Pour la seconde année, nous sommes allés 3 semaines cure )à la Villa Marlioz avec notre Golden. On nous a attribué une grande et belle chambre avec vue sur la Dent du Chat. ( Merci à Nolween ) . L'hôtel est très agréable, calme, dans un parc et correspond à un vrai trois étoiles... Nous étions en demi pension : le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. ( Bravo Janice pour son sourire et son énergie pour surveiller ce qui est manquant au petit déjeuner ) Pour le dîner, nous avons un menu 3 plats avec 2 choix possibles : si toutefois cela ne nous convient pas, nous pouvons changer pour un plat à la carte. Nous apprécions les menus proposés équilibrés, bien présentés, en revanche nous souhaiterions une entrée ” plus copieuse”. Le bar est agréable : des cocktails préparés par un jeune homme et une adorable serveuse biélorusse. Quant aux chambres, le personnel d'étage est au top, toujours aux petits soins ! Chambre impeccable : merci Valérie pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Merci à TOUT le personnel pour sa bienveillance , en particuliers Abdou au restaurant et Atika à l'accueil . Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

I am writing this review in the dark on a picnic table because there is only 1 light in the room and it is a pendulum light in the corner next to the bed. I guess they want to save on electricity. The rest of the room is dark. I would really like to get out of here and find a better hotel. If I could leave at this very moment I would. This hotel is OK but not if you are on business and I am stuck here all week. For what they are charging, there is no desk, no refrigerator no microwave, no Ice, no laundry facility, no shuttle service and very little lighting in the room. However, the AC is good, the wifi is good, the bed is comfortable and it is very quiet here. The breakfast buffet is nice and the staff were friendly. My room came with an extra bed and a nice private balcony. Since there was no desk in the room, I removed the picnic table from the balcony and brought it into the room and it now serves as my workstation but I need more light in here. One pendulum light just doesn't do it! A bottle of water at the front desk is 4.50 Euros. The front desk offers snacks at outrageous prices. $10.00 Euros for a slice of pizza and $5.00 Euros for a hot dog. This is the kind of hotel that will nickel and dime you to death. They give you nothing and charge you for everything. Although I have no interest in this, they call it a spa but the facilities here look like they have seen better days and are worn out and are spent. There is really nothing within walking distance. It is remote and the only things nearby are a grocery store and a pizza shop. If you want a pet friendly hotel than this is the place for you. If you are on a business trip then go somewhere else. This hotel is so wrong for me I wish I was booked somewhere else. I will never come back here again I will avoid all Ibis hotels like the plague for all of my future business trips.

Hotel in der Stadtmitte mit sehr geschätzter Parkplatz. Zimmer mit richtiger Größe mit Klimaanlage. Gutes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl. Eine kleine Nachteile ist der Aufzug solo. Wir du troisième avons emprunté les escaliers car l'attente pouvait être longue. Très bon accueil souriant et compétent. Mise à disposition d'un réfrigérateur pour conserver les aliments très apprécié. Avec la canicule le spa était trop chaud. Wir werden es gerne wieder tun.
