Beachten Sie, dass dieses Geschäft geschlossen wurde. Ich weiß nicht, ob es sich um eine Dekoration handelt oder was. Nachdem ich lange geklopft hatte, öffnete niemand die Tür. Dann rief ich an und sagte, ich würde zum nächsten Hallmark Carlton gehen.

Allgemein war alles großartig.
Wir schlagen vor, eine Matrix zu ändern, da wir und unsere Freunde schreckliche Rückenschmerzen hatten, aber das ist natürlich nur eine Präferenz und nicht jeder will eine harte Matrix, wie wir es tun.
Abgesehen davon lieben wir es alle in diesem Hotel.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Scham Hotel gab keine größere Wahl für das Frühstück, da mein Sohn keine Milch haben kann, aber es gibt Cafés in der Nähe. Große Lage und kostenlose Parkplätze einen Bonus. Wäre sicherlich in Zukunft wieder reservieren.

GGastnutzerDas Frühstück ist gut, es gibt einen Parkplatz und man kann mit einem Bett mit Kindern. Das Hotel ist besonders intim für die Kunden. Wir sind sehr spät vom Flughafen Heathrow in London am 17. Januar ins Hotel gekommen. Die Rezeption mit Brillen empfängt uns sehr herzlich und hilft uns, die Gepäckstücke ins Zimmer zu bringen. Wir kamen zum Nationalen Skiballspiel, wir bestellten ursprünglich das Hotel für 4 Tage, aber der Lehrer bat einen Tag früher, und dann bestellten wir einen Tag später. Nach einem Tag, weil das Zimmertypproblem noch vier Tage zu wechseln ist, möchten wir nicht preisgeben, eine Frau, die die Führungskraft der Frau hat, besonders intim, uns zu wechseln, sehr bequem; Wir haben ein Doppelbett, aber das neue Zimmer ist ein großes Einzelbett. Für uns ist es bequem, ein Bett hinzugefügt. Wir sind sehr dankbar. Und in den nächsten Tagen kam sie zu uns und begrüßte, ob unser Leben komfortabel ist und besonders aufmerksam. Ich hoffe, dass sie in Zukunft noch in diesem Hotel wohnen, wenn sie zum UK Open-Wettbewerb zurückkommt!

GGastnutzerFantastisch..., außer ein zusätzliches £12.00 für Eier König auf dem oberen Frühstückspreis war nicht gut... Personal hat nicht einmal vorab warnt über den zusätzlichen Preis, bis wir gehen.
Aber- wenn Sie Zimmerservice hatten, dann kein zusätzlicher Preis für Eier königlich?? Es macht keinen Sinn.

GGastnutzerDer Service ist außergewöhnlich. Ich war überrascht, dass man für die Aufbewahrung einer Tasche 4 Pfund bezahlen musste; es war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich für die Aufbewahrung einer Tasche bezahlt habe. Die Bar war morgens nicht geöffnet und ich habe keine Erfahrung mit dem Essen in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Empfang war ordentlich, die Flure waren nicht besonders gepflegt. Das Zimmer hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war nicht schön, aber für eine Nacht war es ok und es war ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, alles ist sauber. Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, denn rund um das Meer und in der Nähe des Meeres gibt es viele Pinien, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Nicht ideal, aber durchaus akzeptabel. Das Personal half bei der Lösung aller Probleme.

TthelivingbeingtravellerI book this hotel for one night great location. The receptionist she was welcoming. When we got to the room that we were staying for the night. First impression was clean and tidy. However the room was smelly as you entered with the one and only small window was open in the room. The bathroom was for designed for disabled use really. I will list the pro's and cons.
Pro's
The room was a good size for our needs two single and it had a TV that you could watch ”the news” on a channel. The kettle was clean and tea, coffee, sugar was in a bag if you wanted to make a tea with two cups no bottled water provide (but selling for £2 for 500ml at the entrance of the hotel). The wallrobe had hangers and a hair dyer if you needed it. The pillows were nice and the mattress was comfortable.
The con's
One of the beds had other people's hair in the sheets and on top of the duvet. The ceiling and a long legged spider with cobwebs hanging down from above were the TV is. The walls in the room had stains down the wall it was dusty in places.
The walls had noticeable cracks in different parts of the wall, the furnitures are old and tired including the picture frame. The bathroom door was dirty from all the touching to open and close it. I am not sure how a disabled person are able to use the toilet effectively.
Because the ”tiny” face basin was so close to the toilet it was not practical to be that close and I am not disabled. It had so many hand railings why was the basin so close and very low to the point were it was awkward for us to wash our faces etc and the floor was in a mess afterwards . there is a glass shelf with two small glass cups that was over the face basin which is simple not safe or practical because you will sit your face or eyes if your not careful when using the face basin.
The extractor fan does not work when the light is on and no button to press it separately. But the only small top widow was open for any steam or smell to leave the bathroom.
The hot water system made a lot of noise when turning on. Making it hard for anyone to use it without the whole or half of the hotel hearing it that how loud it was to us.
The bath was clean however there was mold all over on the wall tiles the shower curtain was short and not fitting for that bath. The toilet papers that was provided was a very very cheap small rolls. There was three one screwed (toilet roller) on to the small face basin that got soaked when you use the face basin. And the other two was on top of the toilet with used tissue in one of them. Both windows in bedroom and bathroom was not dusted.
Our biggest problem was someone who was on the same floor sounds like they were nextdoor. They kept coming and going and each time they open and close their door it caused our door to shake and bang because was door is not fitted correctly and full of gaps and so the wind and the force of the moving door as cause ours to make all that noise. We didn't have a good sleep because of the above and the live entertainment went on late also which could be heard as we were on the ground floor also. The room is not what I would class as a lovely room it's very basic old, tired not very appealing the walls and the bathroom needs refurbishment and the heating system needs serious attention. When we checked out the lady was pleasant when the card was returned. The guess with me she was not happy and felt that in her words she would not want to stay at another hotel because it was not comfortable during her stay. I would not have wanted to pay the full price if I was not getting the discount from my app. But even at that price that I paid it's not worth the money. Overall I was not happy but we needed to have somewhere to sleep and it provided us that.

We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was expertly prepared and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The leisure facilities were top-notch, and we spent many happy hours relaxing in the pool and sauna. Overall, our experience at the Royal Bath Hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

SShoaibAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

GGuest UserDas Hotel selbst ist ein bisschen müde, aber das Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war ohne Spott, wir hatten saubere Blätter und Handtücher jeden Tag Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren so hilfreich und freundlich, ich selbst und unser 7-jähriger benutzte den Pool und Spielraum jeden Tag .Wir haben nur für zwei Nächte gebucht, aber wir sind glücklich, dass wir das gleiche Zimmer für eine zusätzliche Nacht reservieren . würde definitiv empfehlen Laguna Hotel bereits suchen Buchung auf für 2024. Angesichts der Schulurlaub fanden wir das Laguna Hotel sehr vernünftig bezahlt, vor allem angesichts aller Fasciences, die sie haben, die in den Preis Ihres Aufenthalts enthalten sind.

GGuest UserGeblieben ein paar Nächte war es billiger, auf der Hauptstraße zu parken, dann was es war, Hotel für Parkplätze zu zahlen, Zimmer ein bisschen auf der kleinen Seite mit kleinem TV auf der Wand, nicht extra für Frühstück zu zahlen, so dass Sie nicht wissen, was es war oder haben Zeit, die Einrichtungen zu nutzen, Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer war sauber würde sicher wieder zum Hotel gehen

SSoSonicDas Zimmer war sauber, schönes Badezimmer und komplimentäre Badprodukte. Had ein Problem mit den Zimmern elektri’... bei Ankunft der TV, Lampe und Badezimmer Lichter würden nicht schalten. Fuse Box wurde von der Mitarbeiter kontrolliert und elektrisch kam wieder an. Elektrisch wieder spät abends, wenn man die Kessel verwendet. Nachtporter (der wenig Englisch sprach) schlug wieder auf die Schmelzbox und sagte mir, das nächste Mal weniger Wasser in die Kessel zu setzen! Versuchte, dass aber elektrisch wieder geschlagen, so fragte, um Platz zu bewegen. Er hat das uns aber einen Schlüssel gegeben!
Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt nur unfortunate Situation mit Elektrizität.
