We have recently visited the BB hotel and to summarise, were a little disappointed with our stay. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a queue of 6 people ahead of us with only one member of staff taking care of customers, not an ideal start to the five star experience. Once we checked into our room, the room itself was very new and stylish, clean and tidy with amazing views of the lake, the bed and bathrooms are also brilliant. The pool has an exquisite lakeside location. Sadly from here, we were a little frustrated with the running of the hotel. Small things like bike hire being €60 per person per day… this is a 5* hotel.. this didn’t sit well with us, we spent over €300 on bike hire in the duration of our stay…. Couldn’t some bikes be included? Future guests should note that there aren’t any taxis or Ubers here, it’s also way too far to walk into Annecy. If you don’t bring your own, or hire a bike, I’m afraid you are stranded at this hotel unless you drive. Two paddleboards are available for hire, but again, for €20 per hour when they can be rented for half the price down the lane by the lake side. Embarrassing, profiteering from your paying guests! Could free use of these board be a perk of staying at this hotel?! Security and access was also a little worrying, although Annecy is a lovely place, most nights we walked from the lake path right to our hotel room door without actually seeing a single other person or member of staff. There seems to be a security gate however, during our 4 night stay we didn’t see it closed once. Lake access can also be challenging - a private pontoon is advertised however this was commonly occupied by young locals surrounded by bottles of wine. Again, not really the 5 star experience we’d hoped for conveyed by images on the website. Instead, we were lay on grass by a busy cycle path with locals and other holiday makers from surrounding areas. Overall, the location was great and we will visit annecy again, sadly, not the Black Bass Hotel.

Das Hotelrestaurant kann den See sehen, die Landschaft ist unbesiegbar, das Frühstück wird von 7:30 bis 9:00 Uhr serviert, zwei Stunden Frühstück reichen aus, um die Hotelkosten zu decken, nach dem Frühstück gehen Sie zur Rückseite des Hotels zum Bummeln um, der See ist schön, der See ist umgeben von Wolken und das Wasser ist klar. Am Ende ist es für die kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten des Raumes bilden kann.

We spent 7 nights at Les Tresoms and had the most wonderful week. The hotel is slightly out of town which meant it was quiet but also close enough to walk to everywhere you needed. We hired bikes from the hotel and cycled round the lake - which I highly recommend. The breakfast was incredible and I looked forward to it each day! The outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of loungers. They charge you to park on the grounds, however, there is plenty of parking on the street so it is not necessary to pay this. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. We ate at both restaurants, we found La Rotonde quite overpriced and the waiting staff not very friendly. We much preferred the cheaper restaurant, L'Atelier, and really enjoyed our meal here - the menu changes daily with local produce.

Ankunft um 18:30 Uhr, niemand zu uns zu empfangen. Eine Nummer zu rufen, um den Code und den Schlüssel zurückzuholen. Man kann es verstehen, weil man in der niedrigen Saison ist, aber das wäre gut gewesen, um zu warnen. Darüber hinaus, wir hatten das Hotel für uns allein! Rein Zimmer, aber wirklich mittlerer Zustand (weiße Mate, Würste im Badezimmer) richtiges Frühstück (Vinylchlorid und frisches Brot ) ... für 14,50€ Der Rahmen ist schön und die Aussicht auf den See ist schön. Also nicht für eine Nacht schrecklich, aber für den Preis ( 160€ mit Frühstück ) hätte man besser erwartet .
