Das Hotel ist eher wie ein Bett und Frühstück, aber es ist nichts falsch, solange es als solches angekündigt wird. Ein Warnhinweis für weniger fähige Kunden - alle Zimmer sind im 1. / 2. / 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wenn Sie keine Treppen oder eine Tasche aufnehmen können, ist das nicht für Sie. Die En-suite in unserem Zimmer war nicht die sauberste. Als wir ankamen, war der Bin nicht ersetzt worden. Es gab auch einen wirklich starken Geruch von Urin, wenn wir ins Zimmer eintraten - auch nach Hausaufbewahrung. Die Abwasserentsorgung für die Dusche war sehr langsam, so dass wir jedes Mal duschen, der Tasche voller Wasser. Alles, was gesagt wurde, war der Service wunderschön. Das Personal war hilfreich - vor allem das Personal, das den Frühstücksservice arbeitet. Es gab auch ein anderes Personal am letzten Tag, das uns Reiseinformationen gab, weil es keine Züge von Kew damals gab.

First, the positives - lovely comfortable bed, good quality bedding, and the blackout curtains, ensured a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient for us. The kettle, tea and coffee and biscuits were appreciated. However, there were a lot of negatives, notwithstanding the relative cheapness of a sub £100 price per night. The fixtures and fittings were in an awful state, falling to bits and rusting. Starting with the wardrobe, it was shoogly, and the door didn’t close properly. The toilet seat was extremely loose, making it very difficult to use. The shower head attachment came off, and the shower head (lower one) couldn’t be tilted. The basin tap handle was almost off, making it difficult to turn on/off and change temperature. The key to the outside door was difficult to use until you got the knack of it. There were things missing which should be there, regardless of price imo including bedside lamps, or at least one, so we didn’t have to get out of bed to switch the light off after reading. Also, a bath mat for when you get out of the shower would have been appreciated.

Sehr gute wechselnde Zimmer, aber es wurde gefunden, sehr kalt zu sein, wenn Sie einreisen. Dieses Hotel verfügt über hervorragendes Personal, das hier arbeitet und dieses Besuch war weitgehend das beste. Ich hatte eine schön warme Top-Klasse-Frau namens Priti, schauen Sie uns aus. Priti hatte sehr gute Humor und machte uns zu lächeln sie war sehr hilfreich und erwähnte, dass wir noch komplimentarische Willkommensgetränke auf unserem Zimmer-Stadt, die wir hatten, bevor wir verließen. Sehr professionelle und hervorragende Kommunikationskompetenzen von Mitarbeitern hier. Vorsicht und sehr hilfreich scheint nie zu betonen. Gehen Sie weit und weiter. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit. Kann nicht warten, auf meinen nächsten Besuch, der in Oktober sein wird.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen ein sehr komfortabeler Ort. Die Mitarbeiter sind so nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant für das Frühstück ist auch wirklich gut. Und es ist in einer sehr günstigen Lage, Sie können sehr einfach Bus nach Richmond oder Ealing Board Weg nach Mittellond oder Flughafen. Meine Mutter besucht mich in London. Ich habe ein 2-Bett-Zimmer gebucht, aber im Grunde ist das Zimmer nur für sie zu bleiben. Sie lebte dort 10 Nächte. Das Hotel garantiert, dass sie alle 7 Tage Hauswartung machen. Für die letzte Nacht habe ich mich entschieden, mit ihr zu bleiben. Aber ich habe versehentlich das Bett voller Haare gefunden. Einige Haare sind kurz, einige sind lange. Das sollte nicht meiner Mutter gehören. Das bedeutet, dass die Hausmeister das Bett nicht ändern und diese Haare nicht zu meiner Mutter gehören, weil sie nur in einem Bett bleibt. Aber das Bett mit Haar ist das andere. Rein und sauber für ein Bett ist die grundlegende Voraussetzung für eine Unterkunft. Das ist wirklich erstaunlich und für ein Apartmenthotel nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt empfehle ich anderen Reisenden, zu bleiben, aber das Hotel sollte Personal trainieren, um das Zimmer gut zu reinigen.

Wir reservierten dieses Holiday Inn aufgrund einer Sportereignis in der Nähe. Wir haben unlängst in einem anderen Holiday Inn geblieben, das hervorragend war, so hofften wir, dass das gleich wäre. Der Parkplatz vor Ort war auch sehr wichtig. Bei der Ankunft um 3:30 Uhr nach der Zahlung des Parkplatzes wurde uns bei der Kontrolle gesagt, dass der Parkplatz nicht für Hotelgäste garantiert war. Das Hotel verfügt über Funktionen, so dass es am Abend voll werden kann, aber nicht zu beunruhigen gibt es einen multi-historischen Parkplatz 10 Minuten zu Fuß!! Wir gingen zum Rugby-Event ohne zu wissen, ob wir im Hotel auf unserem Rückflug parken können. Unser Exekutivzimmer war enttäuschend. Der Safe funktionierte nicht, das WLAN langsam und inkonsistent, die Bettbelägesbasis wurde zerstört und das Zimmer brauchte im Allgemeinen eine Erfrischung. Es schien sauber. Das Zimmer war nicht ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte eine Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Kettle usw. für Tee, obwohl keine Teebeutel. Nur ein Bad usw. Einfache Basis, die nicht richtig waren, die eine Enttäuschung waren. Das Empfangspersonal war sympathisch, sehr hilfreich und wir konnten ihre Frustration fühlen, dass diese einfachen Dinge nicht richtig waren.

Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

The Selwyn Hotel was lovely and definitely worth visiting. The building is beautiful and the staff were very responsive. The breakfast was amazing and is definitely worth the extra charge. A big surprise was that the hotel was within walking distance to the Thames and an area with many wonderful shops and restaurants. What a treat! I would give it a solid five stars, except that the room advertised a view of Kew, which does not mean Kew Gardens! Maybe you know this if you are from London, but as a non-native, I had no idea. My view was of a corner brick wall, which was disappointing. Be very specific when reserving about what your view looks like. In addition, the building can be noisy with outside traffic and from other guests. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
