Sehr schönes, komfortabeles und ruhiges Hotel. Schöne Zimmer mit superkomfortablem Bett. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und praktisch. Alle perfekten Dienstleistungen. Um einen Klebegriff zu setzen, nur sagen, dass das sehr gemütliche Frühstücksbuffet und das kleine Essen. Wir kommen zurück.

I visited this place for 10 nights and was very disappointed. Do not go here if you have no kids or want peace. Good things: Staff are fantastic. Friendly hard working and even though most had no English we managed to communicate. All inclusive drinks good. Included bottles of wine, pints of beer and a glass of champagne. Good choice for lunch and breakfast but only had dinner there one time as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak, Breakfast has freshly squeezed Orange juice which was fab Beds comfortable Get beach towels with a €10 deposit Near beach Bad things This is a massive complex. Even a staff member described it as a zoo The buffet holds over 1300 people and has three settings for each meal Thousands of people constantly on the move Queues for bar queues for buffet queues for lifts queues to walk up and down the stairs Noise noise and more noise “entertainment” included two 3 foot speakers blaring out dreadful music with dreadful “entertainment” staff screaming out announcements over a microphone €12 a night for parking. Outrageous cost. No free parking on streets it’s all meters so they have a captive audience €3 a night for safe Not much choice of restaurants as most restaurants are part of all inclusive complexes

Die Einrichtungen und die Lage sind gut, das Personal im Hotel, die Kellner und Kochen sind sehr nett und machen eine große Arbeit. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist nicht so nett, wie ich glaube, für die Stelle, die es nimmt, und das Reinigungspersonal, das bereit ist und sicherlich übermäßige Arbeitsbelastung ist, Aber sie machen nicht täglich die Zimmer mit einem Mindestmaß zu reinigen, zum Beispiel wurde ihnen die Asche der Terrasse, die aus Glas war, gebrochen und wir haben unseren ganzen Aufenthalt (mehr als eine Woche) auf dem Boden Glas gefunden. Die Bank des Zimmers, die den Koffer machte, hatte immer Sand am Strand, der Hilfstisch, wo wir die Gefäße gelegt hatten, so wenig reinigten sie, hinterließen einen Hammer im Badezimmer und war dort zwei Tage usw...

This is an update to my initial review, as after further reflection on our experience at the hotel, I felt my original comments were too critical due to a minor setback. Currently staying here with my family, including a 6-year-old boy and a 9-year-old daughter. Starting with the positives, the food at this hotel is exceptional. It's a buffet, which suits our family perfectly on all-inclusive holidays, giving the kids the freedom to choose what they want at each meal. The selection is vast and of outstanding quality, making it a highlight of our holiday experiences. The staff organize and maintain the food area incredibly well, keeping it clean and making the dining process seamless. There is a walk-up snack bar available during the day, where you need to wear at least a top to enter, but it’s great for letting the kids grab snacks whenever they like, which they really enjoy. There is also a Mexican restaurant available, though we never felt the need to use it. The hotel has three pools; one is a kid's splash park with three slides and a lily pad-style crossing, providing endless fun. The other, larger pool has a small section for children and allows inflatables if desired, and there is a baby pool to the far side. Lifeguards are present, but as is standard in all hotels, parents are expected to supervise their children. The bar staff are always helpful and quick to serve drinks. There is a kids' club during the day, though our children made friends so we didn't use it much. The evening entertainment is probably some of the best we’ve seen; the magician, especially, was a favourite, and our children were talking about it for days after. The hotel is predominantly visited by Spanish holiday-goers. The kids' club mainly caters to Spanish-speaking children, and while the animation team is fluent in English, our children felt somewhat left out, which is understandable and no fault of the hotel. Weekends can get busy with Spanish holiday-goers, resulting in slightly longer queues, but finding a poolside sunbed has never been an issue. The only small drawback is the air conditioning, which, although adequate, doesn't cool down as much as one might hope. This wasn't a major issue during our visit, but it could be more of an issue in the peak of summer. The rooms are a good size; parents have their own room, and the children have a fold-up bed. Even with the bed unfolded, the room is very spacious. The cleaners clean the room daily, and it is left spotless most days. The cleanliness of the hotel is incredibly good; the staff are always working, making sure glasses are picked up and everything is tidy. The hotel itself is stunning, with palm trees and well-maintained gardens, making it picturesque. Overall, our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I wanted to update my initial review as it was influenced by a singular bad experience, which in hindsight, feels unfair given the overall positive aspects of our visit. Das DoubleTree by Hilton Islantilla ist ein sehr schön & ruhig gelegenes Hotel der Hiltongruppe. Es ist einfach über den Flughafen Faro in Portugal oder Sevilla erreichbar. Als Hilton Statuskunden wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch ein schönes Upgrade gewährt. Das grosse Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Garten und den Golfplatz und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Das Hotel ist mit einem schönen grossen Aussen-Pool und zusätzlich mit einem grossen Innen-Pool mit sehr langen Öffnungszeiten ausgestattet, einen Thermal Circuit (Sauna, Dampfbad, die zugehörigen Becken ...) sowie einen Gym (24 Std.). Das Frühstückbuffet ist täglich wechselnd mit sehr viel Optionen, es gab nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln. Das Personal ist im gesamten Hotel extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vorm Hotel verfügbar. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Fahrminuten, auch dort kann in der Vor- und Nachsaison das Auto kostenlos geparkt werden. Wir werden definitiv wieder in das DoubleTree by Hilton Islantilla kommen, dass ist keine Frage!

Bewertung schreiben Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Lepe an einer Nebenstraße, die zum Strand von Antilla führt. Es ist schon älter und so gebaut, dass es im Sommer nicht so heiß ist. Im Winter ist es allerdings auch recht kühl, so dass die Klimaanlage kräftig lief. Mein Zimmer war recht dunkel, was an der Vergitterung der Fenster und den Jalousien lag. Das Bad war groß mit Wanne. Es gab für 15 Euro ein Abendmenü, das mir nicht zusagte. Beim Frühstück gab es frisches Brot und frisch gepressten Orangensaft, aber keine Warmspeisen. Dazu Bohnenkaffee aus dem Vollautomaten. Parkplätze gibt es reichlich.
