The point of this hotel, for me, is a stopover before an early check in next day at a Disney hotel. As you get included park tickets on arrival day in the Disney deal there is no point travelling from England and checking in about 6pm, you need to get there before 9am really to make use of them, and this Novotel makes that possible, it's a very short trip. Other than that there is nothing remarkable about it. Don't expect any fuss or welcome, customer service levels are minimal but the hotel is clean. Parking is easy, I have learned to avoid their breakfast and there wasn't time anyway. There's a pool open until 8pm but it's not much fun. My daughter used the gym and said that was good. I like the Nespresso machine but you only get two pods for the whole room, and the creamer is microscopic, so take some long life milk and extra pods. Lastly, make sure to set the sat nav for Collegien, not just Marne La Vallee, else you might end up at a different Novotel 20 minutes away like we did.

Hôtel propre et bien situé, à 20m de Disney et en face de Bay 2. Par contre le gros point négatif est l’isolation, vous êtes réveillé à n’importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit par les gens qui passent devant votre chambre.

Etwa 1 km vom RER-Bahnhof Torcy entfernt, und Sie können einfach zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus der Linie 421 zum Hotel fahren. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Check-In. Einfaches Frühstück. eine RER-Haltestelle zum Outlet und ganz in der Nähe von Disneyland. Eine Stunde vom Hotel zum Flughafen CDG mit der RER. Sehr sicherer Ort.

I very almost gave this place a 5* First off our agent gave the wrong name, which really confused things when checking in, but reception, with advice from her colleague, helped get us to our room. It did smell of smoke and the room has few sockets, none of which are by the bed, so take a multi socket if you can! Apart from the curtains (odd stains...) the room was very clean and functional (doesn't have a safe, but some money we left out by mistake was still sitting there when we got back). All other staff we met were very friendly and willing to help. But I do need to give a shoutout to Alice on the reception desk! She actually made our stay at the hotel! She sorted out the reservation, she was so lovely during the rest of the stay too, wishing both me and my partner a happy birthday on the respective days, chatting to us about Ireland, Disneyland, Versailles, providing info - she was just so fabulous! An amazing addition for any hotel!

Das Hotel hat sehr kleine Zimmer, was für einen kurzen Städtetrip und Disneyland Besuch auf jeden Fall ausreichend ist. Es gibt kaum die Möglichkeit die Koffer abzulegen und ein Schrank ist nicht vorhanden. Mit zwei Koffern wurde es schon schwer und eng im Zimmer. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, insbesondere die Handtücher nicht. Wenn die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen, dann muss dies vorher an der Rezeption angemeldet werden. Dies haben wir getan aber als wir am Abend zurück kamen war leider gar nichts gereinigt worden und wir hatten auch keine Handtücher mehr. Das Frühstück war für dem Preis in Ordnung, die Kaffeemaschine leider an drei Tagen kaputt. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, von dort kommt man bequem für 5€ nach Paris. Um die Ecke gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und viele Möglichkeiten zu essen. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 15 Minuten in Disneyland.

Ein hochwertiges Hotel, das von dem Lächeln gut serviert wird. Für uns auf der Disneyland Straße. geräumige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein Nachtraum mit einem großen Doppelbett und einem einfachen Bett getrennt von einem Stockwerk. Ein praktischer und geräumiger Küchenraum. Schönes Badezimmer. Bequeme Umgebung, in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Geschäften und ruhig zugleich.

6 Nächte für Disney-Zwecke. Die Lage ist großartig, direkt vor dem Bahnhofsausgang! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock, war aber ruhig und komfortabel. Es gab keine Tür im Duschraum, sodass der Boden jedes Mal, wenn ich duschte, mit Wasser durchnässt wurde, was ein Problem darstellte. Es gibt keine Annehmlichkeiten, aber an der Rezeption erhalten Sie kostenlos einen Haartrockner. Das Frühstück war ausreichend abwechslungsreich und ich würde es auf jeden Fall gerne wieder nutzen, wenn ich nach Paris Disney komme. In Torcy gab es einen Laden, in dem man Snacks kaufen konnte, und das war praktisch, weil er sogar gegen 23 Uhr geöffnet hatte, als wir von Disney zurückkamen.

We have just been here for a school trip with 50 students. The hotel is basic but perfectly adequate. It is clean, comfortable and a good location for Disneyland Paris. The breakfast was sufficient offering pastries, cereals and juice. The dining room is very small and at times busy due to multiple school trips. There is a convenience store very close which is useful and there was excellent coach parking. I would 100% stay again.

Honestly the worst hotel! We left the first day without staying the night! Tiny room we couldn’t walk around the bed. Cold shower. Dirty sheets. Low hanging shelves I sliced my head open on next to the room door. Extractor fan didn’t work! Mould everywhere! The young boy on reception didn’t want to change our room let alone refund us the money! Eventually refunded and went to Best Western Hotel Grand Parc Disneyland Paris, Ile de France, France 2 x star but we rated way higher!

Aufmerksames und angenehmes Personal. Einziger positiver Punkt mit seinem geschlossenen Parkplatz. Vom Zimmer aus warten wir auf das Telefongespräch (obwohl normale Stimme) des Nachbarn von nebenan. Und auch die Leute auf dem Parkplatz. Es ist überhaupt nicht schallisoliert und hallo nachts gespült. Der Wasserhahn ist beschädigt, das Waschbecken verkrustet und die Abdeckung an verschiedenen Stellen zerrissen und fleckig. Nie wieder. Wir wurden von jedem Geräusch geweckt.
