We arrived at the hotel in the summer to a friendly welcome from the helpful and enthusiastic staff but with low expectations for our experience after reading previous reviews on this site. Accessing our room required a steep climb up several floors of stairs, as there was no lift, meaning elderly customers would need to book a room on the ground floor. The room was very clean, comfortable, cosy and more than adequate for our needs, and we all enjoyed a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds. We were very impressed with the standard of the food, which was beautifully cooked by the chef Buddhi, who would have easily qualified to work in a much higher grade restaurant, although there was limited choice for meals and no desserts on the menu, however what was available was thoroughly enjoyable. As we stayed under the half-board, which we found very worthwhile, the quality of the meals we had surpassed our expectations. The front of house staff member, Isuru, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and nothing seemed too much trouble for him; he was always approachable and catered to all our needs. However, we discovered a restaurant menu in our room which was out of date, so don't depend on this for the meals available. Overall, we found our stay very enjoyable, excellent value for money and the staff extremely personable, as well as the wonderful food. If you have realistic expectations and are looking for a comfortable, budget hotel for a family break or business trip, you will not be disappointed. We would definitely recommend. We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Suenos Guest House. Everything you could need,and more! Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony overlooking sea. A great place to sit and enjoy a drink from the mini-bar! Excellent hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Several good eateries within walking distance. Free parking available.

Wir wollten uns nur für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel im Juli 24 danken, weil es schwierig ist zu wissen, wo man anfangen kann, da jeder Aspekt des Ausbleibens so wunderschön war wie es sich erinnern konnte. Unser Zimmer war unsspottlich sauber, sehr gemütlich komfortabel. In den Morgenstunden würde das Personal, das das Zimmer serviert, einen freundlichen hallo sagen, als wir sie übernahm Alles der Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, einschließlich der Rezeption und der Manager. Wir möchten den Restaurantpersonal, insbesondere Sophie und Alfie, eine besondere Erwähnung geben. Sie waren so willkommen, freundlich und hilfreich. Das Essen war wirklich lecker, schön mit großzügigen Teilen vorgestellt. Ich habe gesagt, dass die Lasagne außergewöhnlich war (sehr schön, dass auch die Bechamelsaft auf der Seite) und mein Partner hatte es für Mittagessen und Abendessen am selben Tag, so viele Komplimente an den Koch! Wir erlebten die gesamte Atmosphäre im Restaurant und Hotel als sehr willkommen und zu Hause. Das Personal war sich nicht bewusst, dass wir am Wochenende des Geburtstags meines Partners besucht haben und unser Aufenthalt hat das ganze Wochenende für uns beide noch besonderer gemacht. Vielen Dank für unser Aufenthalt so erinnerebar. Sie haben ein wirklich freundliches und professionelles Personalteam, das weiß, wie man Gäste willkommen fühlen und gut nachsehen kann. Es war sehr geschätzt!
