals ihre Jacke! Insgesamt war es ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Es war traurig, als es ein schöner Ort war, mit Charakter zu bleiben und immer ein warmes Willkommen vom vorherigen Besitzer. Nun ist es alles verloren, was es hatte und wird von Kindern geführt, die keinen Hinweis haben! Was für eine Schande!

Lovely stay with Team Lovesgrove recently. Breakfast was plentiful and included, yogurt, fruit, cereals and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast each day by Ang. More like a home from home than a guest house. John, his daughters and the team are welcoming and knowledgeable on how to make the most of being in Pembroke. I visited the National Botanic Gardens on the way up on John's recommendation and it is an excellent visit. The guest house is also very convenient for a stunning range of beaches and walks. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, parking is plentiful and the setting is quiet, yet close to plenty of local amenities. Martha's kitchen and the garden centre a half of mile away were great finds on this first trip too. Looking forward to returning.

Christmas Day lunch was beautiful. Just want to say thank you for a lovely Christmas Day meal. The food was outstanding, more than any one person could ever eat. Quality of food high and served by attentive staff. Ambiance just right, cosy and warm. Tables set out at good distance, background music so you could talk and hear each other throughout. The cheese and fruit etc after meal was a lovely touch only wish I could eat more. Hoping you provide the same opportunity to enjoy next Christmas, as a family of x6 we would love to come back again for 2024. Thank you all staff and owners for your hard work. As an NHS worker and visiting today after my Christmas Eve night shift I know the sacrifices staff give to serve and personally want to say thank you for making my Christmas day that much easier not having to cook, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time and meal xxxxxx keep up the good work xxxxx

Gerufen am Helm Pembroke Dock für ein Essen und konnte nicht mehr überrascht werden von der Qualität der Nahrung. Buchte eine Tabelle für vier auf einem alles, was Sie essen können buffet chinesisch und Lebensmittel war wirklich schmeckt mit Ladungen verschiedener Wahlen und Piping heiß. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich, gute Atmosphäre und das Geld wert. Volle Auswahl an Wüsten und so viel wie Sie wollen, Kinder freundlich und viel Wahl für sie auch.
