On the middle floor, there is a kitchen, living room (air-source heat pump), and bedroom with a double bed. Sauna and shower room, WC. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and in the upper floor lobby, there is one bed. A charcoal grill is available; tenants are required to bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid. The sauna cabin in the yard is not for the tenant's use. The building is not used by anyone during the tenant's stay. The garage is not available for the tenants. The Halkoniemi cabin is only rented for peaceful holidays, not for partying.
