I booked one night here for my partner's birthday, which I booked through Secret Escapes. The check-in was easy, and we also got a welcome drink on arrival. We had a lovely time at the fire pit restaurant and a lovely breakfast at the Cowgirl. Still, there were a few things that needed improvement, particularly communication and customer service. Our booking faces us a £35 voucher each to redeem in the restaurant. When this was mentioned to the what seemed restaurant manager she loved at us both confused, anyway we ended up paying the full bill over £130. Upon our check out we explained this the reception staff who advised us to email the hotel manager, one week went by …no response. I copied in the restaurant, 2nd week… no response. Finally I copied in the general reception team … by the 3rd week with no response. Due to my working hours I have tried calling on two different occasions with no answer. I am extremely disappointed by the level of service I have received from this establishment What lengths does it take to spoke to someone about this matter? As a paying customer I value customer service and this place lacks it, I won’t be returning.

Located next to the motorway, it wasn't convenient for walking to Canterbury, but it had a large parking lot (three pounds per night extra, managed by third party so be sure to register at checkin). The hotel itself was nice - clean, large, comfortable modern, rooms, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with all of the cooked options, cereals and breads, yogurts, etc. Overall - meets the standard of Holiday Inn Express !

Fantastische Service. Quaint Zimmer, komfortable Betten und großartiges Frühstück. Eigentümer gingen von ihrem Weg, um vegetarische Alternativen zu bekommen, und waren im Allgemeinen sehr willkommen und freundlich. Erschwingliche und nahegelegene Nähe zu Canterbury City, würde 100% an jeden empfehlen. Auch ein wunderschöner Hund auf der Website!

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at Judd’s Folly and would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our cottage was lovely, very clean and in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was great and overall it was excellent value for money. Thank you for helping us to have a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

4 Nächte - Große Lage - 10 Minuten zu Fuß in Canterbury durch einen Park oder über die Straße. Ruhe bei Nacht und viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sauber, zeitgemäß und hatte alles, plus die Betten und Kissen waren wirklich komfortable. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer angenehm und chattisch, beraten wohin gehen oder auf dem besten Weg, nichts war überhaupt ein Problem für sie. Das Essen war gut, wir essen im Hotel 3 mal und sehr glücklich mit dem, was wir gewählt haben. Die Frühstücksbuffet waren gut und Wenn gekocht wurde es gemacht, um so schön und frisch zu bestellen. Kann es nicht falten.... Scham zu verlassen!

Das Aussehen dieses Volkswagens wurde vergessen, und es sollte bei anderen Kommentatoren gefunden werden können. Das Volkswagen ist sehr nahe der Canterbury Station. Wir haben zwei große Boxen, also setzten wir einen Taxi zum Hotel nach dem Ausstieg. 3-4 Minuten zahlen 6.6 😄. Das Volk ist sehr gut, die Dekoration ist relativ neu, die Häuser sind hell und besonders sauber 👍, es gibt mehrere Mitarbeiter, der Service ist besser. Wir haben ein großes Auswahlzimmer mit Frühstück festgelegt. Nachdem wir ein Doppelzimmer mit einem größeren unabhängigen Bad verteilt hatten, ist das Bett etwa 1 Meter breit, nicht sehr breit, aber das ist alles in Großbritannien. Es gibt einen besonderen Vermerk: Die Zeit für das Hotel Check-in ist in der Regel um 3 Uhr, die Zeit für das Auschecken ist um 10:30 am nächsten Morgen, aber wir sind am Mittag angekommen, wir sind früher ins Volk gefahren, und das Personal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, uns das Zimmer zu verstecken, Noch relativ benutzerfreundlich. Eine gute Unterkunftserfahrung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
