Finde Hotels in Gonesse

We were told we could check in at 12.00 but on arrival no rooms were ready. We eventually checked in at 14.30 but others waited until 17.00. We couldn't have anything to eat or drink as the bar was closed. Bar opened after 13.00 but no food available. The poor receptionist had to manage two check in desks and serve in the bar. Breakfast was poor, no coffee and very little food put out. Hotel is very clean but poorly located on an Industrial estate with a local bus the only way out, this will take you about half way into central Paris. There are no shops or bars etc. Within 45 minutes walking.

I stayed with my family in a larger group for 4 days in this hotel. The hotel is not suitable for larger groups, they don't have enough plates, spoons, every day there was a lack of food at breakfast, they are simply not ready for groups. The hotel is located far outside the delivery zone of Glovo, Wolt and other apps and is very far from the metro station. Mr. Alim who worked at the hotel during our stay was very rude even though we as a group were very understanding that the hotel did not have the capacity for a larger group like ours and that we were mostly left without breakfast. In the end, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, because I didn't want to argue with Mr. Alim. If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is very important to be kind to your guests. However, the hotel is clean, quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

Accueille excellent chambre propre mais je trouve déplorable il n’y a pas de balai 🧹 brosse pour les 🚾 dans les toilettes rien que pour ça sa me freine.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Hotels, in der Nähe der Highway, wenn Sie nicht fahren, wird sehr bequem und es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Aber es gibt keine Komponente in der Nähe, es gibt einen Busbahnhof, weit von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Das Frühstück ist OK, das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt keine Stromleitung, aber es kann warmes Wasser im 1. Stock Halle holen.

Ich danke dem ganzen Team von Bourget, das uns mit offenen Armen und sehr herzlich begrüßt hat. Der Abend war großartig und alles war großartig, von der Atmosphäre bis zum Essen. Es ist eine Freude, wieder in diesem wunderschönen Geschäft zu profitieren.

Schöne Zimmer, allerdings nur heißes Wasser im Bad und alle 2 Tage muss die Chipkarte neu programmiert werden. Das Restaurant hat 11 Tage lang dei gleiche kleine Karte, chaotischer Sevice (30 Gäste, 4 Kellner:innen, trotzdem 2 Stunden für ein 2-Gang Menü!) Kellner rennen um die Wette mit leeren Händen. Fernsehen 3 Tage ohne SAT programme, ein Manager war nie da - und daran wird es wohl liegen!

Ok für eine Nacht, vor dem Flug. Es liegt in der Nähe eines großen Einkaufszentrums, was ein Plus ist. Die Lobby ist der einzige Teil des Hotels, der im IBIS-Stil renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind alt und in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Es gibt auch einen seltsamen Geruch in einem Raum, als würde jemand darin rauchen. Ich weiß nicht, was die Standards für ein Ibis-Hotel sind, aber dieses Hotel verdient diesen Namen sicher nicht. Als wir ankamen, gab es auch ein Problem mit der Zahlung - sie konnten das Geld nicht von Expedia überweisen, an das wir das Zimmer bezahlt hatten. Es hat über eine Stunde gedauert, das zu lösen. Würde nicht wieder gehen.

Super simple hotel, easy to reach from CDG Airport with public transportation, and easy to reach Paris city center with public transportation too. Rooms are clean but simple: no kettle, no fridge, no iron, no hairdryer. No gym. Microwave available, tea/coffee maker at the restaurant are available during all day. Staff super friendly, they speak english,but pointless to send email to the hotel, no reply. Wifi is not working in the room, but perfect in the reception area or in the restaurant- they let you stay and work there all night if you want. Printer available. Overall: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep it is perfect!

Wir haben 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verblieben, das sehr sauber ist und das charmante Personal und zu hören. Das Bett ist von hoher Qualität und das ist sehr gut geräuschlos. Die Kinder waren froh über ihr Zimmer. 1 Elternbett und 2 Überschneidungen Betten. 1 parachute Bett mit einem echten Matelas, großartig für Baby! Restaurant und komfort in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen.
